The Cyber space of the ROK Army is constantly threatened by enemy. In order to reponse to such cyber treats, vulnerabilities of information assets of the ROK Army should be identified and eliminated early. However, the ROK Army currently lacks systematic management of vulnerabilities. Therefore, this paper investigates trends of each country's vulnerability management and the actual situation of the management of the vulnerabilities in the ROK Army, and suggests ways of linking vulnerability database and the ROK Army information asset management system for effective vulnerability management of the ROK Army information assets.

The continuous aging of the domestic construction industry and the shortage of human resource are no longer a problem for the future, but must be solved for the survival of the domestic construction industry, given the characteristics of the labor-intensive construction industry and the continuing negative image of young people toward the construction industry. It is undoubtedly a prerequisite. This study is aimed to tackle the fundamental problem of the construction labor shortage faced by the domestic construction industry by comparing and analyzing the case of MMC technology development in the UK, which has been preparing fast-track response measures for the past 5 years to solve the labor shortage problem, and the case of Buildability technology development in Singapore, which is seeking mid- to long-term countermeasures for about 20 years. Also, This research provides the initial research & development roadmap for Korean Countermeasures Strategy.

This thesis aims at presenting the improvements of terror-responsive policy that Korea has to take on the basis of terror threat to Germany and responsive policies. so, First, Korea has to prepare the ways to legislate on terror responsive policies. Second, Korea has to construct a management center to response to terror comprehensively. In addition, Korea, like Germany, has to establish cooperation center related to terror on internet to surveil and analyze information and situation.

본 연구는 벤처캐피탈의 투자심사단계 및 투자 이후 사후관리단계에서의 리스크 관리·활용과 투자성과 사이의 관계를 살펴보았다. 즉, 투자심사단계에서는 투자대상기업을 발굴한 벤처캐피탈의 리스크 분석 및 대응방안의 활용수준과 투자성과와의 관계를 규명하였고, 사후관리단계에서는 리스크 관리를 위한 모니터링 활동과 투자성과와의 관계를 규명하였다. 본 연구에서는, 첫째, 투자심사 단계에서의 경영리스크 및 재무·법률 리스크 분석 및 활용 수준이 정량적인 투자성과, 특히, 특허 등록수에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 벤처캐피탈의 주요 역할인 투자 이후의 모니터링에 대하여는, 주관적 투자 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 투자대상기업을 발굴하여 리스크 관리 중심으로 투자를 심사·집행하고, 투자 이후 리스크 관리 중심으로 투자기업의 가치를 증대하기 위하여는 벤처캐피탈리스트의 역할이 특히 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 투자기업이 보유한 자원·역량에 한계가 있다는 점을 고려할 때, 벤처캐피탈의 역량이 투자기업에 지원되는 것은 해당 기업이 지속적으로 성장하기 위한 바탕이 될 것이다.

최근 한국에서는 기후변화에 따른 영향으로 집중호우의 발생 빈도와 강우강도 증가 및 지속적인 도시침수로 인한 인명 및 재산 피해가 발생하고 있다. 도시침수 예측은 수치모델링, 강우기반의 침수예측 연구가 주를 이루고 있으며, 정량적인 침수계측데이터를 활용한 분석기술은 부족한 실정이다. 침수지도, 침수예측 결과 검증과 더불어 센서기반의 정량적인 침수심 계측 결과를 활용한 도시침수 관리기술 개발이 필요하다. 현재 개발된 침수센서는 개발 주체에 따라 센서 관리 규정이 각각 상이하며, 정해진 규격과 기본적인 성능기준이 부재함에 따라 예산, 유지관리 등 비효율적인 사례가 발생하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 침수센서의 설치시 효율화와 시행착오 등을 방지하기 위해 침수센서의 설치 및 운영에 필요한 성능기준과 설치방법 등을 가이드라인으로 제시하고자 하였다. 가이드라인을 작성하기 위해 도심지 침수센서 관련 설치절차, 설치위치 선정방안, 측정주기, 점검 및 관리 방안 등에 대한 국내외 사례를 조사하였으며, 사례 분석을 통해 침수센서 가이드라인 목차를 도출하였다. 가이드라인 목차로는 침수센서 세부구성 및 작동원리를 기술한 표준모델 구축 방안과 지표, 지표하 등의 계측지점별 센서 설치방안, 현장설치 절차도, 시운전지침으로 구성하였다. 향후 가이드라인을 통해 침수센서를 효율적으로 운영하여 도시침수 발생시 선제적 대응체계 강화 방안 마련에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

보안관리 표준화 분야의 국제 표준화를 주도하고 있는 대표적인 표준화 기구로는 ISO와 ITU-T가 있다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 이 두 기구에서 보안관리를 담당하고 있는 부문과 관리하고 있는 표준을 간단히 소개하고, 2013년 4월 진행된 ISO 및 ITU-T 회의에서 논의된 보안관리 분야의 표준화 현황을 설명하고 대응 방안을 논의한다.

편의점 물류는 물류센터에서 가맹점이나 직영점포에 상품을 공급하는 배송이 주된 업무이다. 점포의 발주에 대응하여 수주, 출고, 정산 보충발주 등의 기본업무를 계속해서 반복하는 단순한 일면의 기능과, 다품종소량 다빈도 배송요구에 따른 처리비용 증가나 결품의 발생, 신선도 저하, 점포내 재고증가 등의 문제에 대응해야 하는 복합적이고 고도의 관리를 요하는 복잡한 기능의 양면성을 동시에 지니고 있다. 따라서 물류시설 확보, 노하우 축적, 인력양성 등의 물류관리는 사업의 손익과 직결되고, 고객서비스의 폭을 결정하기 때문에 편의점에 있어 물류관리는 대단히 중요하다. 그러나 편의점의 양적인 팽창에 비해 물류거점의 부족 협소한 물류센터와 전산화되지 않은 작업환경 등 편의점의 물류활동은 아직 미약한 것이 사실이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 물류기능의 효율성이 무엇보다도 중요시되고 있는 편의점을 토대로 물류활동의 사례와 실태를 살펴보고 유통환경변화에 따른 편의정의 물류활동의 효율화 및 경쟁력 강화방안으로 공동화 방안을 제시하였다.

Construction uncertainties are frequently exposed to the claims. In most cases, an interpretation of the claims is based on the construction contract. Therefore, the key points of contract negotiation are how to fairly distribute the contract risks to the client and contractor. For these, a FIDIC that is considered as an international standard contract form would be a good reference to decide reasonable contract risk distribution. In order to find out any unreasonable and unfair contract clauses at the general conditions of contract applying generally to public construction project in Korea, this study surveys, analyses and evaluates the general conditions of contract based on a FIDIC, and then proposes a risk mitigation methodology to response those clauses' risk factors reasonably.

데이터에 의거하여 프로그램을 처리하는 시스템은 흔히 구현 코드 속에 비즈니스 규칙이 포함되어 있어 규칙 변화 시에 신속한 대응을 하기 어려운 문제점을 안고 있다. 또한 매우 기술적인 언어로 표현되기 때문에 비즈니스 규칙을 관리하는 담당자가 접근 불가능하여 결과적으로 시스템의 유지보수 비용을 증가시키는 요인이 된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 전형적인 소프트웨어 개발 시스템에서 비즈니스 규칙을 관리하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

오늘날 건설산업분야는 기술적인 것은 물론 경제, 정보면에서도 그 어느때보다 치열한 경쟁 상태에 직면하고 있다. 이러한 건설산업 전반의 무한 경쟁에서 대응할 우수한 기술력과 체계적인 건설사업관리(CM)기법에 따른 안전관리가 필요한 실정이다. 따라서 CM단계별 안전관리지침이 시설물 life cycle 전단계에 걸쳐 활용되는 방안에 대해 연구하고 각 단계별 안전관리를 유도하여 안전성확보에 주력하며 각단계별 Safety management를 하고자 한다.
