이 연구는 완전통합교육을 효과적으로 지원하기 위한 전자멘토링 시스템을 구축 및 사용성을 평가하는데 목적이 있다. 시스템 설계를 위하여 현재 운영되고 있는 국내 외 시스템과 연구들을 분석한 후, 완전통합교육 지원에 적절한 전자멘토링 수행모형을 도출했다. 특히, 설계와 구현에 있어서는 온라인의 수평적 멘토링 구현과 다양한 멘토링 형태의 지원, 상호보완적 관계형성, 그리고 활동에 대한 피드백 제공 등에 역점을 두고 시스템을 구축했다. 개발된 전자멘토링 시스템의 사용성 평가를 위해 운영자 2명, 멘토 5명, 멘티 5명을 선정한 후, '멘토링 지원(인지적 지원, 정서적 지원, 적용가능성)'과 '기술 지원(편의성, 정확성, 심미성)' 등 2가지 영역, 총 10개의 문항을 통해 심층면담을 실시했다. 통합학급 담당교사와 특수학급 담당교사의 사용성 평가 결과, 완전통합교육 지원을 위해 개발된 전자멘토링 시스템은 모든 영역에 걸쳐 상당히 효과적인 것으로 판단할 수 있었다. 향후에는 이 연구결과를 바탕으로 현장에서 장기간 지속적인 적용을 통해 개발된 전자멘토링 시스템의 실질적 효과성을 검증해 보는 연구가 요청된다.

The purpose of this study is suggesting the direction for improving web accessibility by analyzing the state of abiding by the web accessibility by the centers for teaching and learning support at the education offices in cities and provinces which provide the learning and teaching materials to the K-12 members and the interested people. For this aim, nine centers for teaching and learning support were evaluated. The primary manual evaluation by two experts and the evaluation by 18 users were conducted. The users were comprised of hearing-impaired people, visually-impaired people, brain-disabled people, the elderly, various browser users, and a variety of operating system users. As a result of the analysis, not a single center for teaching and learning support had conformed to web accessibility in the expert evaluation and the user evaluation. As a result of the expert evaluation, the errors regarding web design improvement, HTML source error correction, and provision of alternative measures for the disabled were found. This study is meaningful in the sense that it provided various discussions with regard to the direction of the future web accessibility evaluation based on the improved web accessibility evaluation method.

The purpose of this study is to design and develop an e-mentoring system for full inclusion. Through the literature review of related studies, the e-mentoring performance model was drawn. Based on this model, an e-mentoring system was designed and developed. Especially the horizontal mentoring was mainly considered during the procedure. To evaluate the usability of the system, 2 system managers, 5 mentors, and 5 mentees were chosen and they were interviewed by researchers. Researchers used an interview instrument(10 items) consisting of mentoring support(cognitive support, affective support, adaptability) and technical support(convenience, accuracy, look & feel) categories. On the whole affirmative responses were given in both mentoring support and technical support areas. It can be concluded that the e-mentoring system is very effective in supporting full inclusion. In future it is recommended that several empirical studies of utilizing the e-mentoring should be performed.

최근 스마트 기기를 사용하는 사용자가 폭발적으로 증가하고 있으며, 교육현장에서도 스마트 기기를 활용한 다양한 교육 콘텐츠 제작 및 교육 지원 서비스의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 스마트폰을 활용한 교육 평가 시스템에 대하여 논하고자 한다. 이를 위해 관련 문헌 연구를 실시하였으며, 스마트폰 기반의 교육 평가 시스템을 설계하였다.

이 연구의 목적은 학교문화예술교육 지원사업 성과에 관한 평가를 통하여 정책과 제도의 개선방향을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 미국정책학회의 표준에 기초하여 정책평가의 접근방법을 반영하였으며 Dunn(1981)의 정책분석기준에 근거하여 효과성, 형평성, 대응성을 평가하였다. 그 결과 학교무용예술교육은 공교육내에서 가치 있는 효과를 내고 있었으나 형평성은 미비한 실정이며 대응성은 충족하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 토대로 집행의 관점에서 방향성과 개선점을 시사하였다.

The purpose of this study is to design and develop the e-mentoring system which supports the effective information education and to evaluate the usability of the system. Through literature reviews of related studies, an effective e-mentoring performance model was drawn. An e-mentoring system was designed and developed based on the model. 237 middle school students who had participated in e-mentoring for the information education evaluated the usability of the system. As a result of it, the system was considered good in both category(supporting mentoring(M=3.63), technology(M=3.78). The means of subcategories of 'supporting mentoring'(instructional easiness, psychological safety, and adaptability) were scored 3.65, 3.30, 3.43 respectively. And means in the subcategories of 'technology'(usefulness, accuracy, and look & feel) were 3.90, 3.64, and 3.73. It can be concluded that the e-mentoring system developed in this study was effective in mentoring information education.

The performance assessment is being importantly recognized and enforced in the education evaluation recently. It is not able to analyze learners synthetically because learners are assessed separately in every subjects and the other activities. On the basis of this problem, we designed and implemented the multi-dimensional processing tool. In this tool, the evaluation results of one subject area have an influence on the other related subject areas. In addition, this system helps teachers to establish and process performance assessment plan by providing all subjects database. And all of the information is processed as a whole and can be used in the counseling and school record. This system is based upon windows and can be extend to web based system later. We expect the performance assessment task can be simplified by using this system and students' ability can be assessed by various methods. This system will contribute to ensure the confidence of public education.

이 연구는 수학 창의적 문제해결력을 바탕으로 수학 영재를 판별하기 위해서 수학 창의적 문제해결력 검사를 개발하고, 유창성만으로 수학 창의성을 평가한 이 검사 방법의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하는데 있다. 10개의 개방적인 수학 문제를 개발한 바, 수학적으로는 직관적 통찰력, 정보 조직력, 추론능력, 일반화 및 적용력, 반성적 사고력을 요구하는 문제들이다. 이 10문항을 영재교육기관에 입학하고자 지원한 초등학교 5학년 2,2029명에게 실시했다. 교사들은 각 문제에 대해 타당한 답을 제시한 빈도로 유창성을 측정했다. 학생들의 반응은 Rasch의 1모수 문항반응모형을 기반으로 한 BIGSTEPTS 로 분석했다. 문항반응 분석결과, 이 검사는 창의성을 유창성만으로 측정할 때도 영재판별 검사로서 신뢰도, 타당도, 난이도, 변별도가 모두 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 덜 정의되고, 덜 구조화되고, 신선한 문제가 영재교육 프로그램에 지원한 학생들의 수학 창의성을 측정하는데 좋은 문제임을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 이 검사는 남학생이 여학생보다 수학 창의적 문제해결력이 우수하며, 영재교육원에 지원한 학생들이 수학영재학급에 지원한 학생들보다 더 우수함을 확인해 주었다.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate an airline service training program based on the CIPP model. Evaluation areas were divided into context, input, process, and product. We analyzed the factors which influenced program satisfaction and recommendation of the training program. Two hundred and one learners who participated in an airline service training program were selected for a survey. The results of this study are as follows. The factors which positively influenced training satisfaction were educational goals in context evaluation, interaction between learners and instructors, managing programs in process evaluation, and training performance in product evaluation. The factor which negatively influenced training satisfaction was human resources in input evaluation. On the other hand, the factors which positively influenced training recommendation were educational goal, assessing needs in context evaluation, interaction between learners and instructors, supporting programs in process evaluation, and training performance in product evaluation. The factor which negatively influenced training recommendation was assessing needs in context evaluation. The results of this study are expected to make an important contribution to the development of service training programs in airlines.

대학을 평가하여 그 사회적 신뢰나 책무성을 강화시키면서도 기관의 통합성과 생산성을 높이는 데 기여해야 할 평가제도는 그 긍정적 측면이나 성과와 함께 많은 위험이나 부작용도 수반하므로 어떤 사업보다도 신중하고 차원 높은 접근이 전제된다. 대학평가가 성공적으로 수행되려면 다음과 같은 전제조건이 충족되어야 한다. 즉, 대학평가의 주체는 바로 대학사회 자신이며 대교협의 평가가 합법적 공신력을 갖고, 대학의 다양성을 존중하여 평가기준이나 척도를 마련해야 하며, 물량적 측면보다 질이 강조되어야 하고, 평가과정의 합리화와 피평가대학의 적극적.자발적 참여가 수반되어야 하며, 대학 서열화는 어떠한 경우에도 금기시해야 하고, 평가결과를 재정지원의 기준으로 삼는 차원낮은 활용을 삼가해야 할 것이다.
