현재 우리나라의 IT 정보화는 세계 1위의 브로드밴드(초고속 인터넷) 이용국이 될 정도로 빠르게 변모하면서 정치, 사회, 문화 뿐만 아니라 시장 경제에 상당한 영향을 미치고 있다. 특히 소비자의 소비생활형태에도 큰 변화를 가져왔으며 또한 그에 따른 소비자의 인식이 높아지면서 소비자가 시장경제 주체로서의 소비자 주권시대를 열었다. 이러한 IT정보를 기반으로한 소비 문화의 변화와 소비 주체의식의 고취는 정부의 소비자관련 정책과 또 기업의 경영에도 상당한 영향을 미치게 되었다. 그러나 현재 많은 기업들이 소비자에 대한 인식과 그에 대한 대응의 필요성은 인식하고 있으나 실질적인 소비자 대응에 대한 전문성 강화를 위한 인식 및 투자나 기업 입장에서의 실질적인 소비에 대한 연구 및 교육활동도 아직까지는 매우 소극적이고 미흡한 것이 사실이다. 따라서 회사 내의 고객 접점에서의 고객상담의 중요성과 응대 실무에 대해 정리해보았다.

디지털 수량산출정보 교환표준" 건설CALS/EC 체계 내에서 사용되는 공정 공사비 관리를 위한 디지털 수량산출정보 관련 표준의 기본 요건을 정의하고 참여주체간의 효율적인 수량산출정보의 교환 및 공유기반을 마련함을 목적으로 2011년 4월에 제정되었다. 해당표준의 활용성과 확장을 위하여 스키마를 추가 개발하며, 건설사업관리시스템과 연동하여 사업참여 주체간 정보공유와 관리가 가능하도록 하였다.

본 연구는 국가과학기술지식정보서비스(NTIS) 데이터베이스에 등록된 국내 국가연구개발(R&D)사업 중에 플라즈마 기술 관련 Raw-data를 분석하여 플라즈마 기술 분야에 대한 정부 부처별, 연구수행주체별, 연구개발단계별 등 국내 산학연 전반에 투입된 연구개발(R&D) 예산을 조사 및 분석하였다. 특히, 2012~2014년을 기준으로 플라즈마 기술 관련 연구수행주체(정부부처, 국공립연구소, 출연(연), 대학, 대기업, 중소기업, 중견기업) 각각에 대해 연구 관심 분야 및 핵심기술을 알 수 있는 척도인 연구개발단계(기초, 응용, 개발)와 과학기술표준분류체계 등을 포함한 상호 연계성을 식별 가능한 네트워크로 가시화하였다. 이에 본 논문은 NTIS 데이터 기반 다양한 관점의 시사점을 플라즈마 기술 활성화 전략 수립 사례에 적용함으로써 사전기획 강화를 위한 데이터 분석 방법을 제안한다.

A construction process involves many designers, engineers, contractors, consulting engineers and government officials. Thus, it is essential to promote collaboration among such participants through of effective document exchange. There have been efforts to Improve efficiency of document exchange through Web. Also XML/EDI is recommended by its method. So the purpose of the research was to establish the data model for document information management in document exchange for construction participants using web-based XML/EDI. This research proposed a method of modeling document information for systemic management of document information that exchanged by XML/EDI in central and explained concept of application document information that stored in database. This research classified construction document according to its information relation.

This study explored the conflict structure and resolution about IPTV, the typical convergence services. Which kinds of conflicts is taking plate in IPTV? How has it been managing by regulators? Researchers argues that IPTV dispute shows some different policy process comparing the past. It has double sided conflict structure- one is done by broadcasters and the others by regulators. When it was one sided conflict structure, it was easy to control the conflict issues. But now regulators become the subject to the conflict ground, it is not easy to control the conflict between business part. Rather the regulators show the strategy of avoiding conflict resolution - they do not really effort to resolve the conflict problems. but deepening and widening the conflict. In IPTV case, researchers found the avoiding conflict resolution strategy. And so-called 'iron coalition' between regulators and business part to preserve their areas and lights is likely to be loosen in IPTV policy environment.

This article aims to compare the honorific expressions in Different Versions of . Cheonuisogam, a version in classical Chinese, has two different versions of translation in Korean, Cheonuisogameonhae: a hand-written version and a woodblock-printed version. A hand-written version was written in 1755 and a woodblock-printed version was published in 1756. This article covered two themes in different versions: honorific subject-particles '-gyeoosyeo(-겨오셔)'/'-gyeoʌosyeo()' and prefinal-ending '-sʌp-(--). The honorific subject-particles '-gyeoosyeo(-겨오셔)' appeared more in a hand-written version than a woodblock-printed version. The '-gyeoʌosyeo()' is not found in a woodblock-printed version. The prefinal-ending '-sʌp-(--) has three functions: agent modesty of objects, speaker modesty of agent, speaker modesty of listener. The '-sʌp-(--), in Cheonuisogameonhae, has mainly function as a speaker modesty. The '-sʌp-(--) appeared more in a hand-written version than a woodblock-printed version.

대학의 지역 공헌활동에 대한 역할 증대, 학령인구의 지속적 감소와 이에 따른 재정문제에 대비한 대학의 수익원 창출 노력 등, 대학을 중심으로 재정, 지역연계 역할, 정부 및 연구기관과의 활동 등 대학과 지역의 상호발전을 위한 현실적 과제가 증가됨에 따라 대학 스스로 내부자원을 활용한 발전계획을 기획하고 시행할 필요가 있다. 뿐만 아니라 중앙 또는 지방정부의 대학재정 지원 시, 이러한 활동의 표준을 정해보고 활동에 대한 측정 등을 할 수 있는 지표 설정이 필요하다. 기존 대학의 지역연계 활동과 성과지표 선정 등에 대한 다양한 보고서와 논문 등을 선행연구로 하고 대학 중심의 창업지원과제 등을 중심으로 대학을 중심으로 한 다양한 창업혁신활동 주체를 도출, 이들과의 협력관계에 대한 내용을 선별하고 이를 투입, 활동, 실적, 성과 등으로 구분하여 보았다. 활동 및 주체의 타당성 확보를 위해 학계, 창투사, 연구기관의 창업관련 다양한 전문가를 대상으로 측정변수에 대한 타당성 측정 및 AHP 분석을 통한 변수의 적합도를 분석하여 창업활동 주체 및 평가지표 등을 도출 하였다. 본 논문을 통하여 대학은 지역의 기업, 정부/공공기관, 연구기관, 투자기관 등과 협업 연계할 수 있는 주체간의 연관가능 활동과 해당 기관의 자원을 연계하여 지역발전에 기여할 수 있는 모델 및 이를 측정할 수 있는 지표 및 주요 내용을 도출 할 수 있었다.

Based on the social network analysis(SNA), this study examines the structural and spatial characteristics of the actor networks of the manufacturing industries for the elderly. In the field of economic geography, former researches on network have mainly focused on the network governance. However, this study focused on the social network analysis. Centrality indexes are used to analyze the topological structure of actor networks of firms and organizations. In order to investigate the spatial structure of actor networks, not only the regional distribution of actors but also the correlation between centrality index and distance are analyzed. Network matrixes among actors are transformed to network matrixes among regions using block modeling method to reveal the spatial characteristics of the actor networks. In spite of the importance of the Capital Region, networks in the non-Capital Region like Chungnam and Pusan were showed high network density. This suggested that some kinds of policy project operating in the non-Capital Region had the influence on this network in the initial stage of industry.
