가동검사의 검사결과는 이미 전에 실시한 가동중검사 결과와 비교 검토하게 된다. 비교 검토한 결과, 변화가 일어나지 않았으면 그것으로 좋으나, 만일 변화가 일어났다면 그 검사 결과를 평가 하여 어떠한 조치를 취할 것인가를 결정하게 된다. 이 경우 조치라 함은 어떤 변화가 일어난 부 분을 수리, 대체하거나, 또는 다음 검사 기간까지는 구조적 건전성에 관계 없다는 것이 확실히 규 명될 경우, 방치하는 것 등을 말한다. 그러나, 가동중검사에는 이미 언급하였듯이 그전의 검사 결 과와 비교 검토하게 되는데, 그때에 기초가 될 자료가 필요하다. 그래서 발전소의 일차냉각계통에 대한 수압시험이 완료되면 가동전검사(Pre-Service-Inspection)-사용점검사라고도 한다-를 수행 하여 가동중검사에 대한 기초자료로 삼는다. 가동점검사는 가동중검사 때에 상호 비교검토할 기 초 자료를 취하는 것이 목적이므로, 가동전 검사시의 검사방법 및 기술 등을 포함한 검사조건은, 앞으로 시행될 가동검사때의 예측되는 검사조건과 될 수 있는대로 동일한 상태가 되도록하여 그 검사결과 치를 비교함에 있어, 일어난 변화는 진정으로 원자료를 가동함에 의해 일어났다는 것을 보증할 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 이에 따라 특히 가동에 따라 접근하여 검사할 수 없는, 방사능의 오염될 부분의 가동전 검사에서도 가동중 검사시에 사용될것으로 예상되는 종류의 원격조정장치 룰 사용하여 비파괴검사를 사용하고 그 기록을 유지보관하여야 한다.

유무선 통합서비스가 물리적인 네트워크 자체의 통합을 의미하는 것이 아니라, 각 사업자별 서비스, 마케팅 접속, 인터페이스, 콘텐츠 등의 통합을 의미한다. 즉 소비자의 입장에서는 기존 유선과 무선으로 나뉘어 있던 서비스들을 유무선 관계없이 동일한 콘텐츠를 다양한 인터페이스를 통해 이용할 수 있게 되는 것이다. 이를 위해서는 특정 통신 사업자들이 대부분의 유선 네트워크를 포설 운영되고 있기 때문에, 유무선통합 및 방송통신융합의 진정한 실현과 IP-TV를 통한 콘텐츠 활성화를 위해서는 현재의 수직적 규제체계를 수평적 규제체제로 전환함과 동시에 사업자 분류체계를 물리적 네트워크, 플랫폼, 콘텐츠 영역으로 분리해야 한다. 이와 같이 본 고에서는 방송통신융합에서 발생하고 있는 여러 문제점들 중에서 IP-TV 도입 환경에서 발생하는 네트워크와 관련한 진입규제 및 네트워크 중립성 문제에 대한 방안을 모색하기 위해 국내 유선통신시장 환경을 분석하고, 이를 통해 국내 네트워크 정책의 바람직한 방향을 제시하였다.

산지생태축산은 환경 친화적인 순환형의 생산방식으로 안전하고 맛있는 유기식품 등 많은 장점이 있어, 과소화, 황폐화가 진행되는 중산간지역을 활성화시키기 위한 기폭제로서 많은 기대를 받고 있다. 그러나 앞에서 기술한 바와 같이 기술적 문제에 더해 사회적, 경제적인 많은 저해 요인이 산지생태축산의 보급과 정착을 방해하고 있다. 이와 같은 과제를 극복하기 위해서는 생산자 혹은 관계단체의 노력에는 한계가 있으니 국가와 지역행정의 지원이 강화되어야 하는 것은 물론 지역주민과 소비자를 끌어들인 종합적인 지원책에 대해 검토할 필요가 있다. 산지생태축산은 21세기의 한국축산에 확고한 지위를 차지한 농법으로 중산간지역 농업의 견인차가 될 농법이다. 산지생태축산을 활성화 하기 위해서는 실효성 있는 지원책을 과감히 강구하며 다양한 제약을 극복할 방안 역시 선구적으로 마련해야 한다. 기존의 제도가 시대적으로 뒤쳐진다는 결함이 있었다면 이것을 감수해가면서 극복하는 것이 아니라 제도 개선을 하는 일이 더 중요하다. 국가나 도단위의 지역은 종래의 발상을 넘은 지역의 대처에 제동을 거는 일 없이 오히려 선구적인 시읍면의 활동을 전력으로 지원하는 자세를 가져야 한다. 그래야만 새로운 식품 농업 농촌을 고려한 창조적 농정의 실현으로 진정한 6차산업을 구현할 수 있다.

다가 이온원 제조를 위한 ECR 이온원 제작과 더불어 이를 효과적으로 운전 제어할 수 있는 방안을 만들어야 한다. 이 운전 제어 방안은 두 가지 기능을 만족할 수 있도록 구성해야 하는데, 초기 실험실에서 ECR 이온원의 성능 검증을 하기에 유리하도록 알고리즘이나 시퀀스를 보다 용이하게 변경할 수 있도록 만들고 이후 확정된 알고리즘과 시퀀스를 이용하여 이온원의 안전을 보장하면서 최소한의 운전자만으로도 운전 가능하도록 구성해야 한다. 이를 구현하기 위해서 ECR 이온원 운전 제어와 관계된 모든 부대 장치들을 EPICS (Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System)로 운전하고 제어할 수 있도록 통합하면서 알고리즘의 복잡함으로 인해 발생할 수 있는 불확실성을 줄이기 위해 부대 장치를 구성하는 개별 장치 단위로 알고리즘을 만들어 EPICS database로 구현하고 운전 및 장치 보호를 위해 필요한 시퀀스는 EPICS sequencer를 이용하여 구현하였다. 현재까지 ECR 플라즈마 생성, 빔인출 그리고 입자 진단을 위해 사용된 전원 장치들을 운전 제어하기 위해 구현된 내용을 소개하고 이를 바탕으로 개별 장치에 확대하여 적용할 수 있는 방안에 대하여 연구하였다.

지역사회교정은 기존의 시설내처우와 대비되는 개념으로 형사절차 전반에 지역사회가 개입하여 사회내처우를 실행하는 것이다. 이는 시설내처우가 지닌 과밀 수용, 교정 프로그램의 효율성, 범죄의 학습화 등의 문제점을 극복하고 범죄자들의 진정한 사회복귀를 도모할 수 있는 방법으로 인식되고 있기 때문이다. 하지만 지역사회교정 또한 많은 문제점들을 가지고 있어 이에 대한 해결책의 연구가 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 문제인식에 기인해서 지역사회교정의 개념과 문제점들에 대해 살펴보고 이의 대안을 제시하였다. 지역사회교정의 활성화를 위해서는 담당기관 및 인력의 확충 및 담당 직원의 세심한 채용 및 지속적인 관리를 통해 전문화를 유도하며, 전문 프로그램을 수행할 수 있는 민간봉사자와의 네트워크 구축이 필요하며, 지역기관, 지자체, 관계 당국 간의 이해와 협조가 반드시 필요하게 될 것이다. 이와 함께 지역사회교정의 실천단계에 있어 발생될 수 있는 많은 문제점들에 대한 객관적이고 실증적인 후속 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다.

The article is organized as follows. The first section clarifies research questions, the purpose of the study and the methodology used when researching cultural properties & storytelling marketing of intangible cultural heritages in Korea. The Pimatgol's DNAs are liberated areas of the nation, cooked rice served in soup, a broth to chase a hangover, makgeolli, so forth. The second section deals with methods of study, the literature review consisting of previous research, the author's previous research and the theoretical background of cultural heritage's storytelling marketing. The third section presents select storytelling marketing cases about our regional cultural heritage as well as some foreign cases. The fourth section provides a few examples and cases of cultural heritage about government officials, the 'Pimatgol' peddler, the story of Chunbo and Okseom and the idea for fostering storytelling marketing. The last section concluded the study. The findings support the importance of understanding the characteristics and differences of cultural heritage & storytelling marketing because if the stories are well told, the cultural heritages will be successfully promoted.

Due to fierce market competition and COVID-19, it becomes increasingly important for sharing economic platform companies to develop a long-term relationship with customers. In this regard, this study explores the mechanism of customer's repurchase decision making in the context of Airbnb. This study posits customer satisfaction and brand image as the key factors in forming customer's repurchase intention toward Airbnb. It also investigates the effects of price fairness, authentic experience, enjoyment, Airbnb trust and host trust on customer's repurchase intention. This study validated the research hypothesis with 154 customers using Airbnb. The analysis results showed that both customer satisfaction and brand image have a significant impact on repurchase intention and explain 62.0% of its variance. Enjoyment, true experience, and Airbnb trust had significant effects on customer satisfaction, while price fairness and host trust had no significant impact on it. The results revealed that price fairness, authentic experience, enjoyment, and Airbnb trust are significantly associated with brand image, while host trust is not significantly related to it. The results of this study are expected to provide academic and practical implications by enhancing the understanding of customer's repurchasing decision in the context of sharing economic platform.

This study surveyed the image of hospital emergency medical technicians with 122 emergency medical service providers (doctors and nurses) working at tertiary medical institutions in Daejeon and Chungcheongnam.do in order to provide basic materials for enhancing the status and professional image of hospital emergency medical technicians. According to the results of this study, the overall image was $3.27{\pm}0.34$, and by its sub.area, professional image was highest and role image was lowest. By item, 'Maintain a friendly relations with doctors' was highest, and 'Arrogant and negligent in job performance' was lowest. In order to enhance their image, hospital emergency medical technicians need to assume a sincere attitude toward patients and colleagues consistently, to strengthen their professionalism, and to carry out their duties and roles faithfully. What is more, the association should take proper measures and to establish the sound image of emergency medical technician as a professional through active campaigns and monitoring using mass media.

The Purpose of this study is to examine the effect of communication competence and empathy on stress coping in college students. The research problems were verified by correlation analysis and multivariate regression analysis. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 292 college students. The findings are as follows. First, college students who have high communication competence show more problem-focused coping, social-support seeking coping, and self-soothing coping in stressful conditions, but less emotion-oriented coping and avoidance-oriented coping. Particularly, it is found that behavioral flexibility in communication competence has the greatest effect on problem-focused coping and emotion-oriented coping. Similarly, affiliation/support influences social support seeking coping, interaction management influences self-soothing coping and avoidance-oriented coping. Second, college students who have high empathy are also found more problem-focused coping, social-support seeking coping, and self-soothing coping in stressful conditions. Especially it is found that role-taking in empathy has the greatest effect on problem-focused coping self-soothing coping. Similarly, emotion recognition influences avoidance-oriented coping, emotional resonance influences emotion-oriented coping, authenticity influences social-support seeking coping.

This study explored and described how seniors cope with adversities, how they perceive the counseling and what they expect from it, including the difficulties and barriers when using psychological counseling, through direct reports of the seniors. Data was collected from 56 elderly people living in Gyeonggido through interviews. The collected data was analyzed using the CQR-M method. The result yielded 6 domains, which are the ways to deal with adversities, feelings or thoughts about counseling, motivations for counseling, why peoples mind getting counseling, expectations for counselor, expectations for counseling effect. Based on the results, the ways to increase the level of participation and consideration for counseling by the elderly are suggested including case management, the expansion of counseling areas, the formation of sincere relationships, the consideration of counseling methods with activities and the enhancement of expertise.
