지식ㆍ정보화 사회에서는 교사가 학생에게 교과서의 지식뿐만 아니라, 학생 스스로 인지 구조를 형성할 수 있도록 다양한 정보를 제공해야 한다. 따라서, 동일한 교과를 강의하는 교사들은 웹 상의 대량의 정보 가운데서 의미 있는 정보를 서로 교환ㆍ공유하여 교수-학습활동에 활용할 필요가 있다. 기존 웹 상의 교수-학습자료 시스템은 주로 HTML을 이용하기 때문에 한정된 태그만을 사용하여 사용자가 원하는 형태의 기능을 지원할 수 없을 뿐만 아니라 이런 태그들은 정확한 의미를 전달하지 못한다. 또한 구조화 능력이 부족하여 문서의 계층 구조를 표현하지 못하며, 효과적인 저장과 검색이 불가능하다. 즉, 화면상에 보여지는 기능 외에는 색다른 기능을 제공하지 못한다. 본 논문에서는 동일한 교과를 강의하는 교사가 교수-학습자료를 웹 상에서 손쉽게 작성하여 원활하게 교환할 수 있도록 XML 문서로 생성하는 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. XML 문서의 교수-학습자료는 의미 있는 정보 전달과 문서의 구조화가 가능하다 또한 데이터를 수정하는 기능과 다양한 표현 형식이 가능하도록 지원함으로써 기존의 교수-학습자료의 재사용을 가능케 한다. 결과적으로, 교사가 교수-학습자료 작성에 드는 시간과 노력을 절약하여 본연의 임무에 충실하도록 해줌으로써 교수-학습활동의 질을 향상시킬 수 있다.

If we followed to be based on the result of survey for researching on the actual condition about e-Learning of the MOE(2004), the critical problem has been suggested managing the quality of teaching and learning materials(37.68%(1775/4717)). If we also reviewed the research of the KICE(2002), the superior material's rate of 70,000 teaching and learning materials of the web site, the educational organization, and teachers was 8.7%. There was some suggestions about the quality problem of the teaching and learning material, but there wasn't the alternative policy: there wasn't the systemic program for managing the message quality of teaching and learning materials. The purpose of this study was to develop the alternative system for managing the message quality of teaching and learning materials. The alternative system of this study's result will be the basic to build the system for managing the message quality of teaching and learning materials. I expect that my system will be the useful tool for managing the message quality of teaching and learning materials.

The purpose of this work is to analyze various mathematics programs and related studies for gifted students of secondary school, to extract meaningful suggestions, and to develop some mathematics materials to realize our suggestions. We analyzed mathematics curriculum drafts for gifted students(by KEDI), mathematics program for the gifted students of Russia, and mathematics programs of some specialist of gifted education. We were able to extract some important aspects for developing teaching & teaming materials. Especially in this study we took notice of systematization of mathematical problems, and suggested a model of systematization of mathematical problems.

본 연구 개발은 초등학교 예비 교사에게 국어과 ICT 교수 학습에 대한 이해와 과정안 개발 및 수업에서의 활용 능력을 길러주고, 아울러 향후 ICT를 활용한 국어과 교육을 교육과정에 반영할 경우 제기될 수 있는 문제점을 짚어보고 개선 방안을 모색하는 데 그 목적을 두었다. 연구 개발의 내용은 국어과 ICT 활용 교육 관련 문헌 및 자료 탐색, 자료 및 수업 운영 실태 분석, 국어과 국어과 6학년 1, 2학기 180차시에 대한 학습 내용 및 목표 분석과 국어과 6학년 1, 2학기 180차시에 대한 ICT 교수 학습 과정안 개발, ICT 교수 학습과정안 개발 결과물의 수정 검토 및 서버 탑재, ICT 교수 학습 과정 개발 과정의 교육과정 적용 방안 모색이다. 본 연구 개발을 위하여 2003년 2학기 강좌인 '국어과 교재 연구(2학점)'와 통합하여 교수 학습 과정안 개발을 추진하였다. 본 강좌에서는 과정안 개발에 필요한 모형 안내, 과정안 작성 방법 지도, ICT 활용 수업의 분석, 과정안 개발에 필요한 컴퓨터 소양 교육이 이루어졌으며 과정안의 개발은 학기 과제로 추진하였다. 본 연구 개발 과제의 수행을 통하여 최종적으로 국어과 6학년 ICT 교수 학습 과정안 180차시와 연구 보고서 1종을 산출하였다. 본 연구 개발의 성과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비 교사에게 국어과 ICT 교수 학습 모형 및 과정안에 대한 이해를 높이고 교수 학습 과정안의 작성 능력을 길러주었다. 둘째, 연구 보고서에 제시된 국어과 ICT 자료 개발 및 활용 실태, 예비 교사의 ICT 교수 학습 과정안 개발을 위한 강의 계획과 개발을 위한 실제 지도 과정은 향후 관련 강의나 연구를 설계하고 교육과정을 마련하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있다. 셋째, 예비 교사들이 개발한 자료는 현장 교사들이 국어과 수업을 운용하는 데 활용할 수 있다. 본 연구 개발 결과 드러난 문제점과 보다 나은 연구와 강의를 지향하기 위한 개선 방안을 제시하여 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비 교사의 특성과 개발 내용에 비추어 볼 때 ICT 교수 학습 과정안 개발 기간이 짧았다. 따라서 강의 시수를 늘리는 방안, 관련 강좌를 추가로 개설하는 방안, 기존 강좌를 통합하여 운영하는 방안을 고려해 보아야 한다. 둘째, 예비 교사의 수준을 고려할 때 여러 가지 '부가 자료'를 포함하는 ICT 교수 학습 과정안을 1인 1차시씩 개발하도록 하는 것은 학생들에게 상당한 부담을 안겨 주었다. 대안으로는 개발 관련 강자를 1년 단위로 계획하여 운용하는 방법, 학생 4-5명 당 1차시씩 개발하도록 하는 방법, ICT 교수 학습 과정안 자체만 개발하고 학습지, 교사연구자료, 자율학습 자료 등은 생략하는 방법 등이 있다. 셋째, 학생들의 컴퓨터 소양 기능이 부족한 상태에서 ICT 교수 학습 과정안 개발을 과제로 부과할 경우 좋은 결과물을 기대할 수 없다. 따라서 현재 교육대학의 교육 과정 편성 체제를 감안하면 컴퓨터 강좌와 교과 교육 강좌를 통합 강좌 형태로 운영하는 방법을 고려해 볼 만하다. 넷째, 교수 학습 모형의 경직성과 실제 교수 학습 변인을 고려한 활용이나 변형에 대한 탐구가 여전히 부족했다는 점이다. 앞으로는 이를 몇 가지의 모형 틀 속으로 자꾸 끓어 내려고 하는 것보다는 기존의 모형을 다양하게 변형할 수 있도록 그 틀을 열어줄 필요가 있다.

At public elementary schools in areas where multicultural students are concentrated, they have difficulty understanding classes due to their lack of Korean proficiency. Multicultural teaching and learning materials produced by teachers have not been managed or reused and stored individually. To overcome this situation and increase students' learning effect, the study applied digital curation to multicultural teaching and learning materials and suggested to link the materials with a platform that can be stored, used, and shared. The study was based on B Elementary School in A City, a multicultural international innovation school under the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education. The process of applying digital curation to multicultural teaching and learning materials was analyzed by collecting, organizing/selecting teaching and learning materials, categorizing subject, classifying subtopic, and linking with platforms. Practical issues and policy suggestions in school settings were also proposed.

급격한 교육 환경 변화와 정보 통신망의 보급.확대로 학교 교육의 정보통신 활용 학습 체제로의 전환이 가속화되고 있는 시대적 요청에 부응하여 가장 쉽게 인터넷에 접속할 수 있으면서, 학습자들이 흥미를 갖는 웹 기반 모듈형 교수.학습 자료를 개발하였다. 모듈형 웹 자료를 개발하고. 이를 교수.학습 활동에 적용하여 수업을 진행 한 결과 학습자들의 학습에 대한 흥미도와 학습 내용의 이해도 및 학업 성취도를 고취시켰으며, 또한 자기 주도적 탐구 학습이 가능하여 과학과 탐구 학습 수행 능력이 크게 향상되었다.

The purpose of this paper was to examine the teaching and learning activities using mobiles devices in a university. We analyzed the instructional methods, instructional strategies, devices types, and evaluation activities. In addition, we conducted deep interviews with the students who used the mobile devices in terms of their understanding on the mobile learning, mobile learning methods, evaluation methods, difficulties and their expectations. These findings will be used to improve the quality of the teaching and learning methods using mobile devices in higher education.

1999년 교육개발원에서는 초 ${\cdot}$ 중학교 영재 교육과정 시안 개발을 위한 기초연구와 수학과 영재 교육과정 시안에 관한 보고서를 발간하였는데 이 보고서에 초 ${\cdot}$ 중학교 수학과 영재 교육과정 시안이 제시되어 있다. 이 영재 교육과정 시안으로써 그 내용에 상응하는 수학 교수 ·학습 자료 개발이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 한국교육개발원에서는 영재 교수 ${\cdot}$ 학습 자료개발 및 영재교사 연수가 본격적으로 확대, 추진되고 있는 실정이며 또한 2002년${\sim}$2003년 2년간 한국교육개발원에서는 영재학생을 위한 교수 ${\cdot}$ 학습 자료를 개발하여 왔다. 이런 취지를 바탕으로 지금 우리에게 영재 교육의 시급한 문제는 초 ${\cdot}$ 중등에 필요한 다양한 영재 교육프로그램을 마련하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 한국교육개발원에서 마련한 교재개발 지침에 따라 2005학년도 교수 학습 자료를 중학교중심으로 영재 교육 프로그램을 구현해 보고자 한다.

2000년 1월 28일에 영재교육진흥법이 제정 ${\cdot}$ 공포되었고, 2002년 4월 18일에 영재교육진흥법시행령이 공포됨에 따라 본격적으로 공교육 차원의 영재교육이 실시되고 있다. 그에 따라 영재교육의 목적을 이룰 수 있는 적절하고 다양한 교수-학습 자료의 개발이 시급한 쟁점으로 부각되었고, 비로소 2002년 6월 15개 시${\cdot}$도 교육청이 한국교육개발원에 위탁해 영재학급과 영재교육원에 투입할 학년별 50차시 분의 초등학교 4${\sim}$6학년 영재 심화 교수-학습 자료를 개발하게 되었다. 하지만 영재교육의 내실을 기하고 활성화를 위해서는 좀 더 다양한 교수-학습자료가 지속적으로 개발되어야 하며 많은 시도가 있어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 영재학급용으로 개발된 심화 교수-학습 자료에 제시되지 않은 내용을 중심으로 영재학급에 활용할 수 있는 초등학교 5${\sim}$6학년 수학 영재교육을 위한 학습자료를 개발하고자 한다.

As the necessity of the special education for the gifted to develop their talents and national power is gradually recognized, many kinds of teaching-learning materials have been developed. However, the development tendency of the materials is not systematically studied because their database is not sufficiently constructed nor most of them are made public. In this research, we would like to provide the reference data to improve the quality of developed materials and reduce the deviation among the classified fields when we will develop the teaching-learning materials by collecting the already developed materials and analyse their development tendency by classifying them according to the contents.
