우리 국방부도 무기체계 획득제도 및 절차에 대한 관리원칙을 설정함에 있어 미 국방부가 지난 25년간 획득정책의 절차의 근거문서로 적용해온 국방 획득계획 일반원칙(국방부 훈령 5000.1)과 주요국방획득계획 및 주요자동화체계 획득계획에 대해 위임된 정책 및 절차를 기술한 국방부훈령 5000. 2R을 참고하여 운영소요를 안정되고 가용한 계획으로 해석하고 성능이 우수한 제품획득과 효율성 제고를 위한 조직화에 적극 노력해야 할 것이다.

코드검증은 소프트웨어공학에서 제안한 개발 프로세스 상의 여러 절차 중 비용 대 효과 측면에서 가장 효과적이라고 알려져 있다. 그러나 코드검증 절차 도입 초기에는 적용에 따른 기대 수준이 낮으며, 추가 작업에 대한 개발자와 관리자의 부담이 높기 때문에 투입시간, 자원할당 등의 계획은 설득력 있는 근거를 바탕으로 체계적으로 수립되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 기존 제품 개발 시 발생되었던 결함의 원인 분석과 결함 제거에 투입된 공수 산출을 바탕으로 코드검증 절차를 개발 프로세스 상에 도입, 계획할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

키복구는 암호화 제품의 사용자가 암호화키를 분실하여 데이터를 복호화할 수 없을 때 데이터를 복구하거나 수사기관등이 합법적인 절차로 암호화된 데이터를 복호화하기 위한 수단이다. 정보보호의 중요성에 대한 인식이 확대되어 앞으로 많은 종류의 암호화 제품이 개발될 것으로 예상되기 때문에 다양한 키복구 기술의 개발과 키복구 기술가느이 호환성의 해결이 시급한 실정이다. 본고에서는 공개키 방식에 기반을 둔 전자상거래와 전자정부등에서 채택할 수 있는 인캡슐레이션 키복구 기술과 이를 위한 절차에 관하여 논한다. 공개키기반구조에서 키복구는 사용자와 법집행기관 모두의 요구를 충족시켜야 한다. 키복구기관을 인증관리센터의 관리하에 두고 인증관리센터가 인증하는 키복구기관의 공개키를 이용하여 키복구필드를 생성하는 인캡슐레이션 기술을 사용함으로서 사용자는 자신이 직접 세션키를 제어할 수 있는 장점이 있고 법집행기관도 필요한 경우에 언제나 사용자의 세？키를 복호화할수 있다.

911테러 이후, 세계 무역환경은 물류의 안전과 원활화를 요구하게 되었고, 이런 패러다임의 변화에 따라 우리나라도 '09년 4월 AEO공인 제도를 도입하였다. 무역공급망(Supply Chain) 기업은 AEO 공인을 받기 위하여 내부통제시스템을 구축하여야 하며, 그 중 적정한 위험관리절차를 갖추어야 하는 바, 동 절차에 대한 특별한 방법론이 아직 제시되지 않은 상태이다. 따라서, AEO와 관련된 위험관리방법론을 연구하고, 이를 기업에 확산되어 있는 6시그마 방법론과 접목시켜 기업의 AEO 공인을 지원하고 기업활동의 효율성을 높이고자 함이다.

The reasonable decision making procedure for conducting follow-up management of water-friendly riverfront have been proposed in the national streams when the use of the level of usage for facility becomes degraded. It consists of two part usage: the selection of destination and the follow-up strategy with the alternatives. Considering the water-friendly riverfront grade derived from prior research, Grade IV and V were selected as candidates, and if the economic utility became low, it should be selected as candidates for the follow-up management. In addition, the basic plan for follow-up management was reviewed and alternatives suitable for the strategy could be derived considering the need for the operation of water-friendly riverfront in target site. The prior study on the follow-up decision making process of the water-friendly riverfront has not yet been confirmed, but since the life cycle of such facilities become almost expired, systematic procedures are needed to enable the use of administrative procedures for users' convenience and safety.

This research dealt with the methodological procedures of ubiquitous sensor networks, applying to urban ground facilities. Recently Korean government established a guide, "u-City IT Infra guide v1.0" when promoting u-City implement projects. This guide conceptually included general processes about u-City mainframe in overall, but its guidance could not lead the detailed procedures and methods for specific ground facility. Therefore, this research proposed the details of the procedure for the intelligence of facilities after reviewing the existing procedures for ubiquitous city. Newly proposed procedure for the intelligence of facilities was consisted of selection of facility and sensors for intelligence, setting a level for intelligence, and suggestion of service model for the selected facility.

Recently, the Construction Management service of domestic construction environment has being extended because that is an effective means to supplement owner's management and improve a total management of construction. But existing CM service guide is staying simply defined level about a work scope and procedure. So the standard CM guide needs to set a detailed plan of the project. Therefore, the key works were deducted by doing survey after the main work of CM service based on CM case studies and an existing CM service guide. That is expected to use CM contract and do service.

산업화가 진행됨에 따라 점점 복잡해지고 위험해 가고있는 산업설비에는 사고의 리스크가 잠재하고 있다. 이러한 위험설비와 위험시설물에서 발생될 수 있는 중대한 사고의 경우 그 사고의 예방과 피해최소화를 위해서 사고관리방안이 강구되어야 하고 그 방안을 수행할 절차서의 개발이 이루어 져야하고 개발된 절차사에 대한 사용교육과 훈련이 병행되어야한다. 이를 위해 선행되어야 할 것은 어떠한 사고관리방안이 최선인지를 평가하는 사고관리 방안의 평가가 필요하다. 사고관리 방안평가에 수반되는 불확실성의 모델링에는 의사결정수목 (Decision Trees) 영향도 (Influence Diagrams)의 이용할 수 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 사고관리방안 평가를 위한 도구 (Tools)을 개발하여 사고관리방안 평가체계를 세우고 아울러 개발 된 평가체계의 실현성과 적용가능성을 보이고자한다.
