Ecosystem service accounting must measure ecosystem supply functions, demand, and the actual service flows that occur between them. In order to measure flows, supply and demand relationships must be defined, and a methodology that can objectify complex connections is needed. Although various studies on ecosystem services have been conducted in Korea, but researches on accounting for ecosystem services are not enough. The purpose of this study is to evaluate flood control ecosystem services by applying the EU methodology studied in the Experimental Ecosystem Account (EEA) of System of Environmental Economy Account (SEEA) and explore ways to introduce ecosystem account. To conduct the study, the ecosystem's runoff retention potential, social and economic demand for flood control, and actual service benefit flows formed from the relationships between them were modeled and quantified on a spatial basis. As a result of calculating the actual flow of flood control ecosystem services, the total domestic service amount was calculated to be 165,595 (ha), and it was confirmed that much of it was concentrated in agricultural land. In order to account for domestic flood control services in the future, key spatial data such as land cover maps must be continuously established and managed, and researches on input data and methodologies applicable to various spatial scopes such as national, regional, and unit watersheds are expected to be necessary.

인터넷이 보편화되고 네트워크 속도가 빨라짐에 따라 사람들은 자신의 자료를 언제 어디서나 사용하기를 원하고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 개인용 스토리지가 개발 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 웹 스토리지 시스템을 제안한다. 대형 DB를 이용하여 사용자 계정관리와 파일 리스트 관리를 하는 설계방법과 비교하고 인증만 DB서버로 관리 하고 네트워크 스토리지의 특징을 살려 스토리지 서버에서 사용자, 용량, 그룹관리를 하는 시스템 설계를 한다.

Many people create records in digital space, and the amount of digital records left after individual dies has increased. The digital record left by the deceased is different from the record heritage that has physical substances. In many cases, the records of the deceased not just belong to the deceased, and many deceased did not explicitly disclose their online accounts and method of dispose of digital records during their lifetime, so this problem may lead to problems of inheritance to the bereaved family. In addition, digital records may be neglected or deleted after a person's death due to software problems, specific platform's terms of use, account deletion by bereaved family, etc. This leads to the problem that daily records, which are important clues to the social aspects at the time, are easily lost. Several studies have revealed that individuals are interested in preserving their digital records, but do not know how to do it, so they are benign neglect. For this reason, it is necessary to pay attention to personal digital records and personal digital legacy, and to prepare related policies and plans. Accordingly, this study analyzes problems related to the management of digital records after an individual's death, related to laws and systems, the status and policies of platforms and industries, the status of personal record management, etc. Various solutions were suggested, such as a need for enactment for digital personal record management act, platform's explicit policy for individual's post-mortem records, digital records management plan for archival institutions, individual's a preemptive management plan for his/her own records, and a method for writing a will related to digital account information.

By the development of IT, most business has been processed on the IT solution-based servers has increased Therefore, the importance of security of the server is highlighted. And the need for password management server efficient and safe is raised. There is a need to change at least 8 characters to mix the numbers and letters and password change passwords on a regular basis, you need a password for each system account is set in a different way, but the continuation of the system there is a tendency to password problems occur problems caused by the limits of the introduction of human resources and introduction basis occurs. The password management feature, though it is expensive is partially providing integrated access control solutions at home and abroad, there is a drawback that stresses the traffic on the server. Future, we conducted a study of password management solutions for the server of the server is determined IT transformation trend of non-IT field to accelerate, is continuously increasing it accordingly.

컴퓨터의 출현과 도입으로 사무자동화 뿐만 아니라 경영 그 자체가 정보화를 지향하고 있으며, 최근 정보시스템 및 통신기술이 급속하게 발달하고 있는 상황에서 회계정보시스템은 조직의 중요한 정의를 관리하는 시스템으로써 복잡한 현대 조직의 다양하고 복잡한 업무를 지원하고, 통제하는 것뿐만 아니라 조직활동에 관심이 있는 다양한 관계자들에게 정보를 제공하는 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 본 시스템은 대다수의 영어조합법인의 취약한 경영방식 및 기존의 수작업을 통한 회계 세무 업무를 회계정보시스템을 통해 보다 쉽고 간편하게 수행한 수 있도록 하였으며, 기존의 회계정보시스템과의 차이점은 전문 지식이 없는 어업인들이 쉽게 복식장부를 기재할 수 있고 회계의 업무처리를 간소화시키기 위해서 3전표제도를 도입하였으며, 어업활동에 필요한 계정과목을 어업인을 위해 최적화시키는데 있다. 그러므로 이 시스템은 어업경영을 위한 자산, 자본, 부채, 수익, 비용의 계정을 통해서 실질적인 재정상태와 경영상태를 파악하는데 도움이 된 것이다.

네트워크가 복잡해지면서 다양한 형태의 위험에 노출된다. 일반적인 보안 솔루션으로 사용하는 방화벽(Firewall)이나 침입탐지시스템(IDS)은 허가받지 않은 외부의 접속이나 알려진 공격만을 차단하는 단순하고 수동적인 시스템이다. 이에 반해 허니팟은 웹서버와 같은 실제 Front-End 시스템과 유사하거나, 밀접한 관련을 갖고 직접적으로 반응하므로 신뢰성 높은 실시간 정보를 얻을 수 있어서 관리자가 다양한 위협에 능동적이고 효과적으로 대응할 수 있다. 실제로 웜이나 DRDoS(Distributed Reflection DoS)등 수분만에 네트워크를 점유하는 자동화 공격과 함께 시스템 구성 취약점을 파고들거나 계정 획득을 통한 DB서버 등의 Back-End 시스템에 대한 수동 공격이 혼재한다. 따라서 시스템 전반적인 관리의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 그간의 실험결과를 바탕으로 가상 머신으로 허니팟을 구성하고 특성별로 포트를 분리하여 관리하는 허니넷을 제안하고자 한다 이를 통해 1) 유연한 보안 시스템 구성이 가능하고 2) 관리 효율이 높아지며 3) 하드웨어 도입 비용 절감을 통해 시스템의 TCO(Totai Cost of Ownership)를 감소시키는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

시스템의 한정된 자원을 다수의 사용자들이 프로그램을 실행 시 자원을 효율적으로 배분하기 위하여 작업관리 시스템을 사용한다. 이러한 작업관리 시스템은 여러가지 종류가 있으며 사용하는 시스템의 환경과 작업의 특성에 따라 적당한 작업관리 시스템을 선택하여 사용한다. IBM 시스템은 자체로 제공하는 작업관리 시스템으로서 LoadLeveler를 사용하고 있는데, 이러한 LoadLeveler에서의 클래스를 설계하여 작업의 처리 효율을 높혔으며 계정별 작업 우선순위를 부여하여 사용자게 선택의 폭을 넓히고 최적 환경을 구성하였다. 작업관리 시스템의 주요한 시스템 환경변수는 CPU와 메모리이고, 작업환경 변수는 작업 실행시간이다. 따라서 KISTI IBM 시스템에서는 이러한 환경을 사용자의 배분정책에 맞게 설계하여 시스템의 안정성을 유지하고 사용자의 선택에 따라 전체 작업처리 효율을 증가하였다.

본 연구에서는 인터넷 기반의 전자 상거래에서 극소액 지불을 지원하고, 원격지에서의 계정 개설과 관리 등을 용이하게 할 수 있도록 지불인과 수취인을 쉽게 인증할 수 있는 인증이 강화된 전자 현금 모형의 지불 프로토콜을 개발하고, 프로토타입을 통해 그 효과성을 실험하였다. 또한 본 연구에서 개발하고자 하는 온라인 전자현금인 OnCash에서는 기존의 전자 현금인 Ecash나 Netcash와 마찬가지로 공개키 암호방식과 비밀키 암호방식을 이용하여 메시지 기밀성을 유지하고 전자 화폐의 이중사용을 방지하고, 적정한 수준의 익명성을 유지할 수 있도록 하였다.
