With climate change and population growth, there are significant increases in water scarcity. There have been water security assessments to abate the gap between water demand and availability to support water resource management. However, most of the assessments are focusing on the water that flows through either on or below the land surface, failing to consider water that infiltrates and can be used by vegetation. This study presents water scarcity assessment accounting for Blue and Green water concept, and applied the method to Boryung region. Monthly streamflow, evapotranspiration, and soil moisture were estimated by SWAT modeling, and each of them was used to analyze Blue and Green water scarcity. Blue and Green water scarcity had different aspect, and the result indicated the time when water scarcity is more likely to happen. The water scarcity assessment framework presented in this paper provides novel assessment method integrating hydrologic and ecosystem aspects, thereby improving the understanding of how water resources should be managed.

The aim of this study was to assess the oral health knowledge, attitude and behavior among geriatric care workers in long-term care facilities. A self-administered questionnaire was obtained from 212 geriatric care workers attending a professional education program of 2014 dementia pilot project. The questionnaire consisted of 4 parts of the training experience (2 items), knowledge (16 items), attitude (13 items), and behavior (4 items) on oral health care. Collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, independent t-test, and one-way ANOVA using SPSS Statistics ver. 20.0. The percentage of educational experience on oral care was 27.9% and most respondents answered that they have received the education about denture cleaning (98.3%) and brushing method (91.4%). The average knowledge score was $10.88{\pm}1.70$, and respondents showed high-level agreement in 8 of the 10 items in attitude questions. They revealed difficulties in providing oral care to the elderly people because of their lack of knowledge. The deficiencies of knowledge about oral care would have a decisive effect on not only oral and general health, but also quality of life of the elderly people. Therefore, it is required to develop professional oral care training programs for geriatric care workers and support systems should be legalized.

The continuous aging of the domestic construction industry and the shortage of human resource are no longer a problem for the future, but must be solved for the survival of the domestic construction industry, given the characteristics of the labor-intensive construction industry and the continuing negative image of young people toward the construction industry. It is undoubtedly a prerequisite. This study is aimed to tackle the fundamental problem of the construction labor shortage faced by the domestic construction industry by comparing and analyzing the case of MMC technology development in the UK, which has been preparing fast-track response measures for the past 5 years to solve the labor shortage problem, and the case of Buildability technology development in Singapore, which is seeking mid- to long-term countermeasures for about 20 years. Also, This research provides the initial research & development roadmap for Korean Countermeasures Strategy.

This research has its objective in searching for a management plan that is stronger than existing plan for the regional development project in time for the execution of "Regulations on Regional Development and Support". Accordingly, the following plans for improvement are suggested to make improvements in lack of regional development projects management awareness; absence of integrated management system; and lack of reliability in project management information. Firstly, the management of regional development project needs to be operated as a system for project evaluation management based on related legislations. Secondly, various information of regional development project should construct a database, which becomes an information system that can be utilized by the central government and regional governing organizations. Third, to promote efficiency in regional development project management and expertise, it is necessary to prepare a project management system utilizing professional outsourcing organizations and such. Lastly, it is necessary to improve the work environment to enhance the expertise and the responsibilities of those government officials in charge of the project.

Small & medium-sized construction companies(SMCC), they has lot's of problem like poor finance, a lack of specialists, and a shortage of professional skill. So the basic condition of SMCC is not good for small construction companies. In this situation, moreover SMCC has been influenced by big-sired construction companies(BCC) difficult after the crisis of economics of Korea, IMF. Therefore it is necessary that we strengthen competitive power of SMCC for survival. This research is about project management for SMCC. We analized information system which is developed from SI corporation and BCC. As this research, we want to build and organize project information management system for SMCC. This will make SMCC have more competitiveness and increase productivity efficiency, skill for information management of project given.

본 연구는 방글라데시의 친환경농업 실태와 농업인들의 인식을 바탕으로 친환경농업 개발에 대한 정부의 역할과 정책적 대안을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구 자료는 방글라데시 탕가일 지역의 농업인을 대상으로 유기농가 100가구와 일반농가 100가구를 무작위로 추출하여 설문조사를 통하여 수집되었다. 인구 과밀의 방글라데시 정부는 식량안보를 위하여 지력 저하 및 환경악화를 방지하고자 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 즉 지속 가능한 농업개발을 위하여 통합해충관리(IPM), 통합작물 관리(ICM)를 비롯하여 토양의 비옥도 개선, 페로몬트랩이나 자연 천적을 이용한 해충방제 등 다양한 프로그램을 운영하고 있다. 농업인들의 의견 조사에 따르면 친환경농업에 대한 정부의 역할은 긍정적으로 평가하고 있으나 정책이나 관련 프로그램은 아직 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 일반농가인 경우 극히 소수 농가만이 친환경농업을 실행하고 있는데, 이는 관련기술에 대한 지식의 부족과 유기농 비료 등의 자재 부족이 친환경농업을 실행하는데 가장 큰 어려움이라 지적하고 있다. 일반농가의 39%는 유기농업 의사를 보이고 있지만 마케팅시설의 부족과 농사 실패에 대한 두려움 등을 유기농으로 전환하지 못하는 주요 이유로 들고 있다. 일반농가의 일부(17%)만이 정부의 농업교육 프로그램임인 통합해충관리(IPM)과정을 이수하고 있다. 정부의 유기농 정책은 거의 전무하며 NGO들의 지원에 의하여 꾸준하게 진행되고 있을 뿐이다. 따라서 농업인들은 통합해충관리(IPM), 유기농 퇴비, 페로몬트랩이나 자연 천적 등 매우 다양한 농민교육프로그램들을 정부 주도적으로 실시하여야 하며 친환경농업정책을 보다 명확하게 규정하기를 요구하고 있다. 비교적 젊고 교육수준이 높은 소규모 농업인들이 유기농에 적극적임을 알 수 있다. 유기농의 평균 농지규모는 0.246ha, 유기농 평균 경력은 7.63년, 일반농가대비 농가수입은 11.4% 높게 나타났고 비교적 소농들이 높은 수익률을 보이고 있다. 소비자의 신뢰, 마케팅시설, 생산자단체나 조직의 부족 등이 유기농가들의 가장 큰 애로점이 되고 있고, 유기농산품의 표준화를 위하여 정부의 인증제도와 인증기관 설립이 필요함을 지적하고 있다. 유기농을 보다 활성화하기 위해서는 정부 주도하에 마케팅을 비롯하여 교육, 수출 및 각종 장려책 등이 마련되어야 할 것이다.

고지혈증은 유전적인 요인으로 인해 혈액 내에 특정 지질이 증가하여 발생하는 경우도 있지만, 기름진 음식을 많이 섭취하는 서구식 식습관이나 비만, 음주, 운동부족 등에 의해서도 발생한다. 따라서 고지혈증에는 꾸준한 식사 관리가 필수적이다. 고구마는 고지혈증에 좋은 음식으로 칼륨, 엽산, 섬유질 비타민 C가 다량 함유되어 있다.

30대는 젊다는 이유로 건강에 자만하기 쉬운 시기다. 그러나 30대는 사회활동에 따른 스트레스, 운동 부족, 불규칙한 생활로 몸에 이상이 생기는 시기다. 긴장 연속의 직장생활, 결혼에 따른 출신과 육아, 음주와 흡연으로 건강에 빨강 신호등이 켜지기 전에 건강검진을 통해 질병을 미리 예방하는 자세가 필요하다.

전산화는 오늘날 대학도서관의 중요한 주제 중 하나로 많은 대학이 전산시스템을 도입했거나 하고자 한다. 그러나 전산업무 경험이 부족한 사서의 입장에서 전산화는 그저 막연하리라 생각된다. 따라서 도서관 현장에서 사서들이 전산화에 대하여 느꼈던 여러가지 문제점들을 본교 도서관전산시스템 개발사례를 중심으로 논하고자 한다.
