Situational Crisis communication theory (SCCT), one of the major crisis communication theories, suggests that crisis managers have to choose the most effective crisis response strategy in accordance to the crisis type. Therefore, this study analyzed whether the crisis response strategies of Korea companies are different according to the types of crisis. According to the result of analysis on survey to PR managers, the crisis response strategies are different according to the types of crisis. And the role and function of PR team are different according to the types of crisis, too. This conclusion can contribute to devising SCCT theory and to develop a more Korea relevant theory.

어린이 그림책의 효과적인 주제접근을 위해서는 주제명의 부여가 필수적이다. 그러나 어린이 그림책은 표제나 목차 등 자료 자체에서 주제명을 발췌하기가 어렵다. 또한 일반도서를 위한 주제명표를 그대로 사용하기도 적합하지 않다. 이에 본 연구에서는 어린이 그림책을 위한 별도의 주제명표를 개발하였다. 주제명표 개발을 위해서는 영미권의 그림책 주제명표를 참고하였으며, 이 과정에서 우리 문화와 언어에 맞도록 기존의 표목을 수정.추가하였다. 또한 그림책의 주요 독자층인 어린이에게 적합한 표목을 선정하기 위해 초등국어사전 등을 참고하였다. 그리고 시범적으로 구축된 주제명표를 어린이도서연구회의 추천그림책을 대상으로 적용하였다. 앞으로는 지속적인 주제명 부여 작업을 통해 주제명표를 정련하고, 그림책의 주제분석을 위한 지침을 추가적으로 제공할 필요가 있을 것이다.

본 연구에서는 Schwartz의 Norm Activation 이론을 도입하여, 실 외휴양지에서 환경훼손행위 관리를 위한 Communicatin 정책의 이론적 배 경으로 도입되어 있는 Prosocial Behavior 이론의 적용성을 실험하였다. 본 연구는 실험실에서 자체개발한 설문지를 통하여 수행되었으며, 미국 Texas A&M 대학교의 남녀 대학생 340명이 참가하였다. 본 실험의 결과 실외휴 양 환경에 대한 훼손행위(Depreciative Behavior)의 인과응보적인 결과를 알려 주는 Information이 실외휴양지 관리에 바람직한 행동의사를 활성화 시키는데 효과적인 반면, 훼손행위에 대한 법적인 제재조치를 설명하는 위 협적 Information은 바람직한 행동의지를 활성화시키지는 못했다. 이용자의 개인적인 성향인자인 사회적 책임감(Social Responsibility)의 고저는 사회 에 바람직한 행동의지의 활성화와 직접적인 관계가 있었다. 그러나, 사회적 책임감의 고저가 환경훼손행위에 대한 인과응보적인 Information이나 제재 조치에 대한 위협적인 Information과의 교호작용은 없었다. 통계학적으로 유의성은 적으나 사회적 책임감이 높은 시험구의 경우 제재조치에 대한 위 협적인 Information에 대한 반작용이 컸으나, 사회적인 책임감이 높은 실험 구의 경우 제재조치에 대한 위협적인 Information이 효과적인 결과를 볼 때, 이용자의 바람직한 행동의지에 역으로 작용하는 Communication정책에 대한 체계적인 연구가 요구된다.

디지털 전자출판의 대표적인 형태인 전자책은 다양한 분야에서 급성장을 하고 있으며 그 분야와 시장은 더욱 넓어지고 있다. 국내에서도 전자책을 제공하는 업체들이 생겨났으며, 이용자들도 증가하고 있다. 책을 검색하여 원하는 도서를 찾아 읽는다는 의미에서 도서관의 기능도 하고 있으며 따라서 합리적인 분류체계가 수반되어져야 할 것이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 국내 전자책 컨텐츠 업체 5곳과 국외 4곳을 선정한 후 이곳에서 제공하고 있는 전자책의 분류체계를 국내는 KDC와 국외는 DDC와 비교분석하여 보고자 한다.

기업들은 ITIL 기반의 IT 서비스 관리체계 도입으로 IT 서비스에 대한 객관적인 가치 평가를 기대하고 도입한다. 하지만 기업들의 IT 서비스 관리체계의 성과지표들은 관리 중심적인 성과모델로써 가치 평가보다는 IT 운영 관리 중심으로 활용되고 있으며, IT 거버넌스의 전략적 의사결정을 위한 가치 연계와 책임 추적성, 성과 측정 및 위험 관리를 지원하지 못하고 있다. 가치 중심의 성과지표 모델을 통해 IT 거버넌스를 지원하고, 기업의 지속적이고 체계적인 투자관리를 통해 기업 가치 향상과 투명한 IT 투자에 기여하길 기대한다.

물관리일원화 이후 하천관리 정책 효과를 분석하기 위하여 물관리일원화 전후 하천관리 정책 변화를 조사하였으며, 국민의 관점에서 하천관리 정책 효과를 분석하고 향후 하천관리 정책 수립의 방향성을 제시하기 위하여 일반 시민을 대상으로 한 하천 및 자연성에 대한 인식조사를 실시하여 시민들이 원하는 하천관리의 주요 요소와 하천의 자연성에 대한 인식을 알아보았다. 최종적으로 이를 종합적으로 고려하여 지속가능한 하천관리를 위한 개선과제를 도출하였으며, 향후 정책 방향을 제안하였다.

Purpose: To study the effect of the amended Occupational Safety and Health Act on the expansion of the employer's responsibility and obligations and the evaluation of the employer on the improvement of the safety management system. Method: An academic discussion was conducted by comparing the contents of previous studies with the analysis results. A questionnaire was prepared using the measurement tools collected from previous studies, and statistical multiple regression analysis was performed with the collected data. Result: Research hypothesis It was found that the expansion of responsibility and obligations of the business owner and the reinforcement of the employer's evaluation of the ordering party had a positive (+) effect on the improvement of the safety management system. Conclusion: The expansion of the responsibility and obligations of the employer and the strengthening of the evaluation of the owner of the orderer are having a positive effect on the improvement of the construction safety management system for the prevention of construction accidents.

Corporations report their economical, environmental, social influences and achievements through sustainability reports. Apart from the financial reports, which are subject to legal restrictions, sustainability reports inform non financial achievements of a corporation, thus the reliability of the information is solely dependent on the corporation itself. The current sustainability reports are of types that cannot include proof or source of the index data, thus they are tended to be regarded as means of publicity. The reliability of the reports is often questioned. This research applied the concept of Evidence-Based Accountability, which will allow the confirmation of accountability through records including contents and context of the tasks. Evidence-Based Accountability means producing and accumulating witness records of actions, then managing the records as usable information and use them as accountability information. Index data from sustainability reports of domestic corporations and web based reports of Vodafone was reviewed. Measures to link task records as proof of index data was studied. To make this possible, record production and acquisition system was redesigned in order to secure required records as evidence. Linked build-up of SR system and RMS was proposed. The proposed system will allow collection and management of records as SR accountability information, and provide the data when necessary. Also, corporate infrastructure was proposed. This infrastructure will build a professional records management system in stages, through organizational system and regulations. Cooperation of staff in this infrastructure will support reliable corporate accountability.
