In this paper, we analyzed the link between school's educational information technology level and ict literacy level of students in elementary school. Specially we concerned about the link between principal's awareness of ict and ict literacy level of students. This ICT literacy levels were measured by sampling 1%(12,759 students) of the entire school year for elementary school 4-6. The educational information technology level of sample student's school was extracted from the Ministry of Education data. Then the two materials was analyzed in conjunction with each other. As a result, Higher recognize of principal, higher ict literacy level of students. That is sure in human realm. But that is difficult to conclude in ict infra and ict using realms. According to this result, it is more important to develop ability and awareness of teacher for ict than to support building of ict infra and using of ict. Therefore, we need to make a plan to develop ability and awareness of teacher for ict with building of ict infra.

우리나라 고령층 정보화 교육은 1999년부터 시작되어 왔다. 그러나 현재까지도 정보화 수준은 기초적인 수준을 벗어나지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 문제점으로는 정보화 교육이란 다른 일반적인 교육과 달리 고령층에게는 일반적인 교육 방법으로는 높은 수준을 기대하기가 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 현행의 문제점을 파악하고 학습자와 교수자간에 연계할 수 있는 학습방법과 Blended Learning을 고령층 정보화교육에 접목시켜 변화 해 온 8여년간 고령층 정보화 교육의 수준 향샹된 연구 결과를 나타내보기로 한다.

The purpose of this study was to develop indicators for information and communication technology(ICT) use in elementary education, which are useful tools for forecasting and deciding the policy of education in the society of information technology. We analyzed prior studies on information and communication indicators, and suggested a survey forms to collect data and an equation for each indicator in order to calculate an index from the data without additional survey-cost. They can be intended to be explored on definitions of ICT use in education, indicators for ITC use in elementary education, illustration of utilizing the indicators, and an analysis of differences among schools on the indicators.

Informationization level is a very important factor for evaluating the national power and modernization. Informationization propulsion is also important strategy for economic and social development. National informationization is depend on educational informationization and educational informationization is depend on teacher education informationization(TEI). So China steadily carry out the teacher education informationization. In this study, We are concerned about the significance, necessity, general rule and process of TEI. The propulsion systems of TEI are infrastructure, data developing, knowledge and usage of information technology, systematic study, standard and evaluation of TEI.

지식정보사회 흐름에 따라 우리나라에서도 '교사 정보화 사업'을 기반으로 초 중 고 학교 현장의 정보화가 활성화되도록 다양하게 지원하고 있다. 하지만, 교사의 ICT 활용 능력 향상이나 ICT 교수.학습에의 이용, 교사의 정보화 연수 참여 등의 정보화 사업의 실효성은 크지 않은 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 교육 정보화 사업과 관련된 현장의 실질적인 효과를 살펴보기 위해서 초등 교사를 대상으로, 교사의 경력과 ICT 연수 참여 횟수가 교사의 ICT 활용 수준과 ICT 활용 빈도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 또한 교사의 ICT 활용 수준과 ICT 활용 빈도의 관계를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 교사의 ICT 활용 수준에 영향을 미치는 변인과 ICT 활용 빈도를 알아봄으로써 향후 교사 정보화 연수 프로그램 개선점을 제공해 보았다.

글로벌 경쟁 환경 하에서 신발산업이 지속적으로 성장, 발전하기 위해서는 정보기술의 활용도 증진과 e-비즈니스의 활성화를 위한 정보화 교육이 필수적이다. 정보화 교육의 실행을 위해서는 먼저 체계적인 교육 과정이 개발되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 부산지역의 신발업체를 대상으로 실시한 교육수요조사를 토대로 교수체제설계(ISD: Instructional System Design)기법을 적용하여 신발업체를 위한 정보화 교육 과정을 개발하고 이의 효율적 실행을 위한 각종 지원 방안을 제시한다. 교육과정 개발을 통해 낙후되어 있는 신발산업의 정보화 교육을 지원하고, 업종별, 직능별, 수준별 맞춤식 교육의 기틀이 마련될 수 있을 것이다.

[ ${\ulcorner}$ ]2003 중소기업 정보화 수준 평가${\lrcorner}$ 결과, 중소기업의 정보화 수준은 49.22점으로 대기업의 70%에도 미치지 못하는 것으로 조사되었다. 본 조사는 정보화 추진의지, 추진환경, 설비수준, 활용수준 등 네 평가부문으로 중소기업의 정보화 수준을 평가하였는데, 평가결과 국내 중소기업은 추진환경이 가장 취약한 것으로 나타났다. 한편 기업의 정보화 발전단계를 다섯 단계로 설정 모형화한 결과, 단계별 정보화와 평가부문간에 유의적인 차이를 보였고 각 단계별 진전에 필요한 요인들도 상이하게 나타났다. 현재 중소기업은 정보화 발전단계 중 세 번째 단계인 업무효율화 단계로, 다음 단계로 발전하기 위해서는 추진환경 개선과 함께 정보시스템의 확대 및 유지노력이 필요하다. 또한 일정 수준 이상의 중소기업에게는 정보화에 따른 역기능을 예방 대응하기 위한 정책적 지원이 필요하며, 정보화에 대한 인식 전환과 다양한 정보화 교육을 통한 시스템 활용수준의 제고 노력이 필요하다.

This study has developed indicators and criteria for measuring educational informatization level of students, teachers and parents with regard to the national educational policy. The criteria for indicator of each group are also set up. As the results of the analysis, first, 4 areas, 10 elements, 24 sub-indicators are generated as the result of development of indicator for level measure of educational informatization. And different weights are established for each area, element and sub-indicator considering the characteristics of each category. Second, generated criteria are evaluated by specialists based on the indicator of education informatization and on a scale of 100. The criteria for students are evaluated to be 80.64, the criteria for teachers to be 80.90 and the criteria for parents to be 76.52 which was found to be the lowest. Therefore, this research was completed to determine which aspect should be supported more intensively when setting the directions of future educational informatization.

현대 정보화 사회에 대응하는 교육을 위해 정보 인프라 구축에 심혈을 기울이고 교육의 다양화 첨단화를 추구하여 교육의 효율성과 효과성을 높이고자 하는 교육 개혁을 추진하고 있다. 또한 7차 교육과정에서 정보화 사회에 대처할 수 있는 능력 함양을 위해 정보화 교육의 중요성을 한층 더 강조하고 있으며, 국가 차원의 교육정보화 사업 달성을 위해 노력하고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 초등학교에서는 컴퓨터 교육에 대한 정확한 교육과정과 교육내용이 제시되어 있지 않고 재량활동, 특별활동, 특기·적성교육, 실과교과의 일부분으로 컴퓨터 교육을 실시함에 따라 마땅한 컴퓨터 교재와 학생들의 수준별 학습이 이루어지지 못하여 체계적인 컴퓨터 교육이 이루어지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 웹 기반 교수-학습을 활용하여 학습자 중심의 자기 주도적 학습을 하고 학습자에게 학습과정에 대한 자기 평가의 기회를 제공함으로써 학습에 대한 인식과 주도성을 증진시키고, 수준별 학습을 할 수 있는 올바른 교육 개선 방안을 모색하였다.
