The appointment system is widely used to facilitate customer access to service in many industries including healthcare and others. Because of its importance, much research has investigated how to build an effective appointment policy under various environments. However, most research has considered a single-server service system. The objective of this work is to evaluate several appointment policies in a two-stage service system in which multiple servers are available and build separate appointments at the second-stage. In such a system, we propose and evaluate the staggering appointment policy. Simulation experiments indicate that the proposed staggering appointment policy outperforms other traditional appointment policies in terms of customer waiting time, server idle time, and the number of customers who are later to scheduled appointments.

In this research, the factor having an effect on the cancer check inspection through the cancer check service and process, of desiring against the cancer check examinee living in the illustration and rural area environment, and analysis about the result tries to be sought for. This research performed the frequency analysis, cross analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis and came to the conclusion. The examination reservation procedure, medical team professionalism, examination contents of notice, result of medical examination explanation, examination notification date, and examination duration of subscription was analyzed as the significance factor as the factor reached to the urban district inspection. And the examination contents of notice, total examination time, result of medical examination explanation, medical team professionalism, examination duration of subscription, and process of the medical examination explanation as to rural area, was analyzed as the significance factor. The cancer check was inspected according to the illustration and farming village and there was no big difference in the significance factor having an effect on the inspection. However, the Profiling about the examination procedure and service has to be continuously performed. And the differentiation strategy and policy considering the illustration and fairness between rural areas are required.

이동 컴퓨팅 환경이 보편화 되면서 이동 노드에게 QoS를 제공하려는 시도들이 늘고 있다. 이동 노드에게 QoS를 제공하기 위해서는 몇 가지 문제들이 있다. 본 논문에서는 세 가지 문제들에 대해서 알아보고 개선방안을 제시하였다. 첫 번째 문제는 호스트의 이동에 의한 경로 변경이다. RSVP의 경우 경로가 변경되면 기존의 자원 예약을 사용할 수 없으며, 다시 자원 예약을 해야 하는 문제가 있었다. 이 문제는 RSVP 및 교차 라우터의 기능을 확장하여 기존의 경로와 새로운 경로의 중첩되는 경로를 재사용하도록 함으로써 개선하고자 하였다. 두 번째 문제는 이동 호스트가 방문 네트워크에 있을 때 데이터는 HA를 거쳐서 전달되며 송신자가 이동 호스트에게 직접 전달하는 것보다 비효율적이다. 이 문제는 본 논문에서 정의한 LDIS(Location Discovery)와 SESSION_Update를 이용하여 송, 수신자가 상대방의 CoA를 항상 유지하게 하여 QoS 설정 및 데이터 전송을 직접 하도록 함으로써 개선하고자 하였다. 세 번째 문제는 인터넷이 여러 형태의 네트워크들로 구성되어 있으며, 각 네트워크들은 공통적인 QoS 기술을 사용하지 않는 것이다. 이 문제는 GR(Gateway Router)의 기능 확장과 네트워크의 내부 QoS 설정을 외부 네트워크의 QoS 설정과 독립시킴으로써 개선하고자 하였다.

There are lots of literature about connected car system from industry and academia. The connected car is a smart car integrated with IT technology that is connected to people, vehicles and traffic management systems. It is important to V2I (vehicle to infrastructure) communication which is the connection between the vehicle and the infrastructure. CIM (cooperative intersection management) is a device to manage the communication between vehicle and infrastructure. In this paper, we analyze two intelligent vehicle control methods using CIM at non-signalized intersections. In the first method, a vehicle to pass through intersection needs to reserve a resource of intersection. In the second method, trajectory patterns on pre-planned vehicles are classified to pass through intersection. We analyze case studies of two methods to be implemented by DP(dynamic programming) and ACO(ant colony optimization) algorithms. The methods can be reasonably improved by placing importance on vehicles or controlling speeds of vehicles.

공연과 전시 정보의 공연 횟수가 10년 사이에 30% 이상이 증가함에 따라서 다양한 공연 전시 정보 속에서 어떤 작품을 선택해야 할지 난해하다. 현재 스마트폰이 많이 보급되었고 IOS에 비해 적은 어플리케이션 숫자로 사용자에게 맞는 공연 전시 추천 시스템이 마땅하지 않다. 본 논문에서는 정보와 이해가 부족한 사용자에게 비슷한 성향을 가진 다른 사용자의 정보를 교차 추천함으로써 사용자의 성향에 맞춘 공연 전시 정보를 추천하는 시스템을 제안하였다. Open API 정보를 이용하여 다양한 공연 전시 데이터를 바탕으로 간단한 회원 가입 후 예약을 하고 사용자의 성향에 맞춘 공연 전시 프로그램을 추천한다.
