The purpose of this research is to analyze the psychological dynamics of the characters in the novel 'vegetarian' of the Han Gang and the relationship patterns in the system by applying object relation theory. 'Vegetarianism' has already been analyzed and reinterpreted in various angles, but if you look at it from the object relationship theory and the systematic perspective, you can understand the inevitable history of the generation through psychological analysis and relation dynamics of the person. First, we will analyze the psychological dynamics of the characters by analyzing the meanings and exploring the meaning with the object relation theory and concept. The psychological analysis and the search process of the characters based on the theory are enough evidence for the counselor to reinterpret the life story of the client in the future clinical scene. In addition, in order to realize ethical but practical clinical education, the field of clinical practice will be extended when analyzing the characters using art. It is suggested that the meaning search through various character analysis needs to be accumulated culturally.

This study was conducted with the purpose of exploring the relationship dynamics of couples who experienced dating violence. For this purpose, interviews were conducted with 15 couples who experienced dating violence. The collected data was analyzed using the consensual qualitative research(CQR) method. As a result, 3 domains, 13 categories, and 30 subcategories were derived. Domain 1 was about "the direction of the dynamics of perpetration and victimization, types of violence, and experience level," and found that the dynamics of perpetration and victimization are bidirectional, and that there are situational and controlling types of violence. For domain 2, we explored "major conflict themes, unique perceptions, and psychological dynamics of violence" and identified "other and communication issues" and "interference and personality issues" as major conflict themes, "gender stereotypes" and "violence permissive beliefs" as unique perceptions, and "attribution styles," "major emotions," and "coping styles" as psychological dynamics of violence. For domain 3, we looked into the 'changes in commitment and satisfaction as well as relationship maintenance factors' and presented changes in commitment and satisfaction, and found that the relationship maintenance factors were divided into positive and negative factors. These results are significant in that dating violence consists of mutual abuse and that it empirically revealed the detailed elements of the psychological dynamics of male and female. This was compared and analyzed with previous studies, and limitations and future research were also presented.

Recent studies shows that international entrepreneurship orientation is recognized as a very important tool for improving corporate performance in international business activities. However, these relationships show various research results. Therefore, it can be a very interesting research topic to examine whether these relationships are linear or non-linear when selected as a target in developing country like China. The purpose of this study is to examine whether the effects of international entrepreneurship orientation on the export performance is non-liner type in China's manufacturing firms. And investigated the moderating role of degree of internationalization and market dynamism relative to the relationship between the international entrepreneurial-orientation and the export performance. A total of 478 questionnaires were used for the hypothesis test. The results of this study are summarized as follows: First, there is a J-shaped. relationship between international entrepreneurship orientation and export performance. Second, degree of Internationalization strengthened the reverse J-shaped relationship between international entrepreneurship orientation and export performance. Finally, degree of internationalization and market dynamics show that J-shaped relationship between international entrepreneurial orientation and export performance is strengthened. The results of the study's theoretical contribution and the managerial contribution is as followed. As a theoretical contribution, it is confirmed that international entrepreneurial orientation (J-shaped) and export performance form a non-linear relationship, and it is possible to make an empirical contribution that can newly approach the relationship between international entrepreneurial orientation and export performance. The managerial contribution suggests that China's exporting companies have a higher degree of Internationalization in their international business activities and that the higher the dynamics of the overseas markets, the more advanced the international entrepreneurial behavior should be required to improve the export performance.

본 연구는 즉흥과 역동적 환경 그리고 창업 성과와의 관계를 조사한다. 우선 즉흥성향과 즉흥행동의 개념을 분석하고 선행연구를 통하여 즉흥이 기업가정신 분야에서 어떤 영향을 주는가를 살펴본다. 또한 즉흥측정 도구를 사용하여 개인이나 집단의 즉흥 성향을 측정할 수 있는 개념적 틀을 제시하였고 역동적 환경에서의 즉흥행동이 벤쳐 기업의 창업성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는가를 탐색해 본다. 문헌연구를 고찰한 결과 즉흥은 신생 고성장 기업에서 창업의도와 창업성과에 영향을 미친다는 결과를 도출하였다. 본 연구에서는 즉흥이 기업가정신교육에 포함되어야 한다는 기존 가설을 지지하고 이를 바탕으로 기업가정신교육에 즉흥 프로세스를 도입할 수 있는 개념적 틀을 제시하였다.

태깅은 웹 2.0의 핵심 기술 중 하나로, 매우 유연하고 역동적인 분류 체계를 제공한다. 하지만 유연성과 역동성의 확보에 의해 계층 구조나 연관 관계와 같은 태그의 관계성이 부족하거나 존재하지 않는 한계점을 가지고 있는 것 또한 사실이다. 이런 한계점을 보완하기 위한 방법으로 계층 관계를 형성하기 위한 계층 클러스터링 방법과, 연관 관계를 형성하기 위한 협업 필터링 방법이 존재한다. 이 두 가지 방법은 태그의 관계성을 제공하지만, 연관 관계와 계층 관계 중 하나만 제공한다는 단점을 가진다. 본 논문에서는 태그 검색 시 연관 관계뿐 아니라 계층 구조의 탐색을 제공해주기 위한 태그 클러스터링 알고리즘을 설계하였다. 제안한 알고리즘은 사용자 태그셋을 활용하여 태그의 유사성을 계산하는 방법을 제시하고, 기존의 시각화 방법(태그 구름)과 다른 새로운 형태로 시각화 할 수 있는 결과 데이터를 제공한다.

The Reality Dynamic Counseling which reflects Korean culture and Korean sensibilities has been introduced as a model of Korean counseling approach. This is a qualitative study to examine how the characteristics of Reality Dynamic Counseling appear upon the real counseling process for the clients who were physically attacked by their own son and were brought to this counseling export from juvenile counseling service center. The major properties of Reality Dynamic Counseling are grasping the problem with connecting whole context, dealing with an external world as well as an internal world, emphasizing a role in relation with others, serving as a fosterer or an educator for counselor, confronting a client to awake from a disillusion, restoring to the good relationship between a parent and a child, and pulling a client to the relation with people. These properties are well brought out in the real counseling process. The Manual written by a counselor which gives us detailed commentary on counseling process was selected and analyzed in this study because the protocol between a counselor and a client was too large quantity and it could not show on how to change like facial expression and voice.

Recent advances in cell biological and genetic researches have revealed that mitochondrial morphology is highly dynamic and regulated by multiple molecular factors including dynamin-related proteins (DRPs). Considering that the mitochondria play critical roles in the cellular metabolism via ATP synthesis, calcium homeostasis in cooperation with endoplasmic reticulum, and apoptosis, the failure of mitochondrial dynamics is infrequently related to the failure in the normal growth and cellular integrity. In this respect, alteration of mitochondrial dynamics may greatly affect the development of nervous system. In this short review, we discussed molecules involved in the control of mitochondrial dynamics, and provide some perspectives on their significance in the neuronal development.

본 연구는 자원의존이론, 거래비용이론, 관계계약이론 등의 선행연구를 검토하여 관계지향성의 원인과 성과를 밝히고자 하였다. 먼저 구매기업과 공급기업간의 행동적 관계지향요인과 관계지향성 분석을 실시하였다. 행동적 관계지향요인으로는 정보교환, 조화노력, 행동적 규범, 업무결속을 들고, 관계지향성 분석을 위해 군집분석을 실시하였다. 연구표본에는 C지역의 전문건설업체를 대상으로 500부의 설문지를 배포, 그 중 185부를 회수하여, 적합한 설문 140부가 사용되었다. 군집분석결과 관계지향성 집단은 정보교환, 조화 노력, 협동규범 수용, 업무결속이 모두 높게 나타났고, 비관계지향성 집단은 정보교환, 조화노력, 협동규범 수용, 업무결속이 모두 낮게 나타나 기업간의 관계지향성을 의미있는 2개의 집단으로 나눌 수 있었다. 둘째, 기업간 관계지향성의 영향요인으로 환경의 역동성, 대안의 이용가능성, 공급의 중요성, 상호호혜전략, 신뢰성을 검토하였다. 본 연구에서 선정한 관계지향성에 대한 영향요인들이 관계지향집단과 비관계지향집단으로 분류하는데 얼마나 유용하게 이용될 수 있는가를 알아보기 위해 판별분석을 실시하였다. 관계지향집단과 비관계지향집단의 분류에 환경의 역동성, 대안의 이용가능성, 공급의 중요성은 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 호혜전략, 신뢰성은 의미가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기업간 관계지향성의 성과로서 실현경쟁우위와 관계유지의도를 검토하였다. 관계지향성이 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 검증하기 위해 MANOVA(multivariatee analysis of variance)분석을 실시하였다. 실증 결과, 관계 정도가 높은 집단이 관계 정도가 낮은 집단보다 실현 경쟁우위수준을 높게 지각하고 관계를 유지하려는 의도가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

This study aims to identify the change of customer participation(CP) which is essential to the service industry as the relationship between the customer and the employee develops. The latent growth modeling analysis based on the longitudinal data is utilized to examine the pattern of the change. This is based on the fact that CP needs to be understood in the relationship and is to confirm the change in CP by the development of the relationship. Given the dynamics of the relationship, we intend to overcome the limitations of previous cross-sectional researches by revealing the trajectory of CP in the relationship through the longitudinal data. We also want to examine which variables in the relationship can facilitate changes of CP. Research has shown that CP is significantly changed with the development of the relationship when we analyzed it through latent growth modeling. This confirms that CP needs to be understood in the relationship. In addition, 'relationship proneness' variable and 'dependence to provider' variable have positive effects on the initial values of CP, but they have not been established to promote the changes of CP. Consequently, when considering the dynamics of relationships, it is important to recognize that CP is also dynamic. This study sought to get out of the cross-sectional and fragmented understanding of CP that is dynamic. Through this, we would like to propose the successful operation of the customer management program of service firms in relation to CP. This will lead to the success of service encounter where appropriate CP levels at each stage of relationship development can be achieved.
