환경(環境)-사회계정(社會計定)(ESAM)을 이용한 환경과 경제와의 상관(相關) 관계(關係) 분석(分析)

  • 자원 및 환경이 경제에 미치는 영향이 큼에도 불구하고 경제-환경의 상관관계를 분석하는 방법은 아직 초보 단계에 있다. 본 연구에서는 UN, 세계은행, 멕시코 정부가 구축한 환경계정(環境計定)을 한 국가의 경제상태를 사회계정에 도입한 후, 환경(環境)-사회계정(社會計定)(ESAM) 행렬을 구축하고, Pyatt와 Round의 분할 행렬 방법에 의해서 직 간접 파급승수 효과를 측정하여, 환경관련 외생변수가 경제변수에 미치는 효과를 분석하였다. 분할 행렬 분석 결과, 농업관련 외생변수에 변화가 있으면 제조업 부문과 상업부문, 민간 서비스부문(금융, 보험, 부동산)이 가장 크게 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 레온티에프의 승수효과와 유사한 전이효과(轉移效果)는 순수한 간접효과인 순환효과의 상쇄로 인해 기존의 산업 연관분석에 의존한 분석은 경제와 환경의 관계를 과대추정할 수 도 있다는 것이다. 자본 투자가 5% 감소할 경우, 경제 전 부문에 상당한 영향을 준 것으로 나타났으며 생산부문에서는 임업, 건설업이 가장 영향을 받으며, 환경부문에서는 토양의 침식으로 인한 환경서비스의 감소가 가장 크게 영향을 받는 것으로 추정되었고 수산자원 또한 많은 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Advent of the distributed computing has contributed to the rapid distribution of information technology throughout the organization. While powerful and user-friendly information technology are more available to end users, managing the distributed, heterogeneous IT environment has become a serious problem for corporate IT managers. Integrated Control Architecture (ICA) enables the monitoring and controlling of the dispersed information resources for effective enterprise-wide information resource management. This paper empirically examines the propositions that the level of information resource control is positively related to IS effectiveness measured in user satisfaction. Measures are developed and validated for the control of information resource object such as data, application, platform, and control of relationships among such objects. Results from a study of 130 organizations support that the organizations with high information resource control exhibit user satisfaction.

  • This study aims to understand the relation between the perceived social exchange of employees in service industry, which is focused on food service industry, and the organizational citizenship behavior, and to consider the efficiency of human resources management in service industry. To achieve the purpose of this study, a documentary study and an empirical study based on a structural equation model analysis were carried out. In this study, the social exchange consist of perceived leader support, perceived coworker support, and perceived organization support. Also the organizational citizenship behavior consist of organizational citizenship behavior for individual and organizational citizenship behavior for organization. And then, the relation between the variables was found out. Finally, based upon the results of analysis, this study was suggested for human resources management in service industry.

A Cost-Effective WDM-PON Architecture for Dynamic Resource Provision (자원의 동적 능력 향상을 위한 경제적인 WDM-PON 구조)

  • WDM-PON has been receiving much attention as a key technology to FTTH. As the cost of WDM-PON heavily depends on the number of transceivers implemented at ONU, one of its shortcomings comes from the fixed provision of wavelength resource, which is tightly coupled with costly transceivers. In this paper, we propose a cost-effective WDM-PON architecture for dynamic resource provision. The proposed architecture is based on hierarchical grouping of multiple ONUs into a logical group and hierarchical sharing the resource. For high utilization of dynamic resource, the dynamic resource allocation algorithm is also proposed. We analyze the system efficiency in term of dynamism of system resource and system cost. We also verify that the proposed resource allocation algorithm achieves a high dynamism on resource allocation, and at the same time maintains the fairness between ONUs.

  • 대서양 청어는 바닷가재 어업에 있어 주요 미끼로서 사용되어지고 있고 해양 생태계내에서 다른 어류들의 먹이로서 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있다. 그러나 해양생태계의 환경적인 요소, 즉 해수면 온도, 플랑크톤량, 서식지 해저퇴적물 상태에 따라 자원이 민감하게 영향을 받는다. 특히 미성어의 단계에서는 낮은 해수 온도에 대해 영향을 받기가 쉽다. 이 연구에서는 인공위성을 이용하여 측정된 해수면 온도와 2년생 가입자원의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 해수면 온도의 측정지역은 대서양 청어의 산란지역으로 한정하였다. 연구 결과 상관계수는 0.69로 나타났고 이는 어업자원의 변동성을 설명함에 있어 환경적인 요인이 중요하게 고려되어야 한다는 것을 의미한다.

  • 본 연구는 직무자원과 직무요구, LMX가 노인복지관의 사회복지사들의 소진에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 본 연구는 경기도 지역의 50개 노인복지관을 대상으로 총 315부의 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사는 우편으로 진행하였고, 회수된 설문지는 총 33개 기관 189부이다. 조사기간은 2016년 1월-2월 약 두달간 이루어졌고, 기술통계, 다중회귀분석방법으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 직무자원과 직무요구는 소진에 영향을 나타내어, 직무자원이 많을수록 사회복지사들의 소진이 감소되며, 직무요구가 높을수록 사회복지사들의 소진도 높다고 할 수 있다. 또한 LMX는 직무자원, 직무요구와 소진과의 관계를 부분 매개하는 것으로 검증되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 노인복지관 사회복지사들의 소진을 감소하기 위하여 조직관리와 인적자원관리에 대한 함의를 찾을 수 있다.

  • 기반 네트워크 (substrate network)의 자원 여분이 새로 삽입(embed)하고자 하는 가상 네트워크의 자원 요구량을 수용할 수 없을 때, 삽입하고자 하는 가상 네트워크의 요구 자원량을 분할하여 분산 수용함으로써 삽입을 가능케 할 수 있다. 그러나 이러한 작업을 위해서는 각 가상 네트워크의 자원간 상관관계를 꼭 알아야 한다. 이 논문에서 각 가상 네트워크의 명세에 자원 사용 패턴에 있어서의 상관관계를 입력 받음으로써 기반 네트워크의 사용률(utilization)과 가상 네트워크 수용률(acceptance ratio)을 높일 수 있음을 보인다.

Dynamic Virtual Ontology using Tags with Semantic Relationship on Social-web to Support Effective Search (효율적 자원 탐색을 위한 소셜 웹 태그들을 이용한 동적 가상 온톨로지 생성 연구)

  • In this research, a proposed Dynamic Virtual Ontology using Tags (DyVOT) supports dynamic search of resources depending on user's requirements using tags from social web driven resources. It is general that the tags are defined by annotations of a series of described words by social users who usually tags social information resources such as web-page, images, u-tube, videos, etc. Therefore, tags are characterized and mirrored by information resources. Therefore, it is possible for tags as meta-data to match into some resources. Consequently, we can extract semantic relationships between tags owing to the dependency of relationships between tags as representatives of resources. However, to do this, there is limitation because there are allophonic synonym and homonym among tags that are usually marked by a series of words. Thus, research related to folksonomies using tags have been applied to classification of words by semantic-based allophonic synonym. In addition, some research are focusing on clustering and/or classification of resources by semantic-based relationships among tags. In spite of, there also is limitation of these research because these are focusing on semantic-based hyper/hypo relationships or clustering among tags without consideration of conceptual associative relationships between classified or clustered groups. It makes difficulty to effective searching resources depending on user requirements. In this research, the proposed DyVOT uses tags and constructs ontologyfor effective search. We assumed that tags are extracted from user requirements, which are used to construct multi sub-ontology as combinations of tags that are composed of a part of the tags or all. In addition, the proposed DyVOT constructs ontology which is based on hierarchical and associative relationships among tags for effective search of a solution. The ontology is composed of static- and dynamic-ontology. The static-ontology defines semantic-based hierarchical hyper/hypo relationships among tags as in (http://semanticcloud.sandra-siegel.de/) with a tree structure. From the static-ontology, the DyVOT extracts multi sub-ontology using multi sub-tag which are constructed by parts of tags. Finally, sub-ontology are constructed by hierarchy paths which contain the sub-tag. To create dynamic-ontology by the proposed DyVOT, it is necessary to define associative relationships among multi sub-ontology that are extracted from hierarchical relationships of static-ontology. The associative relationship is defined by shared resources between tags which are linked by multi sub-ontology. The association is measured by the degree of shared resources that are allocated into the tags of sub-ontology. If the value of association is larger than threshold value, then associative relationship among tags is newly created. The associative relationships are used to merge and construct new hierarchy the multi sub-ontology. To construct dynamic-ontology, it is essential to defined new class which is linked by two more sub-ontology, which is generated by merged tags which are highly associative by proving using shared resources. Thereby, the class is applied to generate new hierarchy with extracted multi sub-ontology to create a dynamic-ontology. The new class is settle down on the ontology. So, the newly created class needs to be belong to the dynamic-ontology. So, the class used to new hyper/hypo hierarchy relationship between the class and tags which are linked to multi sub-ontology. At last, DyVOT is developed by newly defined associative relationships which are extracted from hierarchical relationships among tags. Resources are matched into the DyVOT which narrows down search boundary and shrinks the search paths. Finally, we can create the DyVOT using the newly defined associative relationships. While static data catalog (Dean and Ghemawat, 2004; 2008) statically searches resources depending on user requirements, the proposed DyVOT dynamically searches resources using multi sub-ontology by parallel processing. In this light, the DyVOT supports improvement of correctness and agility of search and decreasing of search effort by reduction of search path.

Resource Identification in Database Workloads (데이터베이스 워크로드에서의 자원 식별)

  • Database workloads may show different resource usages for database applications. Database administrators can enhance the DBMS performances through resource management that reflects workload characteristics. We provide a method that can identify tunable resources from analyzing the relationship between performance indicators and resources. First, we select which performance indicators increase or decrease by expanding resources using a correlation coefficient and a significance level test. Next, we identify resources that can affect the DBMS Performances by using increasing or decreasing performance indicators. We evaluated our method in the TPC-C and TPC-W environments.
