The Kim Dae-jung Library is Asia's first presidential library and is a private presidential archive with over 250,000 historical materials. It mainly collects records related to the life of former President Kim Dae-jung, modern and contemporary history, and democratization, While most of the private presidential archives in Korea are operated by memorial foundations, the Kim Dae-jung Library is unique in that a higher education institution operates it. Accordingly, it aims to take an educational role in history and democracy based on records, providing free research space for researchers, and supporting research through records. This report introduces examples of the Kim Dae-jung Library's representative archival information service, an affiliated institution of educational institutions and private presidential archives, and presents the future tasks of the presidential archives.

지난해부터 인터넷 분야에서 가장 확실한 수익 모델을 갖춘 사업 분야로 e-Learning 분야가 손꼽히면서 많은 온라인 교육 서비스가 우후죽순처럼 등장해 이미 1,000여 개의 서비스가 각축을 벌이고 있다. 그러나 e-Learning은 무엇보다도 학습용 컨텐츠의 품질이 그 성패를 좌우한다 할 때 한국의 온라인 학습 컨텐츠의 품질은 부실하기 이를 데 없다는 게 중론이다. 이는 S/W 공학에서 S/W 품질 보장을 위해 개발 방법론이 중요한 것으로 인식되는 것과 이를 지원하기 위한 Method II등 여러 도구들이 보급되고 있는데 비해 학습 컨텐츠는 그 중요도와 개발이 복잡하고 정교함이 요구됨에도 불구하고 개발 방법론에 대한 인식과 개발방법론을 지원하기 위한 도구가 없음에 기인하는바 크다 할 수 있겠다. 아직까지 국내에서는 MacroMedia Director나 ToolBook, Authorware등 일반적인 저작 도구나 웹 기반의 컨텐츠를 제작하는 Dreamweaver등의 HTML Editor만 있으면 컨텐츠가 만들어 질 수 있는 것으로 착각하고 있는 경우가 많다. 교육 학습용 컨텐츠의 개발 주기를 살펴보면 요구 분석->교수 설계->저작->평가->배포의 단계를 거치게 되는데 이때 학습 컨텐츠의 품질은 사실 요구 분석과 교수 설계 단계에서 결정되게 되며 이 학습 컨텐츠의 품질을 결정하는 단계에서는 IT 분야 지식보다는 오히려 교육 공학적 지식이 더욱 요구된다. 그러나 현실적으로 이 단계의 절차적 복잡성과 전문성으로 인해 거의 대부분의 학습 컨텐츠들이 제대로 개발 주기를 거치지 못하고 검증되지 않은 스토리 보드에 의한 저작 단계로 바로 돌입하고 있는 것이 한국의 실정이라 하겠다. 따라서 본 프로젝트에 의해 개발 된 교수 설계 도구는 교육/학습 컨텐츠의 품질 보증을 위한 방법론인 교육 공학의 체제적 교수 설계 이론 Model (Instructional System Design Model), 특히 그 중에서도 이 분야의 사실상의 표준 이론(de facto standard)인 Dick & Carey 교수와 Gagne 교수의 인지주의 ISD Model을 기반으로 정교한 교수 설계와 코스 맵 설계를 가능하게 함으로써 학습 컨텐츠의 품질 보증 활동을 지원 할 수 있는 도구로 개발하였다. 특히 Linux 기반에서 PHP로 개발 함으로써 Platform에 구애받지 않은 사용 환경을 구현 하였으며 향후 많은 e-Learning Platform에 교수 설계 모듈로 장착 함으로써 기존의 e-Learning Platform들의 가치를 높일 수 있는 계기가 될 것으로 생각한다.

최근 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 핵심적인 요소 기술인 상황인식 시스템을 실현하기 위해 이에 필요한 상황정보를 수집하는데 점차 센서의 활용과 응용분야가 확대되고 있다. 상황인식 서비스는 센서로부터 수집된 상황정보의 수집 및 교환을 통해 인식하고, 해석 및 추론 과정을 거쳐 사용자에게 상황에 적절한 서비스를 제공하는 것으로 매장, 의료, 교육 등의 응용분야에서 많이 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Boole 함수 및 다치 논리함수의 미분을 이용하여 유비쿼터스 환경 하에서 주변상황 등을 인식하는 방법과 그 인식 결과를 해석하고 주변상황의 변화에 따른 적절한 서비스를 제공하는 모델을 제안하고 적용 예를 통하여 확인한다.

클라우드 컴퓨팅의 개념은 2006년에 처음 나왔다. 이것에 대한 정의는 내려졌지만 서비스 제공자들의 이해에 따라 조금씩 차이가 있다. 현재 아마존과 구글같은 글로벌 기업에서는 클라우드 서비스를 선도하고 있고, 더욱이 모바일 시장이 급성장 하고 있는 현 시대에서 모바일 클라우드는 더욱 앞서나가는 서비스 모델이 될 것으로 전망된다. 하지만 모바일기기는 분실 및 도난의 위험이 높다. 현재 사용 중인 모바일 클라우드의 인증 방법들은 기존 클라우드의 인증방법을 그대로 사용하고 있어서 타인의 모바일 기기를 악의적인 사용자가 습득할 경우 쉽게 인증을 통과 할 수 있다. 따라서 모바일 클라우드 환경에서 사용자의 인증을 더욱 안전하게 할 수 있는 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 기기를 이용하여 상황인식을 기반으로 한 인증방법을 제안한다.

VANET은 V2V, V2I 통신을 통해 다양한 서비스를 제공하며, 차량은 여러 가지 서비스를 제공받아 안전하고 효율적인 운행을 할 수 있다. 다양한 서비스를 제공하고 이용하기 위해 안전하고 신뢰성 있는 V2V, V2I 통신이 보장되어야 하며, 이를 위해 많은 연구들이 진행되었다. 기존의 대부분의 연구들은 공개키 기반 암호시스템을 이용하였다. 하지만 VANET의 DSRC 프로토콜에 의하면 한 차량에서 짧은 순간에 매우 많은 메시지를 확인해야 하며, 따라서 매우 큰 연산량이 발생하게 된다. 또한 DSRC를 사용할 경우 서버와의 통신을 항상 보장할 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 이를 해결하기 위해 다른 통신 메커니즘의 사용을 고려한 대칭키 기반 인증 프로토콜을 제안한다.

Since new issues and topics are emerging in the information and library science fields, diverse needs are identified to enhance the curriculum of library and information science education. This study investigated curriculum of library and information science in US and identified the topics of classes in the curriculum by the three aspects such as competency areas, scientific and technology category, and research fields. Consequently, topics related various information technology including system design and implement are the most popular topics in all analyses. Library and information center management and user service are also major topics of the curriculum.

우리나라의 생산 가능 인구는 올해를 정점으로 감소하기 시작해 앞으로 1,000 만 명 이상 줄어들 것으로 예상된다. 양육과 교육비에 대한 부담이 단산까지 이어지고 있다. 우리나라에 있는 임신, 육아, 출산에 대한 서비스는 매우 적은 편이며 기존에 존재하는 기술의 경우 특정 사용자를 대상으로 해서 소외되는 계층이 생겨나는 문제가 있다. 사람들이 경제적인 격차와 사각지대에 놓여 정보적 격차를 느끼는 만큼 이를 해결할 수 있는 복합적인 서비스와 사용자 편의성을 증대한 기능이 필요한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 인공지능과 공공데이터를 이용한 임신, 출산, 육아 통합 앱 개발을 통해 모든 사용자가 차별 없이 정확하고 다양한 정보를 얻을 수 있고 혜택을 받아 사회적인 문제를 감소시킬 수 있도록 제안한다.

유비쿼터스 서비스는 운전자, 헬스케어 관련 종사자, 일반 시민 등 모바일 사용자를 위한 서비스를 포괄하고 있다. 이러한 서비스들은 단말 장치로부터 발생하는 다양한 정보들을 수집, 가공하여 개인들에게 제공할 수 있도록 한다. 최근에 진행되고 있는 u-City 에서는 건강과 교육, 가정 환경에서 일어나는 다양한 이벤트들을 기반으로 상황에 따라 개인화된 서비스를 거주지, 거리, 빌딩, 공공 장소 같은 다양한 환경에 제공하려 하고 있다. 최근의 표준화 논의에서는 다양한 공공 서비스와 상용/민간 서비스를 지원하기 위해 공유할 수 있는 단말, 네트워크, 센터, 소프트웨어 인프라스트럭처가 필요하다는 공감대가 형성되어 표준화 논의가 활성화되고 있다. 본 논문에서 소개하는 TOPAZ는 서비스 기반의 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 인프라스트럭처로 다양한 유비쿼터스 서비스들이 웹 서비스를 통해 인프라스트럭처를 사용하여 쉽게 개발, 배포, 운용될 수 있게 해준다. 본 논문에서는 TOPAZ의 필요성과 서비스 컴포넌트들에 대해 서술하고 유틸리티 컴퓨팅의 입장에서 본 서비스의 질, 서비스 미터링, 자원 관리, Scalability 등의 고려 사항과 해결 방법을 제시하고 TOPAZ의 성능, 적용 결과 등을 소개한다.

It is thesis that based on for Croup-Transferring a method of Transferring-Control during real-time. By the development of multimedia, spread of high-speed communication network and generalization of various multimedia services, various techniques an studied by requiring application services for multi-users (meeting-service, remote-service, broadcasting-service, education-service and so on). So we focused on the multimedia group transferring techniques except communication network techniques and multimedia processing techniques, and presented algorithms about a mettled of group-management, a method of delay-control-management that analyzed a effective method of Croup-Control and characters of each group network and used RTP(Real-Time Protocol) / RTCP(Real-Time Control Protocol).
