최근에 이르러 자동차의 대수는 급격히 증가해 왔다. 이런 경향성의 결과로 나타난 교통사고의 인적 및 물질적인 손실이 최악의 상태에 이르른 것이 사실상 오늘날 우리들의 불행한 현실이다. 대다수의 교통사고가 운전자의 교통법규 위반에 기인되고 있다는 전제하 에 본 논문은 심리학적인 관점에서 그와같은 위반적인 운전자 행동의 이론적 배경을 비판적으로 분석하고자 시도한다. 아울러 이 논문에서는 운전자의 법규 위반적 행동에 대해 취할 수 있는 기본적이 대책을 마련 하는데 있어 특별히 기여할 수 있을 "인간-환경-경험" 모델을 구축하는 기초를 마련하고자 노력하고 있다.자 노력하고 있다.

It is very important to analyze the capacity of basic freeway section in terms of planning, design, and operation of roads. Capacity, in Korean Highway Capacity Manual was Published in 1992, had been determined by data collected in only 4-lane freeway. But, Korea is continuously planning and constructing multi-lane roads for increasing traffic demand. For this reason, it is necessary to determine the capacity for multi-lane freeways. This study goals are two-fold the determination of lane capacity for 8-lane freeway; and the development of methodology determining total capacity using lane friction factor This study utilized the data collected by loop detectors at a station of FTMS in Kyungbu expressway. For determining capacities, this study analyzed maximum flow rate in various aspects such as collecting period, each lane, and total lane in one-way. In addition, this study evaluated the breakdown in traffic flow relations in order to find out interrelation of breakdown among lanes. Through this analysis, this study determined lane friction factors, critical speed, and critical density. Finally, this study expressed a new methodology of capacity analysis for multi-lane freeways using some findings from this analysis.

본 연구에서는 다른 기종점 통행표(Trip Matrices)들을 같은 교통망(Network)에 배정하였을 때 교통분배 결과의 차이점들을 분석하고 교통분배의 민감도를 비교하였다. 전통적인 4단계 교통수요 추정에 의해서 산출된 교통배분을 비교의 기본자료로 이용했다. 또한 본 연구에서는 교통배분의 결과를 평가하기 위해 주로 사용하는 측정효과들과 교통배분의 기법들(Traffic Assignment Techniques)의 민감도도 연구조사하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 총교통량(Total Trips)과 통행길이빈도(Trip Length Frequency)제약에 의해 임의로 선출된 기종점 통행표를 이용한 교통배분의 결과는 전통적인 4단계 교통수요 측정에 의해 산출된 교통배분 및 조사교통량(Counted Traffic Volumes)에 매우 유사한 결과가 나왔다. 결론적으로 죤별 통행발생량에서의 오차는 교통배분의 본성적인 집계특성(Aggregative Nature)에 의하여 그 심각성이 감소되는 경향이 있다. 이것은 즉 앞단계(Trip Generation and Distribution Phases)에서 전통적으로 요구되어지는 정밀도가 없어도 적절한 교통배분기법을 사용함으로써 좋은 결과를 산출할 수 있다는 것을 암시한다.

최근 국내에서 저렴한 건설비 및 교통약자들에게 대중교통서비스 제공이 가능한 저상트램에 대한 관심이 많아지고 있으며, 자연환경을 보호하고 도시의 교통을 체계적으로 구축하기 위하여 저상트램에 관한 적용 가능성을 검토하고 있다. 전주시, 울산광역시 등에서 트램 도입에 대한 관심을 보이고 있으며, 본격적인 건설에 착수한 국내의 기관은 없지만, 2012년 여수 국제엑스포에 신교통수단으로서 무가선 하이브리드 저상트램을 기본 운행시스템으로 선정하여 운행될 예정이다. 저상트램시스템은 승객의 안전 및 보행자의 안전 측면에서 1인 유인운전으로 운영되지만, 기존 도시교통시스템과의 간섭과 도로교통신 신호시스템과 연계가 필수적이다. 따라서, 본 논문은 한국형 저상트램의 신호시스템 기본구축 방안에 대해 다룬다.

본 연구의 목적은 1995년 우리 나라에서 발생한 교통사고의 인명피해비용을 추정 하는 것이다. 인명피해비용추정을 위한 방법론으로는 인적 자본법을 사용하였다. 인적자본 법의 기본이 되는 미래손실생산량의 계산은 임금을 기본으로 하지 않고 GNP를 기준으로 삼는다. GNP 상승률을 8.14%로 고정하고, 성장률에 대한 할인율의 비를 0.92, 0.94, 0.98 로 정하고, 이에 따른 할인율은 0.17, 0.15, 0.10으로 계산된다. 따라서, 각각의 비율에 따 른 총 인명피해액은 1조 2천억원, 1조 5천억원, 2조 6천억원이 된다. 또한, 평균인명피해액 을 구하면, 1억 2천 5백만원, 1억 5천 3백만원, 2억 5천 5백만원이 되며, 비용-편익 분석 을 위한 추정된 총 주행거리당 원단위 비용은 각각의 경우, 5원, 6원, 10원으로 산정 되었 다. 본고에서 추정한 총 주행거리당 원단위 비용은 도로 안전시설물 투자전 평가에 도움을 줄 수 있으리라 기대된다.

In the benefits of ITS, there are intangible gains from real-time traffic information as well as classical gains such as travel time saving. These intangible gains are difficult to be estimated by existing transportation investment appraisal commonly used in SOC investment. The major reason is not because of the absence of methodology but because of the absence of generalized values of particular benefits from real time traffic information. This research explores the value of real-time traffic information on VMS that is the most representative of ITS services, by using CVM with Double Bounded Dichotomous Choice Question. Willingness-To-Pay (WTP) functions of drivers are built with survival functions using various types of probability distribution functions such as Exponential, Log-logistic, and Weibull functions. The results reveal that Log-logistic distribution is the most appropriate distribution model to estimate WTP, and the estimated coefficients are stable through LR (Likelihood Ratio) test. For the further study, it is recommended to perform statistical tests of temporal and spatial transferability that is not examined in this research due to the lack of data.

텔레매틱스 서비스를 위해서는 우선 가장 기본이 되는 교통정보의 제공체계가 뒷받침되어야 하는데, 현재 우리나라의 교통정보 수집 및 제공 체계는 이를 담당하는 각 지자체 및 업체들에 따라 별도의 시스템들을 구축하고 있어 종합적이며 체계화된 정보서비스를 필요로 하는 텔레매틱스 상용화에 문제점으로 지적되고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 범국가적 차원에서 교통정보의 수집 및 활용, 통합운영ㆍ관리방안을 마련하여 종합교통정보서비스 사업을 활성화할 수 있는 체계화 방안을 제시할 필요가 있으며, 이는 텔레매틱스를 위한 통신 인프라의 국제적인 기술 방향에 따른 국가 도로체계 정보화 인프라 구축방안을 전략적으로 제시하기 위한 필수적인 요소라 할 수 있다.(중략)
