A Study on the Establishment of School Repair Cycle (학교시설 수선주기 설정에 관한 연구)

  • In Korea, it is difficult to secure student health and safe educational environment due to the rapid deterioration of many school facilities built in the 70s and 80s in the past. As a result, through the improvement of school facilities, social needs for safe schools from various disasters, accidents, Is increasing. The purpose of this study was to establish a standard for the establishment of the national and school facilities for the mid - to long - term plan for the improvement of the old school facilities, and to propose a framework for mid - to long - term and rational planning that can be used by the national and local government offices. The purpose of this study is to establish a mid - and long - term plan for the improvement of old school facilities. The appropriate repair cycle for the improvement of the school facilities set up in this study can be utilized as a standard for the mid - and long - term planning for improvement of the school facilities in the Ministry of Education and the School of Education. To this end, a standard model, It is possible to roughly estimate the overall improvement in the mid- to long-term facilities at the national and regional levels.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest a scheme to provide children safer and more comfortable walking circumstances by survey current walking circumstances of schoolzone ways. A scheme suggested in this study was based on the analysis of survey to elementary school in 3 Newtowns(Dongtan, Dongbaek and Gumdan City) and actually surveyed data on school zone, the scheme can be summed up as follows; First, to avoid pedestrian roads being interrupted and to expend waiting space near schoolzone ways, several measures are needed including fixing roads and building additional gateway. Second, pedestrian crossings in front of school gate should be located at least 30m away from the left side of the gate. Third, to secure pedestrians' safety in school zone ways should be planed and established more security concepts und facilities.

  • Recently, the form of education has changed from one-way to two-way and mutual exchange rather than the existing one-way order form, and accordingly, it is necessary to consider creating a suitable learning environment for each type of education. The basic form of education consists of the delivery of knowledge, that is, the delivery of knowledge by teachers to education consumers through voice delivery, so the sound environment is considered an essential factor in creating a pleasant learning environment. The indoor sound environment is very closely related to the mental stress of the inmate, so the quality level of education will also change greatly depending on whether or not the appropriate sound environment is created. However, the importance of the sound environment in educational facilities such as classrooms has not been highlighted due to the lack of research and related laws on the sound environment. Therefore, in this study, auditory tests were conducted using the auralization based on the physical acoustic performance data presented in the preceding study. Through this, we wanted to verify the validity of this research by analyzing the subjective acoustic performance satisfaction of the occupants due to the improvement of the physical acoustic performance. Based on these research results, it is estimated that the improvement of the sound environment of educational facilities through remodeling in the future will be possible to verify whether the sound environment suitable for educational facilities is created only after the analysis stage on the improvement of subjective sound performance as well as physical sound performance.

Teachers' Perceptions of Software Education in Elementary School Practical Arts Curriculum and Improvement Plan (초등학교 실과 교육과정 소프트웨어 교육에 대한 교사의 인식과 개선방안)

  • As the era of the 4th industrial revolution began and the importance of software emerged, education also reflected this. Software education has already been provided in several countries, and Korea also started software education in the regular curriculum in 2019, when the 2015 revised curriculum was applied. This study attempted to present an improvement plan for revitalizing software education based on the feelings and difficulties of teachers who conducted software education for the first time in the practical education curriculum in elementary school. For the study, a survey was conducted on 96 teachers in charge of software education in elementary schools in 2019 with 36 questions related to personal competency, class operation method, textbooks and educational materials, class operation content, and educational environment. And three of them were interviewed. As a result improvements are needed, such as improving educational facilities and environment, revitalizing the development and dissemination of high-quality instructional materials, and expanding support for participatory training for teachers and teacher clubs.

The Situation of Mushroom Cultivation Growing at High Temperature in Africa Malawi (아프리카 말라위의 고온성 버섯재배 현황)

  • 1) 버섯종균 생산 시스템 개선 버섯의 품질과 수량을 좌우하는 주요 요인은 종균의 활력이다. 그러나 말라위에서는 종균의 활력이 낮아 조그마한 350cc 음료수 병에 배양 완성하는데 20일이 소요되는 등 노동력의 비효율성을 개선하였다. 따라서 350cc 병을 3500cc 비닐봉지로 개선하여 입봉하는데 소요되는 시간을 10배 이상으로 단축 개선하였다. 또한 곡립종균을 액체종균으로 대처한 결과 균사생장 속도가 빨랐으며 작업속도가 빨라졌다. 곡립 수수를 밀로 대체하여 종균제조 노동력을 효율적으로 전환하였다. 2) 버섯재배사 환경관리 개선 버섯재배의 4대 환경조건은 온도, 습도, 환기, 광이다. 그러나 말라위의 버섯재배사는 4대 환경조건 조절을 자연상태에 의존하고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 비닐로 커버된 상태에서 문을 닫아두어 과습이 되고 환기가 되지않았다. 이를 개선하기 위하여 직경 5cm 환기공을 버섯재배사 당 4개씩 만들도록 지도하였다. 3) 버섯배지 개선 말라위에서는 옥수수 대를 잘라 버섯배지로 주로 이용하고 있다. 이를 개선하여 말라위 북부지역(다광)에 대규모 사탕수수 공장을 방문하여 사탕수수 박을 이용하여 버섯재배 기술을 교육하였다. 이를 이용함으로서 버섯 균사생장속도를 빠르게 하고 균사량의 축적을 높이도록 하여 고품질 다수확하는데 교육을 하고 컨설팅을 실시하여 개선하였다. 4) 버섯 배지 야외발효 후 지면재배 시도로 시간 단축과 비용절감 말라위 버섯배지 혼합제조법은 옥수수대 한가지로서 영양원이 없다. 이를 개선하여 배지를 수분을 흡수시킨 후 야외 퇴적하므로서 배지의 물리성을 개선하고 야외발효 과정 중 양분이 합성되어 양질의 배지를 만드는 방법이다. 야외발효한 배지를 봉지에 담아 균상에 입상하는 불편함과 나무로 만들어진 균상대의 과습으로 인한 곰팡이 발생과 개미 침입으로 썩는 것 등을 방지하기 위하여 지면재배 방법으로 개선하였다. 이 지면재배는 균상 만드는 나무재료와 인건비 절감. 병해충 발생 방제 뿐만아니라 고품질 다수확할 수 있는 방법으로 개선 교육과 시범 시연을 실시하였다.

  • As time goes by, educational facilities have become superannuated and damaged; therefore, performance and safety of buildings have been decreased. It causes the decrease of service quality and deterioration of educational environment. In order to protect facilities from serious damages and deterioration, a consistent maintenance and repair program is required. The educational facilities can keep the good educational environments and also make better environments through the program. This study is made by investigating and analyzing the maintenance data which was collected from fifty schools in Asan area, Chungchengnam-do in order to derive foundation data for the efficient educational environment maintenance program.
