관리소 정원은 항로표지관리소 직원복무 등에 관한 규정상 4명으로 하도록 되어있으나 현재 근무현황은 3명이다. 유인등대의 근무인원이 3명인 것에 대하여 하는 업무에 비하여 적은 인원인지 적당한지에 대하여 항로표지관리소 직원복무 등에 관한 규정 제5조 관리소 직원의 임무에 근거한 업무량을 분석 하고 각 유인등대별 필요인원을 산출하였다.

Insider threat is becoming a very serious issue in most organizations and management is responsible for security implementation. This study is to develop a personnel security management indicators in the areas of Personnel Assurance, Personnel Competence, and Security Environment and protection against insider threats. In this study, the information security management system and related papers are examined by reviewing the existing researches and cases. Proposed indicators are verified by pilot test, empirically analyzed to expose experts' perception and the validity, importance, and risk level of each indicators through a questionnaire. Result were encouraging, but additional study focused on personnel security management using factor analysis is needed in the future.

The management system of port facilities using the current RFID technology has the effects of reducing working hours and improvement in data processing, but it is not proper for human resource allocation since it is dominantly worked for physical resources. In this paper, we designed and implemented personnel control system using RFID of 여러대역과 다양한 디자인 in port facilities which analyzes presents of a monitoring system for safety operation and increase of efficiency in order to overcome the limitations and problems of current port operation management techniques.

People counting has always been a method of interest for maximizing energy saving by identifying the congestion level or amount of use of a specific facility to efficiently manage the facility, or automatically implementing a power saving function by identifying the number of people entering and exiting a specific place such as a toilet. The method of counting people by image processing is very expensive and has the disadvantage of being severely affected by the surrounding environment of the lighting. In the case of the area sensor, there is a disadvantage of counting as one person when the number of people passes close with arms folded. In order to solve the existing method, which is expensive, affected by lighting, or inaccurate the number of people in certain cases, this paper proposes a new method of counting people using the principle of LiADAR. Accurate counting of the number of people entering the hospital will help manage hospital facilities, but it will also help to establish effective quarantine measures at the present time when Corona 19 is prevalent.

미국의 연구, 개발 및 획득 전략도 Joint Vision 2020을 달성하는 것에 목표를 두고 발전되고 있다. 현재 미국은 품질이 향상된 무기체계를 보다 빠르고 저렴하게 획득할 수 있도록 기존의 획득체계 및 인원을 효율적으로 수정/개편하는 Acquisition Reform을 강력하게 추진하고 있다. 이 글은 Acquisition Reform 및 미 공군을 중심으로 미국의 획득관련 조직 및 관련 요원에 대한 관리/교육 및 훈련에 대해 검토하여 향후 우리군의 획득관련 조직 및 인원관리 발전 방향 검토시 유익한 참고자료로 활용되었으면 하는 취지에 작성되었다.

본 논문에서는 수녀원의 인사관리에서 인원을 효율적으로 배치할 수 있는 새로운 의사결정 시스템에 대하여 알아본다. 현재 수녀원의 인원배치는 수 작업으로 처리를 해야하므로 적절한 시기에 적합한 인원을 소임지에 배치하지 못하는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 휴리스틱한 방법과 신경망의 PCA(Principal Component Analysis)를 이용한 의사결정 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 이 시스템을 통하여 산출되는 정보는 수녀원 인사관리업무를 보다 체계적일 뿐만 아니라 효율적으로 계획하고 조정하며 통제할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 인원 계수에 딥러닝 알고리즘을 적용한다. 인원 계수는 안전 관리 분야, 상업 분야에 적용될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 건물 내 화재 발생 시, 계수된 인원을 활용하여 인명 피해를 최소화할 수 있다. 다른 예로, 유동인구 데이터를 기반으로 상권을 분석하여 경제적 효율성을 극대화할 수 있다. 이처럼 인원 데이터의 중요성이 증가함에 따라 인원 계수 연구도 활발하다. 그 예로, 객체 탐지(Object Detection) 같은 딥러닝 기반 인원 계수, 센서 기반 인원 계수 등이 있다. 본 연구에선 딥러닝 알고리즘인 VGGNet을 사용하여 인원을 계수했다. 결과로 Mean Absolute Percentage Error(이하 MAPE)는 약 5.9%의 오차율을 보였다. 결과 확인 방법으로는 설명 가능한 인공지능(XAI) 알고리즘 중 하나인 Grad-CAM을 적용했다.

The purpose of this study is presume that reasonable construction period of constract and appropriate number of persons for works according to reconstruction. This study is presume reasonable construction period of constract and appropriate number of person of reconsruction with a case study out of apartment R.C construction. The result of this study are as follows: 1. In case of four building of apartment Resonable constrution period: 750days$\sim$800days, the average(1day) number of persons under working: 63.5 persons. 2. In case of four building of apartment Resonable constrution period: 850days$\sim$900days, the average(1day) number of persons under working: 100.6 persons. 3. In case of four building of apartment Resonable constrution period: 1000days$\sim$1050days, the average(1day) number of persons under working: 145.0 persons.

The objective of this paper is to propose the bus information system that provides bus passenger number. Recently, we use a bus conveniently through introduction of bus information system offering location-based information. However, we need additional information for decision making in order to use a bus comfortably. To do this, first, we analyzed the needs of providing passenger number; second, we adopted GPS and RFID type's transportation card to get location and passenger number. Finally, we implemented the system displaying that information by three types, and tested it. Our proposed system has advantages to use a bus comfortably and to manage a bus efficiently by providing bus passenger number which is the important element for decision making as well as location based information provided by existing bus information systems.
