Direct and indirect effects of Job satisfaction of early child teacher on the teacher-child relationship according to child temperament and adatation to child-care institutions (영아기질 및 어린이집 적응에 따른 교사의 직무만족이 교사-영아 관계에 미치는 직.간접효과)

  • 본 연구는 D시와 G시에 소재한 어린이집 13기관에 재원 중인 영아 238명과 해당 영아의 어머니와 아버지 각 238명, 담임교사 45명(총 45학급)을 대상으로 영아의 기질과 어린이집 적응 변인이 교사의 직무만족과 교사-영아 관계에 어떠한 직 간접적인 영향력을 갖는지를 알아보고자 구조방정식 모형을 통해 분석하였다. 본 연구결과, 영아의 기질이 교사의 직무만족에 의해 매개되어 교사-영아관계에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 영아의 어린이집 적응 또한 직무만족에 의해 매개되어 교사-영아관계에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 교사의 직무만족은 교사-영아관계에 영향을 미치는 영아의 기질과 어린이집 적응, 두 잠재 변인 간의 매개 변인이다. 특히 영아의 기질은 교사의 직무만족과 교사-영아관계에 미치는 영향력이 영아의 어린이집 적응보다 크게 나타났으며, 영아-교사관계에는 기질이나 적응이 미치는 직접효과가 직무만족을 매개로한 간접효과보다 크게 작용하고 있었다. 이러한 결과는 영아와 교사관계에 있어서 영아의 기질변인이 중요함을 드러내준다. 그러므로 본 연구는 다양한 변인간의 관계를 규명함으로서 영아 연구 범위의 폭을 확장하였다는 의의가 있다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 농촌관광의 관계마케팅 활동요인들과 고객만족 간의 관계를 검증하는 것이다. 관계마케팅은 장기적 시각에서 고객요구 및 필요를 충족시킬 수 있는 제품 및 서비스를 제공하고 고객과의 관계를 강화시키는 것에 초점을 맞추고 있는 개념이다. 국가의 지원에 의존하던 과거 프레임을 벗어나 농촌관광이 경쟁력을 갖추기 위해 관계마케팅의 강화가 무엇보다 필요하다고 하겠다. 본 연구는 농촌관광 방문고객을 대상으로 설문한 자료를 기초로 관계마케팅 활동요인들과 고객만족 간의 인과관계를 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 확인한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 농촌관광의 실행요인들 중 고객화, 전문성, 커뮤니케이션, 유대는 고객만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 표준화계수의 크기를 기초로 판단할 때 유대, 커뮤니케이션, 고객화, 전문성 순으로 중요한 것으로 나타났다.

Relationship among Organization-Public Relationships, External Reputation and Job Satisfaction of Workers in Small and Medium-sized IT Enterprises (IT 관련 중소기업 종사자들의 조직-공중관계성과 외부평판 및 직무만족의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among organization-public relationships, external reputation and job satisfaction of workers in small and medium-sized IT enterprises. The subjects were 221 workers in small and medium-sized IT enterprises selected. The data were analyzed by the exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, reliability analysis and structural equation modeling analysis using IBM SPSS 21 program and IBM AMOS 21 program. The results were as follow. First, Organization-public relationships influenced positively on external reputation. Second, Organization-public relationships influenced not significantly on job satisfaction of workers in small and medium-sized IT enterprises. Third, External reputation influenced positively on job satisfaction of workers in small and medium-sized IT enterprises. These results will contribute to provide implications related to organization effectiveness.

Ego resilience, Empathic Ability and Interpersonal relationship ability in Nursing Students (간호대학생의 자아탄력성, 공감능력과 대인관계능력)

  • This study examines the relationships among ego resilience, empathic ability, and interpersonal relationship ability in nursing students. Data were collected through a self-reported questionnaire from November 2 to December 11, 2015. The subjects consisted of 299 nursing students who were selected using a convenience sampling method. Stepwise multiple regression revealed that ego resilience (${\beta}=.488$, p<.001) and empathic ability (${\beta}=.378$, p<.001) were significant predictors and accounted for 47.2% of interpersonal relationship ability. It is meaningful that ego resilience affects interpersonal relationship ability. Therefore, ego resilience and empathic ability need to be increased by efficient management and intervention to facilitate interpersonal relationship ability in nursing students.

  • Focusing on the relationship marketing between the Department Store and customers, this study presents the following variables: three influential variables such as characteristics of the persons who serve, image property of the shop, and relationship-oriented property; mediation variables such as trust and satisfaction, relationship quality to maintain consistent relationship with customers; and achievement variable such as Loyalty to Department Store. And it examines and analyses the relations between the variables to present suggestions on marketing strategies of the Loyalty to Department Store through relationship marketing.

Comparison of Factors influencing Satisfaction of Clinical Practice between Associate and Bachelor Nursing Students (학제별 간호대학생의 임상실습만족도에 미치는 영향 비교)

  • This study was done to investigate and compare satisfaction of clinical practice and its influencing factors between associate and bachelor nursing students. The participants were 420 nursing students in two cities. Data were collected through self-report questionnaires, and analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 19.0 program. Satisfaction of clinical practice in associate and bachelor nursing students correlated with self-esteem, self-efficacy, interpersonal relationships, and satisfaction of major. Significant factor influencing satisfaction of clinical practice in associate nursing students was satisfaction of major, and this factor accounted for 26.8% of the variance in satisfaction of clinical practice. And significant factors influencing satisfaction of clinical practice in bachelor nursing students were satisfaction of major, interpersonal relationships and gender, and these factors accounted for 31.9% of the variance in satisfaction of clinical practice. The above findings indicate that satisfaction of clinical practice in nursing students is influenced by satisfaction of major and interpersonal relationships. Therefore, when nursing interventions are developed to improve satisfaction of clinical practice in nursing students, these factors need to be considered.

The Relationship between Male Adolescents' ADHD Traits and Life Satisfaction: Focused on Mediating Effect of Interpersonal Initiation and Internet Game Addiction (남자 청소년의 ADHD성향과 삶의 만족 간의 관계: 대인관계 형성과 인터넷 게임중독의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • This study aimed to analyze the relationship between ADHD trait and life satisfaction among male adolescents, and to examine the mediating effect of interpersonal initiation and internet game addiction on that relationship. The participants were 285 male students from middle and high schools. For this study, World Health Organization ADHD Self-Report Scale, Interpersonal Competence Questionnaire, Internet Gaming Use-Elicited Symptom Screen, and Satisfaction with Life Scale were used. PROCESS Macro 3.5 Model 4 was used to analyze a double mediating effect. Results revealed that male adolescents' ADHD trait was negatively correlated with interpersonal initiation and life satisfaction, while it was positively correlated with their internet game addiction. And, male adolescents' interpersonal initiation was positively correlated with life satisfaction, whereas internet game addiction was negatively correlated with life satisfaction. In addition, male adolescents' interpersonal initiation and game addiction were mediating ADHD trait and life satisfaction. These findings suggest that the interpersonal initiation and game addiction should be treated to improve life satisfaction of male adolescents with high ADHD trait.

The Influence of Family Members' Communication Competence, Locus of Control, Impulsivity, and Optimism on Their Family Relationship Satisfaction (가족 구성원의 의사소통 능력, 내외 통제성, 충동성, 낙관성이 가족관계 만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • The current study attempted to explain how family members' communication competence and personality such as locus of control, impulsivity, and optimism influenced their family relationship satisfaction. In addition, we examined which variables among these would predict highly the family relationship satisfaction by conducting the regression analyses. We also included demographic variables such as gender of offsprings, age and education level, and conversation time among family members as the control variables that may have influenced the family relationship satisfaction. Results showed that the higher the communication competence, internalness, and optimism were, the higher the family relationship satisfaction was whereas the higher the impulsivity was the lower the relationship was. for offspring, her/his own communication competence and impulsivity, the conversation time with her/his father, and the impulsivity of the parents in order were the best predictors of the their family relationship satisfaction. For father, his own communication competence, wife's impulsivity and optimism, and the conversation time with his offsprings in order predicted his family relationship satisfaction. For mother, her own communication competence and education level were the strongest predictors of her family relationship satisfaction. The results clearly demonstrated that the family members' communication competence and conversation time among themselves as well as their personality are playing an important role in explaining the their family relationship satisfaction. lastly, the limitations of the current study, and suggestions and implications for future studies were discussed.

A longitudinal analysis of the determinants of the life satisfaction among adolescents: Focusing on gender and academic characteristics (청소년의 삶의 만족도 결정요인에 대한 종단분석: 성별 및 학업 관련 특성을 중심으로)

  • Using the 3rd to the 6th wave data from the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey(KCYPS), we examined the effects of academic characteristics and social relations on the trajectories of the life satisfaction among adolescents. OLS results showed that male students were more satisfied with their lives than female students in the 3rd grade of middle school. As academic characteristics, academic achievement and the level of class adjustment improved life satisfaction but the amount of learning time spent had a negative effect on life satisfaction. However, the effect of academic achievement lost its statistical significance after including variables of social relations. Relationships with parents, teachers, and friends had positive effects on life satisfaction. The longitudinal analysis using the fixed effect estimation also showed a similar result of the associations among the variables to that in the OLS analysis. The life satisfaction gap between male and female students narrowed over time from the 3rd grade of middle school to the 2nd grade of high school. The effects of relationships with parents and friends showed significant effects on both female and male students, but the relationship with their teachers was significant only for female students. Based on the results, we discussed the issues of Korean education related to the life satisfaction among adolescents.

Impact of Income on Subjective Quality of Life (소득이 주관적 삶의 질에 미치는 영향)

  • 본 논문에서는 한국노동연구원에서 1998년에 수집한 "한국노동패널조사" 자료를 이용하여 소득과 만족도로 측정된 주관적 삶의 질간의 관계를 집중적으로 검토해 보았다. 가구 소득, 가족 관계, 여가활동, 주거활동, 근로활동의 5개 삶의 개별영역들에 대한 만족도가 전반적인 삶의 만족도의 50% 이상을 설명되며, 수입에 대한 만족과 전반적 만족간에는 체감의 관계가 있는 것을 발견하였다. 우리 나라 사람들은 자신의 생활에 보통 이하의 만족을 느끼고 있다고 보고하고 있다. 실제 소득과 소득만족도 와 의 연관 은 그렇게 크지 않으며, 이는 가구 소득의 경우에나 개인 소득의 경우에나 유사하게 실제 소득이 소득만족도의 10%정도의 변이만을 설명하고 있다. 서구의 연구 결과와 유사하게 모두 외적인 조건들을 생활만족도의 설명변수로 한 희귀 분석 결과는 변량의 10%정도만을 설명할 뿐인 것으로 나타난다. 것으로 나타난다.
