The need for changes in archival studies curriculum has been steadily raised because of the wide variation of the curriculum in each graduate school. In this study, the foreign archival studies guidelines and certification standards were compared and analyzed to derive key categories and elements for developing the Korean guidelines for a graduate program in archival studies. The five key categories and elements of the guideline include introduction, mission and goal, knowledge categories, administrative factors, and conclusion. On the other hand, the 10 knowledge categories to be learned by archivists include ① The Nature of Records and Archives, ② Selection, Appraisal, and Acquisition, ③ Arrangement and Description, ④ Preservation, ⑤ Reference and Access, ⑥ Outreach, Instruction, and Advocacy, ⑦ Management and Administration, ⑧ Social and Cultural Systems, ⑨ Legal and Financial Systems, and ⑩ Information Technology. In the future, knowledge categories need to be actively reflected by the opinions of the academic community and archivists to improve the graduate curriculum.

Jini 2.x 표준의 보안 모델은 클라이언트와 서버간의 신뢰와 안전한 통신을 위해 크게 3 가지 순차적인 과정을 요구한다. 순서대로, 프락시 준비, 상호인증을 위한 자격증명과 신원의 확인, 세션의 암호화 연산이다. 첫 번째 프락시 준비 과정은 다운로드 서비스프락시가 올바른 출처에서 온 안전한 이동코드인가를 검증하는 과정을 요구하고, 보안 제약조건과 동적 권한부여 구성을 완료하는 과정을 포함한다. 나머지 두 과정은 기존 X.509 인증서 기반의 TLS/SSL 통신이 요구하던 과정과 유사하다. 프락시 준비 과정은 클라이언트-서버 양측에 안전하고 신뢰 할 수 있는 스텁(stub)을 준비하는 시간이기 때문에 실질적인 통신지연 요소에 들지 않는다. 그러나 나머지 과정들은 기존 SSL 통신이 갖는 오버헤드를 가지고 있다는 것을 본 논문의 실험에서 확인하였다. 본 논문에서는 프락시 준비 과정에서 상호 인증정보와 세션 키를 확보하기 위한 Jini 서비스 구조와 방법을 제시하고 서비스 연결 지연을 단축한 실험결과를 논한다.

본 논문은 창의성교육 프로그램 개발 방향으로 창업교육에 대한 실행방안을 연구 및 기획한 논문이다. 창업의 현황과 문제점을 토대로 교육프로그램 개발하고 공학교육의 창의적 능력 및 정보기획과 분석력 개발교육을 통해 공학교육의 질 제고를 위한 새로운 모델을 제시하고 있다. 본연구의 기초는 공학인증프로그램의 설계교과과정의 내실화가 기본바탕을 이루고 있으며, 교육과정에 추가되는 softskill의 활용도 아울러 요구되고 있다. 특히 설계교과과정의 정점을 이루고 있는 캡스톤디자인(종합설계교과목) 교육성과의 활용도를 적극 활용할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고 있다.

해상교통관제사의 능력 향상을 위해 해양수산부에서는 자격인증에 관한 훈령을 제정한 후 기본과정, OJT 강사과정, 선임관제사 과정, 재교육과정 등의 교육을 시행하면서 교육용 시뮬레이터를 활용해 왔다. 또한, 항만의 안전과 보안을 우선 담보하는 해상 교통관제사로서 능력을 발휘하고 필요한 역량을 갖추기 위해서 IALA V-103에서 언급된 대로 여러 부분의 지식을 함양하고 교육용 시뮬레이터를 이용한 간접경험으로 훈련을 충실히 하고 있다. 그러나 시뮬레이터는 항만의 선박교통상황을 충분히 구현하지 못하며 긴급하고 위험한 상황 또한 제한적으로 구현할 수밖에 없는 등 교육용 시뮬레이터의 약점을 보완하기위해 VTS 시뮬레이터 시스템의 기능강화를 위한 요구사항 분석 및 설계 기준을 검토하였다. 특히, 해상교통관제사의 훈련 상황을 객관적으로 평가할 수 있는 평가기능을 구현하기 위해서 분석 검토하였다.

In recent years, most domestic colleges of engineering are continuously trying to enhance the quality of education in engineering so as to meet the international requirement of education standards of this era. In consequence, the colleges are willing to acquire the accreditation of education by the ABEEK (Accreditation Board for Engineering Education of Korea) so that they can find the right way for the education of engineering and establish concrete educational programs in engineering. In this contribution, we exemplify a case of the College of Engineering in Mokwon University to survey and analyze the current state of education in engineering. We adopt the AS-IS and TO-BE analysis model to assess the system and try to figure out the right way for custom-designed education. The analysis helps understanding of the current situation of local private universities and consequently be used as important data for acquiring the engineering accreditation for global standard.

Rapidly evolving field of GIS and the social demand for university education to address the gap in the training of human resources, and future-oriented, engineering accreditation system based on the introduction of measures in the field of GIS is the need. In this thesis, the domestic and international undergraduate curriculum including University of Seoul's was analysed. A GIS curriculum of the domestic and abroad department course was analyzed. The present status of the domestic engineering accreditation and problems were analyzed and a desirable casting plan was shown through the abroad GIS related accreditation case analysis to analyze the validity of the engineering accreditation introduction of the GIS field. A standardized GIS curriculum was shown through the analysis of the core curriculum and the body of knowledge of the GIS field shown at the advanced of foreign countries all together. The industry-academia cooperation forum which made the Surveying and GIS related society the center by a political alternative, the construction of the caucus and the argument to execute this effectively are needed.

The 'Program outcomes and assessment' is an important criterion evaluating of engineering education in accreditation of engineering education. ABEEK prescribes program outcomes which are the basic capabilities in the application of the fundamental knowledge and practical tools of the engineering field. Also ABEEK asks to prove that all programs are constructed a proper educational curriculum and are satisfied program outcomes and CQI. Therefore program outcomes must satisfy both two key points. First, as a quality control aspect, engineering programs must prove that graduates of accredited programs can perform twelve capabilities. Second, as a continuous quality improvement aspect, accredited programs have to upgrade a level of engineering educational quality. Consequently the purpose of study is to introduce a new model for CQI and QC systems, implementing strategies as an actualizing of program outcomes.

21세기 들어 컴퓨터와 통신 기술의 급속한 발전과 정부의 보급 의지로 인하여 정보기기 및 통신 장비는 급속한 발전을 이루게 되었다. 이에 정부에서는 중ㆍ고등학교의 컴퓨터 교육을 강화하기 위한 방안으로 현재 고등학교에서 추진하고 있는 정보소양인증 제도를 중학교까지 확대 시행하고 학교 교육과정에서 적극 반영하도록 하여 중 고등학교에서 컴퓨터 교육을 필수적으로 실시하도록 유도하고 있으며 현재 시행되고 있는 제7차 교육 과정에서는 모든 교과의 수업에서 10% 이상에서 컴퓨터를 비롯한 정보통신기술 활용을 목표로 각 교과별 정보통신기술 활용 내용을 개발하여 교과서 편찬시 반영하도록 하여 이를 보급하려 하고 있다. 또한 2001년부터 컴퓨터 교육이 필수화됨에 따라 초등학교에서도 교사 교육 및 시설의 확충 등 체계적이고 지속적인 지원을 하기 위하여 노력하고 있다. 그러나 정보보호 측면에서 이들 교재를 분석하여 보면 그 내용과 구성이 너무나도 미흡하며 보강이 필요한 것이 현실이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 현 초등학교 교과서를 분석하여 담고 있는 내용과 이를 개선하기 위한 방법을 제시하였다.

Recently the demand for civil bodyguards and security guards shows rapid growth. However the supply and training system have some limitations. Educational and training systems for civil body and security guards are in the basic level and private organizations trained the professional work force. University level training started recently. To protect individual life and property, body and security guards have to be trained professionally. For it the role of professional training organizations is emphasized. The purpose of this article is to analyse current situation of civil body and security guard training industry and to seek an educational model. For it, the following questions will be examined. ${\cdot}$ Do the professional training organizations meet social demand for the body and security guards? ${\cdot}$ What kind of training has to be provided for the body and security guards? ${\cdot}$ What tare the qualifications of the trainers? ${\cdot}$ What are the differences in training courses between private organizations and universities? ${\cdot}$ Is there any differences in the job placement among the trainees of private organizations and universities? In summary to meet the social demand common curriculum for the body and security guard will be drawn from the analyses of diverse training organizations with different training courses in contents, training periods, educational value, and social aim.
