지난 연재를 통하여 정보시스템 프로젝트의 성공적인 관리를 위한 성공요인과 실패요인, 그리고 관리요소와 프로젝트 관리 프로세스에 대해 살펴보았고, 이제 우리는 과거의 실사례를 되짚어 읽어 봄을 통해 반면교사(反面敎辭)하는 기회를 가져보고자 한다. 본 고에서 제시된 사례들은 저자들이 실제 가까이에서 경험한 것들도 있고 이미 널리 알려진 사례들도 있으나, 지금까지 제시한 성공 및 실패요인과 관리요소, 그리고 프로세스 관점에 따라 재해석해 보는 기회를 가져보는 것도 의미가 있다고 하겠다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the factors which have an effect on researcher's behavior and attitudes about depositing data from sponsored research. I analyzed the behavior, barriers, incentives and information infrastructure of 135 researchers in 35 Korean research institutes. The survey identified several factors that may encourage timely deposit of data by researchers. According to the analyzing factors, I propose the following methods in perception, incentives, use, policy and information infrastructure aspects.

세계적으로 선박 교통량 증가와 함께 선박 사고 원인의 90% 이상을 차지하는 인적요인에 대한 심층적인 연구의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 해상교통관제 업무는 고도의 주의와 예측능력을 요구하며 이를 저해하는 인적요인 분석 및 관리 필요성이 절실한 분야이다. 특히 관제업무는 교대근무 등의 불규칙한 근무형태로 인해 발생되는 피로와 업무 집중력 저하, 스트레스가 많은 업무이다. 무엇보다 관제 업무는 해상안전에 핵심적인 역할을 하는데, 관제사의 피로와 스트레스로 인한 업무 차질은 자칫 안전사고로까지 이어질 수 있는 위험이 존재한다. 이렇듯 인적요인이 중요한 영역임에도 불구하고 관제사들의 체계적인 스트레스 관리에 대한 방안은 미비한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 직무스트레스 유발요인, 유발결과 및 설문조사를 통하여 관제사들의 직무스트레스 현 실태를 파악하고자 한다. 그리고 연구결과를 바탕으로 관제사의 피로, 스트레스를 관리하기 위한 방안과 더 나아가 효율적인 인적요인 안전관리 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

Claims are on an increasing trend in the domestic construction field with changes of negative thought about them. But there are still many factors of causing disputes Potentially due to old customs that an owner is predominant over a contractor. Unless these factors are solved, it is obvious that many disputes will occur henceforward. This study derives claim factors that must be solved first of all through analyzing how claim factors influence construction management factors such as time, cost, quality, and presents countermeasures that may prevent these claims.

In this study, we attempted to derive major management factors related to the quality control of formwork and identified differences in the perceptions of construction engineers, construction managers, and field workers about the importance and performance of the derived factors. As a result of the study, 18 management factors related to the formwork were derived. Among the derived factors, the field workers placed importance on the factors that influence the detailed process of the formwork, while construction engineers placed importance on the factors related to the judgment of the progress and completion of the construction. The construction managers placed importance on the factors that affect the quality of the building frame. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that a plan to improve the quality of formwork that accepts the various opinions of each participant will be established.

글로벌화가 진전된 산업의 경우에는 세계산업 내지 세계시장 요인이 현지시장 내지 현지산업 요인보다 더 중요한 ADR과 원주 수익률의 결정요인으로 실증된다. 원주의 움직임에 대해서는 대체로 현지산업, 현지시장 요인, 세계시장 요인, 세계산업 요인순으로 설명력이 높게 나타난 반면, 글로벌화가 진전된 산업의 기업 원주에 대해서는 세계시장 또는 세계산업 요인, 현지시장 또는 현지산업 요인 순으로 설명력이 높다. ADR의 움직임은 대체로 세계시장 요인, 현지산업 요인, 현지시장 요인, 환율 요인, 세계산업 요인, 미국산업 요인, 미국시장 요인 순으로 설명되는 반면, 글로벌화가 진전된 산업의 경우에는 세계시장 또는 세계산업 요인, 환율 요인, 현지산업 요인, 현지시장 요인 순으로 설명력이 높다. 한편, 원주와 ADR간에 수익률과 변동성은 모두 상호관련성이 높고, 원주 수익률을 설명하는 요인과 동일 외국기업의 ADR을 설명하는 요인은 대체로 일치한다.

고객관계관리는 많은 기업들에게 경영자와 차별화할 수 있는 부문으로서 인식되어 왔다. 수익성 높은 고객을 확보하고 유지하는 것이 매우 중요하기 때문이다. 기업의 핵심역량으로서 고객관계관리를 강화하기 위해서는 고객정보를 더욱 효과적으로 관리해야 한다. 본 연구는 고객정보관리 활동들과 그에 영향을 마치는 영향요인들을 살펴보고, 고객정보 관리 충실도와 고객정보 품질 간의 관계를 보인다. 또한, 고객정보관리 활동에 영향을 미치는 영향요인과 고객정보 품질 사이에서 고객정보관리 프로세스 충실도가 매개효과를 나타냄을 증명한다. 설문을 통해 얻은 65개 기업의 자료를 바탕으로 다중회귀분석과 ANOVA를 실시해 가설에 대한 실증 분석을 하였다. 분석 결과 6개의 고객정보관리 활동들과 이러한 고개정보관리 프로세스에 대한 5개의 영향요인을 발견하였다. 고객정보관리 프로세스의 충실도는 고객정보 품질과 밀접한 관계를 보였고, 영향요인과 고객정보 품질 사이에서 고객정보관리 프로세스의 충실도가 매개 역할을 수행함을 밝혀내었다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 결론, 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

By reviewing the existing researches of construction safety management, this study presented some problems; 1) preceding researches dealt only a formal system of safety management and did not focus on the practical safety management action, 2) there is an insufficient endeavor of utilizing the lessons teamed of successful construction sites and generalizing the success factors of safety management in the construction industry. The objective of this study is to propose and describe an effective construction safety management activity improvement reflecting success factors of the excellent construction cases and the preceding researches. To achieve this objective, the authors performed a case study of successful construction sites and proposed the major six safety activities. The author's point are illustrated through an explanation of the safety management activity improvement.

Recently, in the korean construction industry, the importance of cost management in the building design process has been grown up institutional systems and policies for the cost management of design stages are however weakness. Traditionally, the range of cost management has been limited to the construction stages, and due to inefficiency of the infrastructure such as standards and building cost data for cost management. It has trouble to perform the cost management in building design process. This study intends to derive key influence factors for raising efficiency of cost management. With questionnaire surveys to professionals, we analyze a current situations and the influence of obstacle factors on cost management. Finally, the key influence factors are induced, based on the result of the analysis on influence the obstacle factors.

Urban regeneration projects tingeing the shape of mixed-use development, due to the nature of the business, involve risk factors such as protracted business conflict among participations, subjects, complex approval and permission procedure, frequent policy changes, etc. Therefore, systematic risk management is needed to effectively manage the numerous risk factors that may occur during the process course of project. However, risk management of large and complex development projects such as urban regeneration projects is in the introduction stage yet and somewhat one time risk management plan has been established. Therefore, in this study, in order to systematic risk management of urban regeneration projects inhered numerous risk factors, risk factors for urban regeneration projects through preceding studies and case studies were presented. Also risk factors are classified in accordance with business propulsion phase, by estimating the importance for these, step by step emphasis on managed subjects of risk management was proposed.
