Implementation of a Buoy System Based on Multi-Hop Relay Networks for Ocean Observation (해양관측을 위한 다중 홉 릴레이 네트워크 기반의 부이 시스템 구현)

  • In this paper, we propose a buoy system based on multi-hop relay networks for ocean observation. The proposed system consists of various sensor modules, a gateway, wireless communication modules, and a remote monitoring site. The sensor modules are integrated with various communication interfaces and connected to the gateway of the proposed buoy system with an unified protocol based on controller area network (CAN)-bus. In order to communicate with the remote monitoring site and extend the coverage, the proposed system uses long-term evolution (LTE) router and XBee mesh network modules. The field test results show that the proposed system can extend the coverage using the proposed multi-hop relay network.

  • The study has purposed in evaluating experiences for achievable accuracy and precision of time series at 3-D coordinates. It has been estimated from the kinematic medium-range baseline processing of Continuously Operating Reference Stations (CORS) for the potential application of crustal displacement analysis during an earthquake event. To derive the absolute coordinates of local CORS, it is highly recommended to include some of oversea country references, since it should be compromised of an observation network of the medium-range baselines within the length range from tens of kilometers to about 1,000 kilometers. A data processing procedure has reflected the dynamics of target stations as the parameter estimation stages, which have been applied to a series of experimental analysis in this research at the end. From the analysis of results, we could be concluded in that the subcentimeters-level of positioning accuracy and precision can be achievable. Furthermore, the paper summarizes impacts of satellite ephemeris, data lengths and levels of initial coordinate constraint into the positioning performance.

  • This paper deals with the network interface of research and observation instruments in the oceanographic research vessel, an establishment of related database for measured information. The system is implemented to integrated communication network system which allows to effective survey and real time-based observation through the establishment of GUI(Graphic User Interface). The system also consists of the LAN systems and serial interface with chemical, physical, biological, and environmental relations. And, other network service, vessel data service for data communication between vessel and earth station using the INMARSAT-B, and network service(WWW, BBS, E-Mail etc.) are needed for integrated communication network system.

  • EAREF(East-Asia Reference Frame) is based on the Eurasian Plate which is considered relatively stable. It is managing the coordinate reference system by a specific epoch through the networking of GNSS CORS of the East-Asia region covering North-east and South-east Asia. Also it'll be the goal to assist integrating the geospatial information management. This study aims to estimate the precise coordinates of EAREF in the East-Asia region at the epoch of January 1st of 2012 (2012.0) after the Great East Japan Earthquake. It is related to 1st stage study for construction of data sets and made up the data processing techniques through the various experiments to upgrade the accuracy. Based on the results of the study, we calculated the initial precise coordinates of the EAREF network from the 2012.0 epoch covering the East-Asia region. The accuracy of the estimated coordinates was compared with the weekly solution provided by the IGS analysis centre. The differences were 0.004m, 0.007m and 0.009m at the directions of X, Y and Z respectively. In addition, this study reviews the next procedure how to implement and upgrade the EAREF network.

  • 네트워크상태의 탄소나노튜브 나노선과 바나듐 옥사이드 나노선의 전압-전류 특성을 측정하고 옴성 전압전류특성과 함께 정류 다이오드 특성을 관측하였다 정류특성을 Schottky diode 관점에서 분석하였고 나노선을 이용한 다이오드의 이상지수가 10을 초과하는 큰 값을 가짐을 알았다. 2단자 전극상태에서 전류잡음 1/f 잡음형태가 관측되었다.

  • 유역의 하천유량과 같은 수문 시계열을 모의 또는 예측하기 위한 수문 모델링에서 최근 기계 학습 방법을 활용한 연구가 활발하게 적용되고 있는 추세이다. 이러한 데이터 기반 모델링 접근법은 입출력 자료에서 관찰된 패턴을 학습하며, 특히, 장단기기억(Long Short-Term Memory, LSTM) 네트워크는 많은 연구에서 수문 시계열 예측에 대한 적용성이 검증되었으나, 장기간의 고품질 관측자료를 활용할 때 더 나은 예측성능을 보인다. 그러나 우리나라의 경우 장기간 관측된 고품질의 하천유량 자료를 확보하기 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 LSTM 네트워크의 학습 시 가용한 모든 유역의 자료를 통합하여 학습시켰을 때 하천유량 예측성능을 개선할 수 있는지 판단해보고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 우리나라 13개 댐 유역을 대상으로 대상 유역의 자료만을 학습한 모델의 예측성능과 모든 유역의 자료를 학습한 모델의 예측성능을 비교해 보았다. 학습은 2001년부터 2010년까지 기상자료(강우, 최저·최고·평균기온, 상대습도, 이슬점, 풍속, 잠재증발산)를 이용하였으며, 2011년부터 2020년에 대해 테스트 되었다. 다지점 통합학습을 통해 테스트 기간에 대해 예측된 각 유역의 일 하천유량의 KGE 중앙값이 0.74로 단일지점 학습을 통해 예측된 KGE(0.72)보다 다소 개선된 결과를 보여주었다. 다지점 통합학습이 하천유량 예측에 큰 개선을 달성하지는 못하였으며, 추가적인 가용 자료 확보와 LSTM 구성의 개선을 통해 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

  • As static traffic assignment has reached its limitation with ITS policy applications and due to the increase of interest in studies of ITS policies since the late 1980's, dynamic traffic assignment has been considered a tool to overcome such limitations. This study used the Dynameq program, which simulates route choice behavior by macroscopic modeling and dynamic network loading and traffic flow by microscopic modeling in consideration of the feasibility of the analysis of practical traffic policy. The essence of this study is to evaluate the feasibility for analysis in practical transportation policy of using the dynamic traffic assignment technique. The study involves the verification of the values estimated from the dynamic traffic assignment with South Korea's expressway network and dynamic O/D data by comparing results with observed link traffic volumes. This study used dynamic O/D data between each toll booth, which can be accurately obtained from the highway Toll Collection System. Then, as an example of its application, exclusive bus-lane policies were analyzed with the dynamic traffic assignment model while considering hourly variations.

  • 본 연구에서는 서울특별시 네트워크 RTK 시스템의 활용 및 Virtual RINEX 실용성 검토를 위해 수행하였다. 네트워크 RTK 시스템의 활용 다양화를 위해서는 NTRIP을 통하여 타기관의 사용자 시스템으로 실시간 전송, 시설물의 변위에 대한 GNSS로 모니터링 방법, GNSS Internet Radio Client와 Radio Modem을 이용한 RTK측위를 소개하고, Virtual RINEX 실용성 검토는 VRS RTK 측위 결과와 이동국 측위 지점에 대한 Virtual RINEX 데이터의 후처리 성과를 비교하였다. 그 결과, Virtual RINEX와 GPS 관측 성과는 거의 동일하여 향후 Virtual RINEX도 후처리 데이터로 사용할 수 있는 가능성을 확인하였고, VRS RTK 측위 성과는 Virtual RINEX 후처리 성과와 수 mm 이내 차이를 보여 산출된 성과가 거의 같음을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • 본 논문은 확률특성을 갖는 네트워크 기반 제어시스템(NCS; Networked Control Systems)을 위하여 동적 베이시안 네트워크(DBN; Dynamic Bayesian Networks)와 신경회로망 기법을 이용한 지능제어기법을 제안한다. 신경회로망은 시변 시간지연을 갖는 비선형 시스템의 실시간 오차를 보상하기 위한 제어기의 최적화에 적용된다. 모듈화 신경회로망이 구성되며 이것은 제어기의 파라미터를 출력한다 가장 간단한 DBN 구조인 마코브 체인(MC; Markov Chain)이 구성되며 NCS의 랜덤 관측값을 모델링에 적용되며 예측 제어기의 구성에 또한 사용된다. 제안한 제어기법은 위성시스템의 자세제어에 적용하여 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해 성능을 검증하였다.

  • Recently, it is a pretty well known way to compute GPS/INS using Continuously Operating Reference Station (CORS) and Network-based RTK for obtaining Exterior Orientation (EO) parameters of aerial photogrammetry. In this study, it is way to compute Exterior Orientation (EO) parameters using ground base stations, using Continuously Operating Reference Station (CORS) broadcast orbits and International GNSS Service (IGS) rapid orbits. And the residuals of Exterior Orientation (EO) parameters were computed based on the results of ground base station. As a result, the case of using SmartBase to obtain Exterior Orientation (EO) parameters was showed the high accuracy of X, Y, K more than using Continuously Operating Reference Station (CORS) of National Geographic Information Institute (NGII). Also, distance and direction of Continuously Operating Reference Station (CORS) of National Geographic Information Institute (NGII) from ground base station affected Exterior Orientation (EO) parameters. And different forms of residuals were shown according to the aerial photo courses.
