This study examined community-centered informatization education support measures for empowerment of women with disabilities based on gender perspective.First, the 'Digital Information Gap Survey' conducted by the Ministry of Science and ICT used the 2018 'Digital Information Gap Survey' to find out the current status of the digital information gap between male and female handicapped people. The law on information education support for women with disabilities is presented.Lastly, based on the current status of informatization education support available to women with disabilities, centered on local communities, such as establishing a comprehensive women's disability support center, visiting education considering disability types, developing and supporting customized informatization education considering learning ability, and discovering community resources related to informatization. In this paper, we propose a plan to support informatization education for women with disabilities based on capacity building.

The purpose of the present study is to verify the structural relationship among motivation to participate, organizational support, satisfaction and learning outcome in lifelong education. The survey was conducted on the learners who enrolled in "A" lifelong education center in the first semester of 2011 and structural equation modeling analysis were used. A total of 151 respondents were analyzed for this study. The major findings of this research are as follow: First, motivation to participate factor has an influence on the satisfaction and learning outcomes. Second, organizational support factor has an influence on the satisfaction, but not on the learning outcomes. Third, learners' satisfaction have direct effects on the learning outcomes. Furthermore, learners' satisfaction mediated causal relationship between motivation to participate and learning outcomes. This study proposed implications and managing strategies that enhance satisfaction of female adult learners in lifelong education environment and learning outcomes.

This article investigates the impact of business incubator's support service and manager's capabilities on the start-up economic performance. BI's support services consist of physical infra, management/legal service, networking service, financial service, technical service, and education/training service. The results show that most BI's support services(except education/training service) have a positive effect on the start-up economic performance. This study also analyzes the gap between the importance and the satisfaction of BI's services. The results show that the satisfaction of BI's services is much lower than the importance. It can be explained that the start-ups' expectations are not able to meet. In conclusion, BI's services have a major impact on the start-up economic performance, but actually they didn't meet the expectation of the start-ups. In the future, the quality level of BI's services and manager's capabilities needs to be improved. The improvement will have a positive effect on the survival and growth of the startups.

The purpose of the study was to suggest policy implications to support K-12 education, especially weak areas, through e-Learning, With the literature review and discussions among experts in the field of K-12 education, we identified three areas - support for neglected students, preference-based curriculum, and gifted education - as the ones e-Learning may contribute much, and discussed current situations and problems for the each area followed by policy implications accordingly. In addition, we suggest strategic bases for the policy implications, which were reform of the law and polices, contents sharing, and quality control of e-Learning.

This study shows that the policy directions to invigorate smart education for special education based on the view of special education teachers through AHP methodology. The result shows that development of smart contents, supporting for teaching and learning, smart education networking, establishment of legal foundation and supporting for infrastructure are relatively important policy ordered by weights. The analysis indicates that the contents development policy should be strategic direction for smart education in special education.

최근 학교 교육 현장에서는 교수-학습의 효과 극대화를 위하여 교육정보화 사업이 추진되고 있다. 이를 위하여 교육인적자원부는 컴퓨터 기반 수업(CAI)을 지원하고 특히 학습자가 인지적 구조를 구성할 수 있는 학습 환경 조성을 위해 우수한 교육용 소프트웨어를 개발 보급하여 활용할 수 있도록 지원하고 있다. 그런데 학교 현장에서는 소프트웨어 구입에 따라 매년 그 보유수가 늘어나고 있으며, 이에 따른 효율적인 교육용 소프트웨어 관리의 필요성이 증가되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 교육용 소프트웨어를 교수 학습용 소프트웨어, 업무 지원용 소프트웨어, 시스템 관리 소프트웨어 3가지로 분류하여 등록하고 사용자별 사용 구분을 두어 보다 효과적으로 시스템을 사용할 수 있는 XML 기반 관리 시스템을 제안한다.

1895년 영화가 탄생하면서부터 영화가 예술로서 인정받기까지 오랜 시간이 걸렸듯이 영화가 그 교육적 가치를 인정받기까지도 상당히 오랜 시간이 걸렸다. 즉, 영화가 소비 지향적이라는 비판에서부터 영화는 집에서만 봐도 충분하다는 식의 편견까지 이러한 오해를 불식시키기까지 짧지 않은 시간이 흘렀다. 영화 자체가 교육적 대상으로 인정받기 시작한 것은 1964년 영국영화연구소에서 나온 "영화교육(Film Teaching)"에서 영화교육의 필요성이 논의된 이후에 자연스럽게 그 가치를 인정받기 시작했다. 한편 2004년부터 예술강사 지원사업에 의해 영화교육의 대중화가 본격적으로 이루어졌고, 한 해 뒤인 2005년 만화애니메이션교육이 대중화시대를 열었다. 이렇듯 만화애니메이션교육과 영화교육은 그 교육적 접근은 오래되지 않았지만, 교육과 관련해서 전문적인 동시에 대중적인 측면도 함께 지니고 있다. 다시 말해서, 대학교육에서 이론적이고 실제적인 교육이 이루어지고 있지만, 대중적인 영향력을 통해서 초 중등학교에서 많은 관심을 가지고 있는 교육영역이다. 이렇게 다양한 층위에서 진행되고 있는 만화애니메이션교육과 영화교육을 문화예술교육이라는 범주에서 살펴볼 것이다. 이는 전문예술인 양성을 위한 전문교육인 아닌 초 중등학교에서 이루어지고 있는 문화예술교육이라는 관점에서 바라볼 것이다. 특히 한국문화예술진흥원의 예술강사 지원사업을 중심으로 현재 진행되고 있는 만화애니메이션교육과 영화교육을 점검할 것이다. 그리고 영화교육에서 진행되고 있는 교직과정을 살펴봄으로써 만화애니메이션교육도 이러한 제도적 뒷받침의 필요성을 밝힐 것이다.

In 2013, the small retailer organized support service, which commenced in 2009, has been expanding its place in the policy by transforming into a small retailer cooperating support service. This support service supports two main sides. One of them is strengthening the financial aspects of the scale by organizing the small retailers in order to make the distribution efficient. The second is improving the management and enhancing the efficiency through visitation education. This research focuses on studying the effects of the visitation education which is one of the two aspects of small retailers support service. Empirical analysis on the effects of the visitation education's quality on the loyalty of support service and business performance was performed in detail by dividing the structure of the companies into chain form and combined form of small retailers. According to the results of the analysis, the visitation education's quality positively affected the support service's loyalty without any restrictions on the structures of the retailers. However in the business performances, the visitation education's quality only showed positive effects on the combined form of small retailers. Therefore, it is implied that in order to continuously receive support program by increasing the loyalty of the retailers, the quality of the visitation education must be increased and the retailer support service need to be considering the structure of the companies in order to improve small retailer's business performance.

경영 교육의 도구로서 경영 모의 게임(Business Simulation Game)이 널리 활용되고 있다. 최근에는 BSG의 교육 효과를 높이기 위해서 BSG를 위한 의사결정지원시스템(Decision Support System)을 개발되고있다. 반면에 국내에서는 BSG와 같은 경영 교육 도구가 부족할 뿐만 아니라 DSS 기능을 가진 BSG는 전무한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 경영 전략, 마케팅, 생산, 재무 영역을 포함한 한 BSG의 교육 효과를 높이기 위한 DSS prototype을 개발하였다.

가상학습은 지식 정보화시대를 맞이하여 국내외으로 새로운 교육훈련 패러다임으로서 시간과 공간을 초월한 얼린 학습공간으로 부각되고 있다. 특히 정보처리 기술의 급속한 발전으로 국내외 각종 정규·사회 교육기관에서는 인터넷을 이용한 가상학습 교육훈련을 전극 도입하고 있는 추세이다. 가상학습을 기반으로 하는 코스웨어 개발이냐 학습평가에 관한 연구는 많으나 품질평가에 관한 연구는 아직까지 미비하여 본 논문에서는 가상학습 지원시스템의 품질평가 모델을 제시하여 교육 현장에서 가상학습 지원시스템 구축 시 품질평가 기준으로 활용하고자 한다.
