Correlations between Mindfulness and Life Satisfaction -Focused on Mediating Effects of Interpersonal Relationships- (마인풀니스와 삶의 만족 간의 관계 -대인관계능력의 매개효과를 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the correlations among mindfulness, interpersonal relationships, and life satisfaction and to verify the mediating effect of the interpersonal relationships. Questionnaire survey measuring the mindfulness, the interpersonal relationships, and the life satisfaction was performed for 549 adult males and females. The research results by structural equation model to investigate the correlations among mindfulness, interpersonal relationships, and life satisfaction are as follows. First, mindfulness, interpersonal relationships, and life satisfaction steadily increase in accordance with the three stages of life: youth, early adults, middle and old age. Second, mindfulness has a significantly positive effect on interpersonal relationships and life satisfaction, and interpersonal relationships also has a significantly positive effect on life satisfaction. Third, interpersonal relationships has a significantly mediating effect between the relationships between mindfulness and life satisfaction. These results imply that various and active works are required to improve interpersonal relationships as well as mindfulness to enhance life satisfaction.

A Study on the Enhancement of Human Relationship Satisfaction for Overcoming the Economic Exclusion of the Elderly in the Super-aged Society (초고령사회 노인의 경제적 배제 극복을 통한 인간관계만족도 증진 연구)

  • This study was intended to discuss the economic exclusion of the elderly, which may be experienced in a super-aged society, and to propose a method to improve the interpersonal satisfaction of the elderly through the expansion of social networks in order to overcome this. As a result of this study, first, it suggests that the method of overcoming economic exclusion and improving human satisfaction requires a high interest in women in the subject, and the elderly, low-educated, It was found that it is urgent to overcome the economic exclusion of the low-income class. Second, as a result of examining the effect of social network on human relationship satisfaction, it was found that the more women, the higher the age, the more shopping, and the smoother communication with children, the higher the human relationship satisfaction. Third, as a result of examining the effect of economic exclusion on human relationship satisfaction, it was found that the more leisure activities visited relatives and relatives, and the more paid facilities used social networks, the lower the relationship satisfaction. Therefore, it can be seen that improvement measures for leisure activities and social networks are required. Fourth, as a result of examining the mediating effect of the social network, the social exclusion in the causal relationship in which the independent variable economic exclusion affects the dependent variable, human relationship satisfaction, The relational network was found to have a complete mediating effect. In conclusion, economic exclusion and social network affect human relationship satisfaction, and it was found that human relationship satisfaction improved only when economic exclusion was overcome and social network was improved.

고객만족의 핵심 성공요인 도출에 관한 연구;말콤 볼드리지 국가 품질상 수상 기업 사례를 중심으로;

  • 본 연구의 목적은 경영학 분야에서 끊임없이 화두로 제시되고 있는 고객만족에 대한 핵심 성공요인을 도출하는데 있다. 이를 위해 말콤 볼드리지 국가 품질상 수상 기업에 대한 사례 연구를 수행하여 고객만족을 위한 5개의 요인을 도출하였으며, 도출된 각각이 요인과 관계가 깊은 국내 기업을 선정하여 설문을 통해 도출된 요인과 고객만족과의 상관관계에 대해 검토하였다. 분석방법은 가설 검증에 앞서 측정 변수들에 대한 신뢰성 분석(Regression Analysis)을 수행하였고, 가설 검증을 위해 상관 분석(Correlation Analysis)을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 실증 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 번째, 고객 중심 사고와 고객만족은 높은 양의 상관관계를 가진다. 두 번째, 고객 및 시장 세분화와 고객만족은 높은 양의 상관관계를 갖는다. 세 번째, 종업원의 만족과 고객만족은 높은 양의 상관관계를 갖는다. 네 번째, 고객 접점 강화와 고객만족은 매우 높은 양의 상관관계를 갖는다. 다섯 번째, 고객 불만 해결과 고객만족은 높은 양의 상관관계를 갖는다. 본 연구의 이론적 공헌 및 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫 번째, 말콤 볼드리지 국가 품질상의 심사기준에 근거하여 고객만족에 대한 연구를 국내 최초로 수행하여, 고객만족을 '경영품질'이라는 전체적 구조 속에서 바라볼 수 있는 기틀을 제시하였다. 두 번째, 말콤 볼드리지 국가 품질상 수상 기업에 대한 사례 연구를 통해 도출된 공통점과 관련이 깊은 국내 기업의 사례 연구 및 설문 조사를 진행함으로써, 국내 기업으로 하여금 현재 자사의 고객만족을 위한 전략의 수준을 확인하고, 개선의 기회를 발견하는데 도움을 줄 수 있는 계기를 마련하는 등 고객만족의 향상을 위한 새로운 방향을 제시하였다. 세 번째, 고객만족 전략을 수립하는데 있어 과학적이고, 체계적이며, 기업의 전체적인 구조와 조화를 이룰 수 있는 전략을 수립하는데 어려움을 겪었던 기업들에게 본 연구는 유용한 정보의 제공 및 활용을 지원할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

The Moderating Effect of Family Relationship on Depression in the Elderly (노년기 우울에 대한 가족관계 만족도의 중재효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the moderating effect of family relationship (relationship with spouse and adult children)about the impact of economical status and health(physical health, cognitive health) on depression. The data came from Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing(KLoSA) 2005 of Korea labor institute. 2,566 individuals(male 1,535, female 1,031) with spouse and aged 65 and over were selected for this study. Using the multiple regression model, we found that significant effect of economical status, physical health and cognitive health on depression. Also relationship with spouse moderated the effect of economical status on depression and relationship with adult children moderated the effect of cognitive health on depression. The results of this study suggest that family relationship is important variable to reduce depression of the elderly.

The Association between Social Support and the Change in Depressive Symptoms among Baby Boomer (베이비부머의 사회적 지지가 우울감 변화에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aimed to investigate the association between social support and the change of depressive symptoms and its difference by gender among Korean Baby Boomer. We used the Korean Longitudinal Study of Aging (KLoSA) 5th (in 2014) and 6th waves (in 2016). Samples were Korean Baby Boomer (born 1955 to 1963) who have spouse and children(N = 1,210). Dependent variable was depressive symptoms and independent variables were four social support variables (spousal relationship satisfaction, parent-child relationship satisfaction, frequency of social contact, and number of participation groups). Interaction variables between social support and gender were also included in the model. Hierarchical regression analysis with the lagged dependent variable was performed. Results showed that the higher the satisfaction of spousal relationship and the satisfaction of parent-child relationship, the less the depressive symptoms increased. All interaction variables were not significant. These findings mean that the support from the spouse and the child is helpful in lowering depressive symptoms, and the associations between social support and depressive symptoms are not different by gender among Baby Boomer. It implies that interventions for enhancing family relationships, especially spousal relationship and parent-child relationship, may be useful to reduce depressive symptoms among Korean Baby Boomer.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of task conflict on relationship conflict and the effect of relationship conflict on team satisfaction and to examine the moderating role of trust in peers in the relationship between task conflict and relationship conflict and the moderating role of team orientation in the relationship between relationship conflict and team satisfaction. The major findings were as follows: First, it was found that task conflict had a positive effect on relationship conflict and relationship conflict had a negative effect on team satisfaction. Second, it was found that trust in peers moderated the relationship between task conflict and relationship conflict. Third, it was also found that team orientation moderated the relationship between relationship conflict and team satisfaction. Based on the findings, practical implications and suggestions for future studies were provided.

Child Care Teacher's Job Satisfaction and Infant Temperament Associated with teacher-student Relationship in the 2-year-olds class (교사 직무만족도 및 영아기질과 교사-영아 관계)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate child care teacher's job Satisfaction and infant temperament associated with teacher-infant relationship in the infant class. The subjects were 175 infants and 50 their teachers in Chung Ju City. The collected data were analyzed by paired sample t-test, ANOVA using the SPSSWIN Computer Program. The results of this study were; First, Child Care teacher's job Satisfaction the infant class was high in teachers with low age group. Second, Child Care teacher's job Satisfaction in the infant class was high in teachers were positively related to intimacy of teacher-infant relationship. Finally, Infant temperament were no related to teacher-student relationship.

  • 본 연구는 한국복지패널(KOWEPS) 15차 연도(2020년) 자료를 활용하여 장애인의 인구사회학적 특성인 성별, 연령, 교육수준, 혼인상태에 따라 가족문제해결, 가족관계만족도, 가족생활만족도에 대하여 어떠한 차이가 있는가를 분석하고, 이를 장애인 복지 정책 기초자료로 활용하는데 목적을 두었다. 연구대상은 한국복지패널 15차 년도 전체패널 27,447명에서 2021년 현재 장애인으로 등록된 1,281명중 80세(1942년생) 이상 422명을 제외한 859명으로 하였다. 연구결과 성별, 연령, 교육수준에 따른 가족문제해결, 가족관계만족도, 가족생활만족도의 평균값이 대부분 유의미한 차이가 없는 양상으로 나타났으나 가족문제해결, 가족관계만족도, 가족생활만족도의 3개변인 모두에서 결혼 상태에 따른 평균의 차이는 각각 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 유배우자의 경우는 그렇지 않은 결혼 상태에 비해 가족관계가 원만하게 이루어지고 있는 것으로 나타나 장애인들의 경우 가족 간의 순기능적 의사소통과 사회적 지지가 반드시 필요한 것으로 판단된다.

The Mediating Effects of Interpersonal Competence on the Relationship between Emotion Regulation and Life Satisfaction of Adolescents (청소년의 정서조절능력과 삶의 만족도와의 관계에서 대인관계역량의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of emotion regulation on life satisfaction of adolescents on the mediating effect of interpersonal competence. The data of 3,404 middle school students in a study on Measurement of Korean Youth Competency and International Comparative Study II(2015) by the National Youth Policy Institute were analysed. The results of the study are: (1) emotion regulation was found a key factor affecting the life satisfaction of adolescents, (2) their emotion regulation affects interpersonal competence, (3) interpersonal competence affects life satisfaction, (4) interpersonal competence was proved to have a mediating effect between the effects of emotion regulation and life satisfaction. The implications and limitations are reviewed, as are the suggestions for future research.

On Convergence Impact Influencing of Satisfaction Clinical Practice of Dental Hygienist students (치위생(학)과 학생들의 임상실습만족도에 영향을 미치는 융합 요인)

  • This study was to identify factors influencing satisfaction on clinical practice of dental hygienist students located in G, J region. The data was analyzed by t-test, Anova, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using SPSS 21.0 program. There were significant in satisfaction of score(F=2.925, p<.05), perceive heath status(F=8.108, p<.001), satisfaction on department(F=8.198, p<.001). The relationship on peers with score(r=.277, p=.01) and perceive health status correlations with relationships on peers(r=.327, p=.01), The satisfaction on clinical practice had positive correlations with score(r=.127, p=.05), perceive health status(r=.226, p=.01), relationship on peers(r=.240, p=.01). The factors influencing satisfaction on clinical practice were satisfaction of relationship on peers, satisfaction of department, perceive health status. The results suggest that development of program to improve satisfaction on clinical practice of dental hygiene students.
