본 연구에서는 가사노동의 책임이 취업여성들의 임금수준에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 연구하기 위해 가사노동의 책임이 거의 없는 미혼여성과 가사노동의 책임이 큰 기혼여 성사이의 취업성향과 임금수준을 비교분석하였다 미국의 NLS Young Women 데이터를 이 용하여 평균과 표준편차 및 백분율을 구하였고 Probit 분석과 최소자승법에 의한 희귀분석 을 SAS Program을 이용하여 분석하였다 가사노동책임관련변인은 기.미혼여성의 지속적인 전일제 근무자가 될 가능성에 별로 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다 회귀분석결과 결혼 여부나 가사노동의 책임등은 임긍에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았고 인적자본관련변인은 임금 에 긍적적인 효과가 있었으며 직업차별화변인은 여성지배직종에 근무하는 여성의 임금을 낮 추는 것으로 나타났다 본 연구결과 가사노동책임으로 인하여 기혼여성이 미혼여성보다 취업 하는 비율이 낮기는 하지만 그것을 취업주부의 임금이 낮아야하는 원인으로 보기에는 어렵 고 직업차별화가 여성들의 저임금의 이유일수있음을 알수 있다 따라서 여성 스스로 여성지 배직종을 선택하는지 그리고 그러한 결정에 의하여 낮은 임금을 받는지에 대새허는 후속연 구가 필요하리라 본다.

한국의 성산업에 외국에서 이주해온 여성들이 유입되기 시작한 것은 1990년대 중반부터이다. ‘한국외국인관광시설업협회’는 1996년부터 예술흥행사증 발급을 편법적으로 활용하여 필리핀 여성들과 구 소련계 여성들을 성매매 목적으로 도입하였다. 그 후 한국정부는 외국인 공연허가제 규제를 완화의 일환으로 폐지하고, 외국인 연예인을 수입하는 절차를 대폭 간소화하여 인력수입업자들은 일정한 시설요건만 갖추면 쉽게 근로자파견사업허가를 받도록 하였다. 즉, 국내에서 일하는 외국인 연예인은 국내공연 기획사에 고용된 근로자로서 공연업소에 파견되는 근로자로 자리매김한 것이다. 그러나 그들은 실상 공연을 하는 것보다 성적 서비스를 하도록 강요당하며 인권의 사각지대에 놓여 있다.

The purpose of this study is to find the mediating effect of self-compassion and body shame between evaluative concerns prescribed perfectionism and disordered eating behaviors in obesity clinical women. For this purpose, 114 data samples were collected from the 20~39 ages currently enrolled in Seoul. The result of this study is the following. First, the prescribed perfectionism has a positive relation with body shame and disordered eating behaviors, however, it shows a negative relation with self-compassion. Also, there were negative relations between self-compassion and body shame, and self-compassion and disordered eating behaviors, in contrast to positive relations between body shame and disordered eating behaviors. Second, it was found that after investigating the mediation effect of self-compassion and body shame support in the influence between prescribed perfectionism and disordered eating behaviors, body shame turned out to have a significant mediation effect while self-compassion support did not. Third, self-compassion and body shame were identified as double mediation variables between the prescribed perfectionism and disordered eating behaviors. This result inspires the clinical women disordered eating behaviors and can be useful in obesity clinical women counseling settings. Meanings, limitations and suggest for future research were discussed.

The purpose of this study was to find an appropriate approaches for successful aging adapt to Korean older women 's needs. For this purpose, this study did a comparative study between middle-aged and elderly women. Data from the third Korean longitudinal study of aging were analyzed by network analysis and statistical methods. The results were as follows. From network analysis, it was identified the participation difference of productive activities between middle-aged and elderly women according to level of education, subjective heath condition and residential area size. From the multiple regression analysis, voluntary activity, existence of spouse, residential area, family income and level of education significantly affected satisfaction of life quality in middle-aged women while family caregiving, age, religion, residential area, family income and level of education were significant in elderly women's satisfaction of life quality. Based on these results, it was suggested several implications to increase productive activities according to characteristics of Korean middle-aged and elderly women.

본 논문에서는 음성인식 알고리즘에 매우 중요한 정보를 제공하는 화자의 성별인식을 위하여 신경회로망을 사용하여 잡음 환경 하에서 남성음성 및 여성음성의 화자를 식별하는 성별인식 알고리즘을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 신경회로망은 MFCC의 계수를 사용하여 음성의 각 구간에서 남성음성 및 여성음성의 화자를 인식할 수 있는 알고리즘이다. 실험결과로부터 백색잡음이 중첩된 잡음환경 하에서 음성신호의 MFCC의 특징벡터를 사용함으로써 남성음성 및 여성음성의 화자에 대해서 양호한 성별인식 결과가 구해졌다.

This study attempts to suggest effective structures and contents of health-related information websites for migrant marriage women in Korea. Emphasis was put on the strategy to provide them with quality health information service through the internet websites. Specifically, this study surveys major issues, problems, and solutions related to collecting, organizing and serving health related information on internet websites. It is based on the analysis to the needs of and the barriers to access health information on such internet websites. For this, the study collected data from 6 websites and analyzed the menu structure, contents, and the presentation of information. It is expected that the results of the study will provide multicultural agencies with primary data to construct a web-based health information service programs for migrant marriage women.

본 논문에서는 한국어 TTS시스템을 위한 운율구 추출, 운율구 사이의 휴지 기간, 음소의 지속 시간 모델링 방법을 설명한다. 실험을 위해 여러 장르로 구성된 400문장을 선 정하고, 이를 전문 여성 아나운서가 발성하였다. 녹음된 음성 신호에 대해 음소 및 운율구 경계를 결정하고, 문장에 대해서는 형태소 분석, 발음표기 변환, 구문 분석을 수행하였다. 400문장(약33분) 중 240문장(약20분)을 이용하여 결정 트리 및 회귀 트리를 학습시킨 후, 160분장(약13분)에 대해 실험하였다. 운율 모델링을 위한 특징들이 제안되었고, 학습된 트리 들을 해석함으로써 특징들의 유효성이 평가되었다. 실험 문장에 대해 운율구 경계의 유무를 결정하는 결정 트리의 오류율은 14.46%이었고, 운율구 사이의 휴지 기간과 음소 지속 시간 을 예측하기 위한 회귀 트리들의 평균 제곱 오류근(RMSE)이 각각 132msec, 22msec이었다. 수집된 모든 자료(400문장)로 학습한 결과, 운율구 경계 결정 오류율, 휴지 기간 및 지속시 간 RMSE의 10-fold cross-validation 추정치가 각각 13.77%, 127.91msec, 21.54msec이었다.

본 논문에서는 켑스트럼 계수의 변화에 따른 남성화자와 여성화자의 음향학적인 특징벡터를 비교하여 분석하는 기초적인 연구를 수행한다. 특히 FFT 켑스트럼 및 LPC 켑스트럼에 대한 남녀의 음향학적인 특징벡터의 차이점을 나타낸다. 향후 이러한 차이점을 기초로 하여 신경회로망 등에 의한 성별 인식에 대한 연구를 수행함으로써 남성화자 및 여성화자를 분리할 수 있는 근거를 마련하는 기초연구이다.
