EFFECT OF STEP CURING ON THE CONTRACTION STRESS AND MARGINAL ADAPTATION OF RESIN RESTORATION (단계별 광중합 방식이 복합레진 수복물의 수축 응력과 변연 접합도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of step-curing mode on polymerization shrinkage and contraction of composite resin restoration. Class I cavities were prepared on the extracted human premolars. The cavities were ailed with Filtek $Z-250^{TM}$ (hybrid resin, 3M ESPE, USA) and Filtek $flow^{TM}$ (flowable resin, 3M ESPE, USA) and cured with one of the following irradiation modes; Halogen 40sec with continuous curing, LED 10sec with continuous curing, and LED 13sec with step-curing. Contraction stress was measured with strain gauge which was connected to TML $Datalogger^{TM}$ (TDS-102, SOKKI, Japan) and resin-dentin interfaces were observed by scanning electron microscope. The results of present study can be summarized as follows : 1. Composite resin restoration showed transient expansion just after irradiation of curing light. Contraction stress was increased rapidly at the early phase of polymerization and reduced slowly as time elapsed (P<0.05) 2. $Filtek\;flow^{TM}$ showed lower contraction stress than Filtek $Z-250^{TM}$ regardless of curing modes. 3. LED step-curing mode showed lowest contraction stress in Filtek $Z-250^{TM}$ compared with other curing modes(P<0.05). 4. LED step-curing mode showed lowest contraction stress in $Filtek\;flow^{TM}$ compared with other curing modes(P<0.05), but difference in contraction stress was not so greate as in $Filtek\;Z-250^{TM}$. 5. Polymerization of composite resin by LED light with step-curing mode and halogen light with continuous ode resulted in better marginal sealing than LED light with continuous mode.

Evaluation for applicability of river depth measurement method depending on vegetation effect using drone-based spatial-temporal hyperspectral image (드론기반 시공간 초분광영상을 활용한 식생유무에 따른 하천 수심산정 기법 적용성 검토)

  • Due to the revision of the River Act and the enactment of the Act on the Investigation, Planning, and Management of Water Resources, a regular bed change survey has become mandatory and a system is being prepared such that local governments can manage water resources in a planned manner. Since the topography of a bed cannot be measured directly, it is indirectly measured via contact-type depth measurements such as level survey or using an echo sounder, which features a low spatial resolution and does not allow continuous surveying owing to constraints in data acquisition. Therefore, a depth measurement method using remote sensing-LiDAR or hyperspectral imaging-has recently been developed, which allows a wider area survey than the contact-type method as it acquires hyperspectral images from a lightweight hyperspectral sensor mounted on a frequently operating drone and by applying the optimal bandwidth ratio search algorithm to estimate the depth. In the existing hyperspectral remote sensing technique, specific physical quantities are analyzed after matching the hyperspectral image acquired by the drone's path to the image of a surface unit. Previous studies focus primarily on the application of this technology to measure the bathymetry of sandy rivers, whereas bed materials are rarely evaluated. In this study, the existing hyperspectral image-based water depth estimation technique is applied to rivers with vegetation, whereas spatio-temporal hyperspectral imaging and cross-sectional hyperspectral imaging are performed for two cases in the same area before and after vegetation is removed. The result shows that the water depth estimation in the absence of vegetation is more accurate, and in the presence of vegetation, the water depth is estimated by recognizing the height of vegetation as the bottom. In addition, highly accurate water depth estimation is achieved not only in conventional cross-sectional hyperspectral imaging, but also in spatio-temporal hyperspectral imaging. As such, the possibility of monitoring bed fluctuations (water depth fluctuation) using spatio-temporal hyperspectral imaging is confirmed.

Effect of Dry Matter Production and Growth Construction of Zoysia japonica on a photoperiod (일조시간 조절이 잔디(Zoysia japonica)의 물질생산과 생장에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was designed to estimate on the interaction of the first productivity, light condition and to examine the ecophysiological characteristics of Zoysia japonica. rtificial community of Zoysia japonica was analyzed effect of matter production and growth construction under various shading condition. The results summarized this experiment were as follows; 1. The relative growth rate (RGR) in all experimental plots was high during the growth stage of 20 days after transplanting, and then decreased. The maxium RGR value appeared in the control plot (2.13g/g. 10days) during the growth stage from 10 to 20 days after transplating. RGR value in server shading of short day condition was remarkably decreased from the early growth stage. The main factor to lower RGR value considered as a short day condition than that of shading. 2. The net assimilation rate (NAR) in all experimental plots except 3hour photoperiod plot was high during the early growth stage after transplanting, and then decreased early growth stage after transplanting, and then decreased as the growth proceeded. The maxium value appeared in the control plot (35g/g. 10days). NAR value in the severe shading of short day condition plots was low. Especially, NAR value in the three hours photoperiod plot was remarkably low from the early growth, there was no great difference by growth stage. NAR had negative correlation with LAI and positive correlation with RGR. 3. The increasing rate of leaf area ratio(LAR) was high during the early growth stage after transplanting in the control plot and in the photoperiod plot, the shorter the exposure time to sunlight, the higher the LAR value from the early growth stage. Especially, its value in the 3 hour photoperiod plot was remarkably high but its increasing rate was lower as the growth proceeded. LAR hade negative correlation on RGR and NAR. 4. The crop growth rate(CGR) in each experimental plot was increased until 50 days after transplanting, and then decreased. After that time, the maxium CGR value appeared in the control plot (1.56g/$\textrm{cm}^2$. 10-days), 60 days after transplanting, CGR had positive correlation with LAI. The optimum LAI in the control, 9 hour, 7 hour, 5 hour, and 3 hour photoperiod plots appeared as 1.87, 1.12, 0.83, and 0.18.

  • 태양전지는 태양광을 직접 전기로 변환하는 소자로서, 무공해 신재생 에너지로 각광받고 있다. 이러한 태양전지의 상용화를 위하여 발전효율과 경제성을 높이기 위한 많은 연구가 진행되고 있으며, 특히 도심형 건물의 외장재를 태양전지로 활용하는 건물통합형 태양광 발전 (BIPV : building integrated photovoltaics)등에 대한 연구가 활발하다. 따라서, 본 조사 연구에서는 태양전지 기판소재의 요구특성을 조사하고, BIPV용으로 적용 가능한 유연한 금속기판의 개발을 위한 기술적 방법을 제시하고자 하였다. 현재 태양전지의 기판은 비정질 혹은 결정질 실리콘 기판과 라임유리 기판이 주로 사용되고 있으며, 특수용도로 고가의 폴리이미드 고분자 필름이 사용되고 있다. 그러나 BIPV의 다양한 응용을 위해서는 저가의 유연한 기판이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 스테인레스 금속박판은 인성 및 강도가 우수하고, 유연하여 다양한 형태로 가공이 가능하며, 가격이 저렴하고, 다양한 표면개질기술이 적용될 수 있다.

  • 본 논문은 겨울철 해상용 등명기의 유효광도 감소를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 적용환경의 특수성 때문에 태양전지와 축전지에 의존해야 하는 해상용 등명기의 경우, 일사량에 따라 그 성능에 크게 영향을 받을 수밖에 없으며, 특히 겨울철의 경우 일사량 부족으로 이런 문제점들이 대두되고 있다. 이에 기상청 자료에 근거하여, 겨울철 일사량 통계를 조사하고, 실험을 통해 겨울철 축전지 충/방전 특성 및 250mm 해상용 등명기의 유효광도 특성을 확인해 보았다. 또한 광달거리에 미치는 영향을 조사해 보았다.

Carotenoid Production of Transformed Carrot Hairy Root and Its Culture in Bioreactor (형질전환된 당근 모상근의 Carotenoid 생산과 생물반응기에서의 배양)

  • 다양한 배양조건을 이용하여 당근 모상근의 생장과 carotenoid 함량을 조사하였으며, 이러한 배양조건을 airlift형생물 반응기에 적용하여 모상근의 다량 배양을 시도하였다. 고형배지 배양에서의 carotenoid 함량은 광조건에서 배양된 모상근이 암조건에서 배양된 모상근보다 10배 정도 증가하였으며, 모상근의 생장은 광조건이 암조건보다 낮은 수준이었다. 공기 유출기 배양에서는 모상근이 광조건과 암조건 모두에서 매우 빠르게 생장하여 생줄량의 차이가 없었으며, 모상근의 생장과 carotenoid 함량에 있어서 빛의 조사는 모상근의 전체적인 생중량을 증가시키기 보다는 배양 후기 생장단계에서 carotenoid 함량을 증가시켜서 암조건에 비하여 10배 정도의 carotenoid(11 $\mu\textrm{g}$/g)를 생산하였다. 모상근을 생물 반응기에서 배양하였을 때, 모상근이 지수함수적으로 빠르게 생장하여 배양 25일 동안에 처음 무게의 11배를 나타내었다. 그리고 pH는 처음 5.5에서 5일후 4.9로 떨어지다가 그 이후에 일정한 수준(pH 4.8)을 보여주었으며, 광주기와 광도을 조절하지 않은 상태에서의 carotenoid 함량은 2$\mu\textrm{g}$/g으로 나타났다.

  • 본 논문에서는 고밀도 광 기록 시스템에서 코드율이 2/3인 (1,7) 코드를 사용하여 부분 응답의 목표를 다양하게 변화시켜 여러 가지 목표 응답에 대해 잡음의 대부분을 차지하는 지터(jitter) 성분만을 고려했을 때와 이에 부가적인 백색잡음(AWGN)만을 고려하였을 경우의 성능을 각각 비교, 분석하였다. 또한, 이 실험 결과를 토대로 고밀도 광 기록 채널에 적용시킬 수 있는 가능한 부분 응답들을 조사하였고, 그 결과 PR(6,6,8,4,3) ML 코드가 고밀도 기록 시스템에서 좋은 데이터 검출 능력을 나타냄을 보였다.
