The purpose of this study is to develop semiconductor equipment maintenance technician train program for the effective train of professional maintenance technician in the semiconductor industry. To achieve the purpose, both of the actual condition survey and the literature investigation had been proceeded for the prediction of educational train manpower requirements in the field of semiconductor equipment maintenance in and outside the country. In addition, tasks and education contents were also analyzed through job analysis. Based on the result, we suggest that the education program for semiconductor equipment maintenance technician train.

본 논문에서는 신생아집중치료실에 입원한 미숙아와 가족 대상의 증강현실(Augmented Reality [AR])기반 맞춤형지지 케어 프로그램 개발에 필요한 관련 전문가 합의를 도출한 델파이 조사 연구이다. 3D 콘텐츠를 적용한 프로그램 개발에 필요한 핵심 구성요소 혹은 교육 콘텐츠를 발굴하여 개발의 방향성을 제안하기 위한 델파이 분석에, 미숙아 및 전문가 집단 14명(1차)과 113명(2차)이 본 연구에 참여하였다. 각 델파이 집단에서 수집된 반응들의 분석 결과, 4개의 하위영역(AR 프로그램의 필요성 및 가치(장점), AR 기반 프로그램 도입과 적용 시 고려할 점, AR 기반 전인적 e케어 프로그램 도입 시 요구와 전략적 방안, 입원 초기부터 퇴원 전 단계별 지지케어 위한 3D 콘텐츠 개발 우선순위)이 분류되었으며, 총 57문항이 도출되었다. 입원 초기부터 퇴원 전 단계별 지지케어 위한 3D 콘텐츠 개발 요구도와 우선순위에 있어서는, 부모 경우 신생아 케어의 반복적 체험 훈련 통한 부모 교육, 아기 본연의 독특하고 고유한 캐릭터나 습관 및 특성 관련 정보 공유, 발달을 돕는 양육 또는 놀이 교육, 가족 요구 기반 특수 간호 기술 훈련 등의 항목의 우선순위가 높았다. 한편, 전문가의 경우 건강한 부모역할로의 이행을 돕기 위한 심리사회적지지, 부모-아기 간 단절 최소화, 미숙아 발달 관련 정보 및 양육 또는 놀이 정보 공유, 부모-아기 상호작용 기회 제공 등으로 요구도의 우선순위가 높았다. 본 연구에서 개발된 델파이 평가문항의 내적일관성 신뢰도를 분석한 결과, Cronbach's α .89~.94로 높았고, 타당도와 문항 구성이 적절한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과들을 바탕으로, 미숙아와 가족을 위한 AR 기반 맞춤형지지 케어 프로그램 개발의 적합성이 검증되었고, 프로그램의 임상적, 기술적, 사용적 가치에 있어서 고려할 사항과 교수매체로서 부모와 전문가 집단이 요구하는 3D 콘텐츠 우선순위를 바탕으로 효과적인 기획 및 설계의 근거를 확보했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

This research developed e-study skill program based on study skill training method that is widely used for the improvement of study ability of learners and applied it to high-grade elementary school students to evaluate the efficiency. The developed e-study skill reflected the practical necessity of students such as various information for studying, environment, time schedule, the way of memorizing and the skill of taking an exam to meet the need of the learners. It applied this program to high-grade elementary school students and found that this e-study skill training program improved the learning achievement of the students. It also found that e-study skill training had long-term effect. It should more specifically define the concept of e-study skill and diversify the contents of study skill training program. Then it will be a useful tool to develop study ability.

In order to establish the NIVTPD which is only one qualification training institute for vocational training teachers in Cameroon, the research team taught such as curriculum development methods, course materials development, and lecturing methodology for master teachers of NIVTPD. Also we prepared actual operation of NIVTPD by conducting actual lecture through Pilot training. This paper also includes two different surveys (Base-line and End-line surveys) results and two different tests (pre and post-test) results to assess the impact of training gained in NIVTPD on classroom performance. The results of the survey will be used for the improvement of NIVTPD's educational program through identifying the current state of the vocational training interface and integration, modification and improvement of the curriculum. Examination results can also be used as indicators for vocational training teachers' pedagogical knowledge and for future certification.

The need for education and training on engine-part maintenance is rising in order to prevent marine accidents occurring due to a surge in engine-part damages. However, practical training using actual equipment is difficult due to the size and location of the equipment. Therefore, the necessity of developing a training system for marine engines using virtual reality (VR) is intensifying. The purpose of this paper is to develop an optimized system for marine engine education and training using existing VR programs and equipment. To this end, we selected and modeled the marine engine and education target suitable for the class, and developed the system using VR development software. The developed VR education and training system is designed to experience content that is otherwise difficult to train or practice in the curriculum through virtual reality. In fact, fourth grade students from Maritime University were taught using marine engine VR educational equipment, and it confirmed that there was an educational effect on the class. In the future, the introduction of an education and training system using VR in the field of marine engines can improve their maintenance and repairing capacity, and aid in reducing marine accidents.need for education and training on engine part maintenance is increasing to prevent marine accidents.

The main objective of this study was found to be empirically seeing whether on-site training for students in the field of education and various programs in the field of SMEs michyeotneun any impact on production duties. Results of sub-areas of education and training educational experience, training motivation, training, experience, demographic characteristics and performance of education and training, and because there is a close correlation as sub-areas of business productivity, industrial welfare, governance, education, the period of increased productivity by properly adjusting the sub-variables of education and training it can maximize the educational experience of the work. This study provides the policy implications and implications for the future so that the unemployed(including unemployed youth) re-employment training and on-site training is satisfactory to shine and develop more good quality programs.

Purpose: This study aimed to develop a cardiopulmonary resuscitation training program for firefighters (FD-CPR) to help improve the survival rate after cardiac arrest on the fireground. Methods: The FD-CPR was developed following 3 steps of the FD-CPR instructional design based on the behaviorism theory. The content of the program was validated by a group of 7 experts using the contents validity index (CVI) and through a pilot-test. Results: A scenario consisting of 7 procedures, and a skill performance evaluation tool consisting of 16 questions were developed. The evaluation tool average score for the difficulty test was 41.16% (even) and that for the discrimination test was 0.32 (high). Subsequently, an 80 min training program was developed. As verified by the 7 experts through the CVI, it was as high as 1.0. Conclusion: The FD-CPR developed domestically for the first time in this study was effective in enhancing the CPR performance skills of the firefighters. If FD-CPR is added to the curriculum at the Fire Service Academy educational course for the new firefighters, the CPR performance skills could be maintained. Furthermore, the program can facilitate a better survival rate for colleagues having cardiac arrest on the field.

The purpose of this treatise is to evaluate impact of education and training of travel industry's employees upon their job satisfaction and to seek for improving efficiency of such education and training and measures for personnel management. It is also to evaluate impact of education and training of travel industry's employees upon their job performance. Moreover it is attempted to make suggestions for emphasizing importance of developing potentiality of travel industry's employees and suggestions for enhancing job satisfaction of employees. Review on outcome of education and training of travel industry's employees revealed that improvement of their job satisfaction depends on contents of education and training and motivation for it, desire and ability for achievement. Also it depends on support from their superiors or colleagues and existence of environmental atmosphere. In future it is necessary to develop diverse education and training programs for the employees and not only travel industry but also competent government agencies should make long-term investment and support for fostering excellent employees in future.
