최근 재료 및 시공 기술의 지속적 발전으로 인하여, 사장교, 현수교 등 장대교량의 건설이 증가하고 있다. 이러한 장대교량들은 사회적 및 경제적인 중요성이 매우 크므로 교량 완공 후 유지관리 및 구조적 건전성을 모니터링하기 위하여 교량 각 주요 구조부재에 다양한 센서를 설치함으로써 교량모니터링시스템을 구축하여 외부하중에 의한 교량구조물의 거동을 감지, 수집, 분석하여 교량의 건전성을 파악하기 위하여 장대교량의 공용성과 안전성 확보에 많은 연구가 진행 되고 있으며 현재 국내외 다수의 장대교량들에는 다양한 센서로 이루어진 구조 건전성 모니터링 시스템이 설치, 운용되고 있다. 실제로 서해대교, 광안대교, 홍콩 TsingMa Bridge, 미국 Bill Emerson Memorial Bridge와 같은 실제 교량에도 적용된 바 있다. 하지만, 이상의 구조 건전성 모니터링 시스템 기술이 널리 활용되는 데는 여러 가지 장애물이 있는데, 그 중에서 가장 큰 것이 시스템을 구축하는 데 과다한 비용이 소요된다는 점이다. 예로 홍콩의 Tsing Ma 대교의 경우 350개의 센서를 설치하는데 약 8백만불이 넘는 금액이 들었으며(Farrar 등, 2004), Celeby(2002)의 보고에 의하면 각 센서의 채널 당 케이블의 설치 비용으로 약 5000불의 비용이 소모되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이러한 불편함을 극복하기 위하여 무선 센서를 개발하고, 이를 한강 상 교량 중 올림픽대교에 적용, 사장교의 구조 건전성을 저비용 및 높은 편의성으로 모니터링 하기 위한 테스트베드를 구축하여 무선 계측 시스템의 정확성 및 적용성을 확인하였다.

단백질의 기능은 단백질의 구조에 따라 결정되며, 새로운 단백질의 기능을 파악하기 위하여 이미 밝혀진 단백질의 기능과 구조를 비교하는 방법이 사용되고 있다. 단백질 구조를 비교하는 방법은 단백질 구조를 표현하는 방법에 따라 다양하게 개발되고 있으며, 보다 효과적으로 관련된 연구자들이 자신의 연구에 활용하기 위해서는 빠르고 쉽게 활용할 수 있는 인터페이스를 제공하는 도구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 PDB 데이터베이스에서 제공하는 단백질 정보를 이용하여 PSAML 및 Topology String 데이터베이스를 구축하고 이를 바탕으로 웹 기반에서 단백질 구조 비교를 보다 빠르고 효과적으로 수행하는 시스템에 대하여 기술한다. PSAML 데이터베이스는 단백질 구조를 단백질 이차구조 및 그들 사이의 관계를 포함하는 PSAML 데이터를 제공하며, Topology String 데이터베이스는 단백질 구조를 단백질 이차구조를 하나의 문자로 기술하여 아미노산 순서와 위상학적(공간적) 정보를 포함하는 문자열로 단백질 구조정보를 제공한다. 이를 이용하여 구축된 웹 기반 단백질 구조 비교 시스템은 Topology String 정렬 방법을 통하여 보다 빠르게 유사성이 높은 부분 구조를 찾는 방법을 제공한다.

전문가시스템의 성공을 좌우하는 지식추출은 주요 애로공정 중의 하나로 알려져 있다 설상가상으로 전문가의 부재, 새로운 또는 복잡한 문제 등 영역의 특성상 전문가시스템 개발은 실패할 수 있다. 이러한 문제점을 극복하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 KACE 구조를 제안하였다 본 구조는 작업 발생기, 작업 실행기, 작업 평가기, 규칙 발생기와 전문가시스템 등 5개의 주요 요소로 구성되어 있다. 이 구조를 이용하여 NP-complete인 일정계획 문제에 대한 전문가시스템이 어떻게 구축될 수 있는가를 예시하였다.

본 연구에서는 중사전 규모의 현대국어사전에서 약 5,000 개의 표제항목의 뜻풀이 8,000여 항에 사용된 어휘를 분석한 결과를 제시하였다. 분석 결과 명사류의 의미구조에서 최상위계층에 속하는 것들이 사전의 뜻풀이에 자주 사용됨을 확인할 수 있었고, 아울러 뜻풀이에 사용되는 단어들이 어느 정도 통제된 상태임을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 표제항목과 뜻풀이에 사용된 단어들 사이의 관계만을 바탕으로 해서는 의미망을 구축하기 어려웠는데, 그것은 국어사전에서의 뜻풀이가 지니고 있는 구조적 문제에서 기인하는 것이다. 즉 일부 한자어의 경우에는 명사로 정의되지 않으며, 그 결과 표제명사와 뜻풀이에 사용된 명사 사이의 관계를 바탕으로 한 의미망의 구축에 포함되지 않는 것이다. 또한 순환적 뜻풀이의 경우 역시 의미망 구축에 장애요소로 작용함을 밝혔다.

A system of networked digital libraries will be a primary component of information infra-structure. The general strategy for digital libraries by the American university libraries is summarized as building of information infrastructure, content database construction, and project-based design. This paper describes the present feature and status of digital libray programs being implemented by the libraries of Michigan University, Carnegie Mellon University and Virginia PolyTech & State University.

The purpose of this study is to investigate a fundamental model for categories and relationships among concepts in library and information science field in order to construct an ontology based upon the knowledge construct of human being. Questionnaire and interview were involved for this study, The results shows that students' knowledge structure was different from KDC and DDC schemes. Students had an object oriented knowledge structure and provided four relationship models. These model could provide a fundamental data for ontology construction. Also, it shows that student academic grades influenced their knowledge structures.

The main purpose of the study is the impacts of applying two dimensions of Learning Organization on Job Satisfaction and the mediating effect of the Self efficacy. As a result, Structural Factor had not positive effect and Human Factor had positive effect on the Job Satisfaction. The mediating effect of Self efficacy had significant effect between Learning Organization and Job Satisfaction. The result of this study is not presented at the existing research. Therefore, tthe supervisor should make efforts to develop skills for the management of learning organization in order to fit the nature of the group members.

This paper studied the improvement of software process of the software firms. Software process infrastructure level of software process is very important. This study provided that software process infrastructure have an significant influence on the process level, process infrastructure management level, and software process performance. The result showed that software process high level is elevated through management activity of organization infrastructure and technical infrastructure. And organization performance is elevated through fit between process level and quality culture of software process. Problem factors of software process infrastructure improvement is lack of process improvement mind, leadership and investment. Therefore software firms must construct process improvement through supporting of process quality mind and investment with process infrastructure improvement.
