This paper is concerned with identifying the determinants of committing digital piracy in university settings. Using a theoretical model based on Theory of Reasoned Action, the causal relationship among the research variables, including intention to commit digital piracy, attitude, subjective norm and fear of legal consequences, is developed. Results from 295 survey responses indicate that fear of legal consequences affect the subjective norm and the attitude, which in turn influence the intention to commit digital piracy. In addition, relativism based on EPQ(Ethics Perception Questionnaire) is introduced as a moderating variable. The relative influences of path coefficients are investigated and implications from findings are also discussed.

Performing arts are composite art forms made through the collective participation of people who are responsible for a variety of roles with a multidimensional context. This study presents an analysis of the context to be expressed in the process of the arrangement and description of records of performing arts, with a focus on the relationship between performance work and performance planning, the relationship between performance planning and individual performance, the relationship between performance and people who participated in the performance, relationship between records and records, and the relationship between performance and records. With this, this study proposes a logical hierarchical structure that is required to express the context of the inner relationship of performing arts archives. It also suggests a model of sequential organization to describe the inner logic of the relationship between records and records.

The purpose of this study was to suggest application of Course Embedded Assessment (CEA) for program outcome in nursing education through literature & Office of Assessment web site reference review on concept, advantage, disadvantage, process, measure, tool and precaution. The process of CEA is program outcome, calculate weight of program outcome, embed program outcome in curriculum, development a rubric for CEA, assessment, analysis the result and achievement, feedback loop. CEA is vary useful to proof the student personal achievement and program quality improvement.

A small library can be used as a place of cultural communication and educational experience for members of the local community that can fill the gaps of public libraries. In this study, the motives of users of small libraries were investigated. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 45 users of small libraries, and their perceptions from their experiences were classified into four categories, 'attention', 'relevance', 'confidence', and 'satisfaction', and each factor was investigated. Small libraries showed that effective analysis, management, and design of factors related to the four motive classifications could further improve the opportunities of local community residents to find small libraries.

지식 기반 다중 대화 시스템은 지식 정보를 포함한 응답을 생성하는 대화 시스템이다. 이 시스템은 응답 생성에 필요한 지식 정보를 찾아내는 지식 선택 작업과 찾아낸 지식 정보를 바탕으로 문맥을 고려한 응답을 생성하는 응답 생성 작업으로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 지식 선택 작업을 기계독해 프레임워크에 적용하여 해결하는 방법을 제안한다. 지식 선택 작업은 여러 개의 발화로 이루어진 대화 기록을 바탕으로 지식 문서 내에 존재하는 지식을 찾아내는 작업이다. 본 논문에서는 대화 기록 모델링 계층을 활용해 마지막 발화와 관련 있는 대화 기록을 찾아내고, 주의 집중 풀링 계층을 활용해 긴 길이의 지식을 효과적으로 추출하는 방법을 제안한다. 실험 결과, 목적지향 지식 문서 기반 대화 데이터 셋인 Doc2dial 데이터의 지식 선택 작업에서 F1 점수 기준 76.52%, EM 점수 기준 66.21%의 성능을 기록해 비교 모델 보다 높은 성능을 기록하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

A critique on Freud's remembering taken place in the 80's and 90s has a significant impact on a paradigm shift: from the discursive constructivism to the neo-empiricism. Along with Marx and Nietzsche, Freud was one of the main intellectual sources in formulating the Cultural Studies, known as the political corrections in the later period of Post-modern era. In the wake of feminism, there was a social happening, namely, a memory restoration, when a woman therapist helped a woman patient to restore the past and come up with her father as the cause of her trauma. Finally, 'the false memory syndrome' brought up a hot issue firing on the controversy about Freudian remembering. Freud as a clinical therapist began to be a sole target to be criticized. Strangely enough, however, Freud was continually utilized by such theorists as Julia Kristeva, Homi Bhabah, and Žižek, while having dissenters like Deleuze, Quattari, and Butler. Of those intellectual claims, this paper focuses on the debates by the dissenters not from the discursive theorists but from the clinical studies: Sulloway, Grunbaum, and Crews. My argument directs to the empirical side of Freud for the conclusion that the dispute on him was a seed of a paradigm shift towards the neo-empiricism, after one century's flourishing of constructivism.

Worksheets with various levels are major instructional material in open classroom, but sometimes they have been arbitrarily developed in elementaryschools. Especially, pedagogical elements of science course seem to have been neglected in developing science learning papers. To solve these problems, a model of worksheets was developed considering the contextual nature of science knowledge and educational constructivism. The frame of this model is composed of inquiry skill and context, which are two dimensions of each learning task. The level of each worksheet was determined by the level of inquiry skills and the familiarity of contexts.

Kamii는 피아제의 발생론적 인식론이란 이론을 모태로 수학을 지도해야 학습자가 수학을 이해를 바탕으로 학습할 수 있다는 믿음을 지니고 있다. 본고에서는 Kamii가 이런 신념을 갖고 실시한 수업을 녹화한 비디오 자료에 나타나는 특징을 분석하였다. 첫 번째 특징은, 교사가 가르쳐야 할 지식을 직접적으로 지도하지 않는 대신에 학습자가 스스로 지식을 구성할 수 있도록 매개자의 역할을 한다는 점이다. 두번째, 기저지식으로서 학습자의 비형식적 지식을 학습자가 적극적으로 활용할 수 있도록 허용하는 분위기이다. 세 번째, 두 번째와 관련되어서 학습자의 사고과정은 성인이나 학문적 체계에서 운용되고 있는 사고 흐름과는 다르다는 것을 인정해 준다. 네 번째, 교사의 역할이 가르쳐야 할 지식을 가르치는데(전수하는데) 있는 것이 아니라 학습자들이 생성해 낸 여물지 않은 아이디어들을 익힐 수 있도록 환경을 조성하는데 있다. 다섯 번째, 학습자마다 기저지식이 다르기 때문에 동일한 학습주제라 할지라도 이해의 폭과 깊이가 다르다. 따라서, 전체학급을 대상으로 하는 수업 중이라 할지라도 개별적 학습을 염두에 두어야 한다. 학생들의 수학적 이해력이 저하된다는 염려의 목소리가 높아지고 있다. 이는 학생들이 이해를 바탕으로 한 수업을 받아 보지 못하기 때문이며, 이런 원인은 아마도 교사 자신이 이해를 바탕으로 한 수업 경험이 간접적으로든 직접적으로든 없기 때문일 것이다. Kamii가 실시한 수업이 학생 스스로 수학을 학습할 수 있다는 구성주의 원리를 적용한 성공적인 사례이며, 이와 같은 방향으로의 교수법의 변화가 있기를 기대한다.

This study aims to analyze research trend of Web 2.0 use in education and to suggest directions for further studies. Sixty representative studies were selected and analyzed in terms of a developed framework of Web 2.0 based learning environments and an analysis scheme. This scheme is divided into five dimensions: research targets, research themes, types of Web 2.0 tools, learning theories and research methodology. The findings indicate that a majority of the previous studies aimed to share information and reflect thoughts in collaborative contexts through blogs and wikis at universities. Some implications were discussed for further studies.

The goal of library goes beyond providing information and it also strengthens the education programs for children. The purpose of this study is to analyze the educational role of librarian related to the education programs at library. For this purpose, a research model related to librarians' role for library's child education programs was designed. This research model is based on the constructivist teaching and learning theory. The designed and proposed model was then applied to 5 cases of Korean public library's education programs and some recommendations are suggested for better educational effects.
