We report results of Extended Leak-Off Test (XLOT) conducted in a large diameter borehole, which is drilled for installation of deep borehole geophysical monitoring system to monitor micro-earthquakes and fault behavior of major fault zones in the southeastern Korean Peninsula. The borehole was planned to secure a final diameter of 200 mm (or more) at a depth of ~1 km, with 12" diameter wellbore to intermediate depths, and 7-7/8" (~200 mm) to the bottom hole depth. We drilled first the 12" borehole to approximately 504 m deep and installed American Petroleum Institute standard 8-5/8" casing, then annulus between the casing and bedrock was fully cemented. XLOT was carried out for several purposes such as confirming casing and cementing integrity, measuring rock stress states. To that end, we drilled additional 4 m long open hole interval to directly inject water and pressurize into the rock mass using the upper API casings. During the XLOT, flow rates and interval pressures were recorded in real time. Based on the logs we tried to analyze hydraulic conductivity of the test interval.

반도체 웨이퍼의 면저항을 정밀 측정하는 대표적인 두가지 방법인 4탐침(four point probe)방법과 van der Pauw방법으로 반도체 웨이퍼의 면저항을 비교평가 하였다. 4탐침방법에 의한 측정 시스템을 사용하여 웨이퍼의 전체 면에 대하여 면저항을 측정하고, 같은 웨이퍼의 가장자리 네 지점에 탐침 전극을 구성한 후 van der Pauw 방법으로 면저항을 측정한 결과 4탐침 방법에 의한 측정결과를 기준으로 1 %이하의 일치도를 나타냈다.

For biometric study on the widlth of mouth in singaporian the author measured the transversal width of mouth, Longitudinal width of mouth and Interdental space in 652 cases of the total cases 317 were male (chinese 235. malay50, Indian 32) and 335 Female (Chinese 260, malay 53. Indian 22) and Ages ranged from 5 to 25 yeass old. The fallowing result was obtained. 1) In Adult, transversal width of mouth was 54. 20±0.22mm in male, 53.00±0.10mm in female and 40.03±0.26mm in male, 39.39±0.30mm in female of children. 2) In Abult, Longitudinal width of mouth was 52.00±0.12mm in male, 48.40±0.15mm in female and 44.50±0.13mm in male 44.20±0.30mm in female of children. 3) In Adult, Interdental Space (anterior teeth) was 44.20±0.15mm in male. 44.00±0.20mm in Fmale and 38.40±0.15mm in male, 37.17±0.21mm in Female of Children.

The paper is concerned with the pre-arcing behavior of rapid current limiting fuselink using copper as a melting element. The phenomenon is faced by a numerical simulation(especially, FDM is applicated) of the melting element. Through the results, we can know the trends of the I-t characteristics and temperature distribution along the x axis for different fuselink shapes with circular, rectangular, and skew restriction type respectively, to be good for designing the optimal element.

기존의 개별적 보안 사항에 맞추어 서비스를 제공하는 여러 보안 솔루션들이 급변하는 네트워크 환경에 적절한 대응을 못하고 있는 실정이다. 단순한 보안 문제에 대한 특화된 솔루션에 의존을 해왔기 때문에 해당 네트워크와 시스템 환경에 맞는 적절한 대응책을 마련하지 못하고 있으며, 그 이전에 취약성 분석조차도 미비하기 때문이다. 그러므로 적절한 취약성 분식에 대한 방법론 제시가 필수적이다. 사이버 공격과 방어 메커니즘 분석을 통해 얻어지는 시스템의 각 요소들을 Modeling하고, 시뮬레이션 기법을 이용하여 취약성을 평가하고 다시 재구성하여 적용해보는 취약성 분석 방법을 기술하고자 한다. 다양한 공격들로부터 전체 시스템을 보호하고, Survivability를 증가시키기 위해서는 취약성 분석이 기반이 되어야 하며, 그 시스템은 취약성에 의한 결함이나, 공격에 의한 장애에도 불구하고, 고유의 기능을 완전하게 제공하기 위해서 지속적으로 수행되는 속성을 유지해야 할 것이다.

내용 기반 음악 검색 시스템은 사용자가 원하는 음악에 대해 사전 정보를 모르더라도 곡의 일부로 질의를 함으로써 원하는 결과를 얻을 수 있게 한다. 그러나 내용 기반 음악 검색 시스템은 사용자의 질의에 대해 결과에 대한 순위만을 제공할 뿐 사용자의 취향이나 선호도와 같은 개인 정보를 고려하지 않기 때문에 사용자가 충분히 만족할만한 정보를 제공받지 못해 사용자의 만족도가 떨어진다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 대표 선율을 이용하여 유사한 곡들로 클러스터링을 수행하고 내용 기반 검색 시 질의가 속하는 클러스터를 찾고 해당 클러스터 안에서 거리함수를 통해 질의와 유사한 곡들을 선별한다. 선별된 곡들과 사용자의 프로파일을 통해 음악 취향을 고려할 수 있는 내용 기반음악 필터링 기법을 적용하여 사용자의 만족을 증가시키는 결과를 제공한다.

최근 국제표준화기구인 ITU를 비롯해 ETSI, T1 Committee, TTA, TTC, ATSC, TSACC 등 각 지역 표준화 기구 (Participating Standardization Organization: PSO)들은 빠른 기술개발에 따른 적기의 표준공급 및 전자적인 표준화문서유통을 통한 신속한 표준제정을 위해 EDH(Electronic Document Handling)라는 전자정보유통시스템을 구축하고 기고서 및 표준문서 등 표준화 진행에 관련된 각종 정보를 전자적으로 검색하고 처리할 수 있는 환경을 구축하는데 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이와 관련하여, 본 고에서는 제2차 세계전기통신표준총회(WTSC-96)에서 가장 활발하게 논의된 사항 중의 하나인 ITU-T/TSAG/EDH 관련 표준화 활동 현황을 고찰하고, 향후 EDH의 방향을 소개하고자 한다.

The seismic responses of a base Isolated Pressurized Water Reactor(PWR) are investigated using a mathematical model which expresses the superstructure as a linear lumped mass-spring and the seismic Isolator as an equivalent spring-damper. Time history analyses are performed for the 1940 El Centre earthquake with linear amplification. In the analysis 5% of structural damping is used for the superstructure. The effects of high damping rubber bearing on seismic response of the superstructure in base isolated system are evaluated for four stiffness model types. The acceleration responses in base isolated PWR superstructure with high damping rubber bearings are much smaller than those in fixed base structure. In the higher strain region where stiffness behaves non-linearly, the acceleration responses modelled by one equivalent stiffness are smaller than those in nonlinear spring model, and the higher stiffness spring model of isolator exhibits larger peak acceleration response at superstructure in the frequency range above 2.0 Hz. when subjected to linearly amplified 1940 El Centre earthquake.
