전주는 가장 한국적인 도시답게 모든 사적과 여 채가 있는 한옥마을의 건물이 모두 목재와 기와로 지어진 한옥으로 밀집되어 있어서 화재와 지진, 풍수해 시에 소방차나 구조차의 진입에 어려움이 있다. 이로 인해 초기 화재 진압 시간이 지연됨에 따라 인명피해와 함께 국보와 사적지가 전소될 수 있어 인명과 문화재 보전을 위해 소방시설의 확충과 안전관리가 절실하게 필요하다. 이에 재난 대비를 위한 방법으로 소방 드론을 활용하는 것이 최적의 방법이 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 메타버스 플랫폼인 로블록스를 활용하여 스마트시티-전주를 구현하였고, 소방드론을 활용할 수 있는 드론 소방서를 제안하였다.

이번 탐방은 한려수도 내에 국내 최초의 육.해상 종합 휴양지인 경남 통영의 '금호 충무마리나 리조트'를 방문하였다. 이곳은 미륵도 관광특구 내에 자리 잡고 있어 요트나 유람선을 타고 인근의 거제도와 비진도, 욕지도, 연화도 등의 섬을 돌아볼 수 있으며, 주변 바닷가와 추도, 연대도, 투미도 등지에서는 바다낚시와 사냥도 즐길 수 있다. 특히, 주변에 세병관, 충렬사, 충무공유적지, 한산도, 거제도 등 관광지가 많아 한국의 나폴리로 불릴 정도로 빼어난 경관을 자랑하고 있다.

In this study, reduced-scale experiments as the alternative to a real-scale fire test were conducted to understand fire properties in atrium space. The scaling laws were derived from $\pi$-parameters which were deduced by dimensional analysis of governing equations (continuity, conservation of momentum and conservation energy). The 1/50 scale experiment simulated the real-scale fire test in SIVANS atrium at Japan were conducted under the scaling laws. And this results were compared with real-scale experiment results. Furthermore these results were visualized by video recording system using laser light sheet.

Museum storage has been a unique area for experts, such as curators and managers etc., is a part that requires attention among the recent changes in museums because of changes to a type that is being opened gradually to visitors. On the other hand, there is an increased the risk of a fire according to negligence etc. of visitors. Hence, appropriate measures for a fire protection system to respond to varying museum storage are required. This study examined the status of fire protection systems applied to museum storage visiting 40 domestic public museums with the support of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and a direction to install a fire protection system was presented by drawing cases of fire protection systems with less adaptability or poor management or excellent fire protection systems, and a direction for improvement was presented.

The authors reviewed the history of creation and management, purposes, extents, methods of creation, planting species and mediums, structure of vegetation layers and legal management, etc. of coastal forests of Korea. Since the Goryeo dynasty, the inhabitants in the coastal regions has long been aware the safety from natural disasters and the local governments manages for the defence and natural disasters, and collaboration among GO and NGOs, as well as enterprises are participating to the conservation of coastal forests in Korea. The purposes of creation and management of coastal forests in historical aspects are prevention of disasters, safety by the Fengsui, military uses, and timber productions, but partly as the places for religious beliefs, safety from diseases and fires, increasing of forest products and fishes, as well as tourists, improving of amenity and landscapes and recreation, inherits of traditional culture, habitats for wildlife, and ecological corridors, etc. The inhabitant in the coastal region who experienced frequent natural disasters has strong supports for the conservation of coastal forest and as a natural resources to inherits to the coming generations as the coastal forests has high values of academic researches on human society, culture, ecology and recreational uses, etc. The extensive overall researches on the creation and managements of coastal forests, as well as cultural tradition in the coastal forests of Korean peninsula are critically essential.
