The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting the communication skills of nursing students. Participants were 187 nursing students in K city, and the data were collected from November 20 to December 20, 2019, using a structured questionnaire. The data were analysed with descriptive statistics, Pearson's correction coefficient, and multiple regression using IBM SPSS 25.0. The results of study showed that average of emotional intelligence, interpersonal relationship competence, and columniation skill was 5.09 out of 7, 3.53, 3.56 out of 5 respectively. Stepwise multiple regression showed that the emotional intelligence, and interpersonal competence of nursing students were the main variables affecting their communication skills. We recommend that competence education programs for developing emotional intelligence and interpersonal competence should apply to nursing education courses.

퍼지 관계 개념을 응용한 퍼지 정보 검색은 형태론에 입각한 기존의 정보 검색과는 달리 문서와 용어의 의미론에 근거하는 정보검색을 할 수 있다. 퍼지 정보 검색은 문헌의 집합 용어의 집합으로 나누고 문헌과 용어의 관계성을 문서 $\times$ 용어이 관계 행렬로 나타내며 퍼지 관계곱 연산을 이용하여 시소러스(thesaurus)를 형성하고 사용자로부터 주어진 질의 적합한 문서를 제공한다. 그러나 이러한 퍼지 관계곱 연산은 매우 큰 시간 복합도를 요구하는 연산이고 퍼지값은 부동소수점으로 표현해야하므로 대용량의 문서 시스템에 적용할 수 없어 비현실적이다. 부동소수점 연산은 연산속도가 느리고 저장공간도 많이 요구하므로 부동소수점 연산을 비트 연산으로 대체할 수 있다면 처리속도와 처리공간에 있어 성능 향상을 기대할 수 있다. 본 연구는 퍼지 정보 검색의 시소러스 형성에 있어 $\alpha$-cut 적용의 시기를 조정하여 성능을 향상하는 방법을 제안한다.

The purpose of this study was to obtain data for contribution of job characteristics (workload, autonomy, reward, community, fairness, and value) to job burnout (emotional exhaustion, and cynicism), and job engagement (vigor, dedication, and absorption) in foodservice dietitians. Our survey was administered to 393 school foodservice dietitians in the Busan area on February 11, 2014. The mean scores of nutrition teachers were significantly higher for autonomy (P<0.01), reward (P<0.05), community (P<0.01), fairness (P<0.001), and value (P<0.001) than unlimited period contract dietitians. The mean scores of high school dietitians were significantly higher for emotional exhaustion (P<0.01) and cynicism (P<0.001) than elementary school dietitians and middle school dietitians. Workload (r=-0.609, P<0.001), reward (r=-0.417, P<0.001), and fairness (r=-0.394, P<0.01) correlated significantly with emotional exhaustion. Reward (r=-0.324) and value (r=-0.423) correlated significantly (P<0.01) with cynicism. Value correlated significantly (P<0.01) with vigor (r=0.493), dedication (r=0.480), and absorption (r=0.460). Workload (${\beta}=-0.521$, P<0.001) had the highest negative influence on emotional exhaustion, whereas value (${\beta}=-0.325$, P<0.001) had the highest negative influence on cynicism. Value had the highest positive influence on vigor (${\beta}=0.392$, P<0.001), dedication (${\beta}=0.443$, P<0.001), and absorption (${\beta}=0.444$, P<0.001). Based on the results of this study, school management should plan job characteristics strategies to reduce workload and increase value for school foodservice dietitians.

This study is to examine the structural relationships between relationship learning, their antecedents such as transaction specific assets, and environmental uncertainty, and long-term orientation, overall satisfaction and recontracting intention in the context of the foodservice franchise industry. The data is analyzed with structural equation modeling with Amos 5.0 and SPSS 14.0. The result of the overall model analysis appeared as follows: $x^2=57.75$, df=9, p=0.00, GFI=0.95, AGFI=0.81, RMSR=0.03, NFI=0.92, CFI=0.93. Since the result of the overall model analysis demonstrated a good fit, we could further analyze our data. The results of this study are as follows: First, information sharing of relationship learning had a significantly positive effect on long-term orientation. Second, information sharing of relationship learning did not have a significantly positive effect on overall satisfaction. Third, shared interpretation of relationship learning had a significantly positive effect on long-term orientation and overall satisfaction. Fourth, developing memories of relationship learning did not have a significantly positive effect on long-term orientation and overall satisfaction. Fifth, overall satisfaction had a significantly positive effect on long-term orientation. Sixth, long-term orientation and overall satisfaction had a significantly positive effect on recontracting intention. Finally, transaction specific assets and environmental uncertainty had a significantly positive effect on relationship learning. At the end of this paper, limitations, further research directions, and implications are suggested.

프랜차이즈 시스템은 서로 독립적인 프랜차이즈 본부와 가맹점이 계약에 의해 상호의무를 준수하면서 운영되는 시스템이다. 이러한 프랜차이즈 시스템은 다른 유통경로 시스템과 마찬가지로 개방형 시스템이기 때문에 환경의 변화에 민감하다. 특히, 급속하게 변화하는 고객 욕구와 경쟁전략은 프랜차이즈 시스템의 성과에 매우 큰 영향을 미친다. 이처럼 환경의 변화가 심할 경우는 프랜차이즈 본부와 가맹점 간 관계결속이 중요한 데 강한 결속력을 가진 장기적인 파트너십이야 말로 변화하는 환경에 대응할 수 있는 무기가 된다. 본 연구는 이러한 환경의 변화 즉, 환경동태성과 프랜차이즈 시스템의 장기지향성을 다루고 있다. 연구의 주된 관심은 첫째, 수요부문과 경쟁부문의 환경 동태성이 프랜차이즈 시스템 구성원 간 장기지향성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지 밝히는 것이고, 둘째, 이러한 환경의 영향이 다양한 조절변수 (관계수명주기, 경로기후, 의존성)에 의해 어떻게 달라지는 지를 규명하는 것이다. 이러한 목적으로 본 연구는 국내의 대표적인 프랜차이즈 업체인 L사의 가맹점 96곳을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 구조방정식 모형을 통한 분석결과 수요부문 동태성은 프랜차이즈 가맹점의 장기지향성을 약화시킨 반면, 경쟁부문 동태성은 강화시켰다. 한편 관계수명주기, 경로기후에 따라 수요부문, 경쟁부문 환경 동태성의 영향은 달라졌지만, 의존성은 유의적인 조절효과를 나타내지 못했다.

This study is a descriptive study to investigate the relationship between communication competency, interpersonal relationship ability and self-management competency of nursing college students in graduation year. Data collection was conducted from November 1, 2016, to December 9, 2016, in 135 students of 4th grade nursing students in M and K areas. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS WIN 21.0 program. The result of this study showed that average degree of communication competency was $3.55{\pm}.34$(5 point-scale), interpersonal relationship ability was $3.79{\pm}.50$(5 point-scale), self-management competency was $3.67{\pm}.47$(5 point-scale). The communication competency of nursing college students in graduation year showed a significant positive correlation with interpersonal relationship ability(r=.65, p<.001) and self-management competency(r=.70, p<.001). In addition, interpersonal relationship ability also showed a significant positive correlation(r=.69, p<.001) with self-management competency. Therefore, this study proposes an intervention program to help nursing graduates maintain efficient interpersonal relationships through smooth communication with patients, guardians and staff at the job site after graduation by building their own management competency in their academic life.

시스템을 입력과 출력간의 함수관계로 볼 때 출력에 대한 상대차수가 정의되지 않는 점을 특이점이라고 정의할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 적절한 기하학적 조건을 만족하는 해석적인 시스템(analytic system)에 대하여 그러한 특이점의 성질을 살펴본다. 특이점을 지나는 궤적은 특이점의 특이도와 그에 관련된 함수 값의 부호에 의해서 특이점의 주변에서는 특이 매니폴드를 기준으로 한 영역에서 나머지 다른 영역으로 통과하거나 혹은 그를 기준으로 어느 한 쪽의 영역에만 머물러 있게 됨을 보임으로써 특이점과 이를 지나는 궤적의 상관관계를 명확히 규명하였다.

FRBR and FRAD model, ICP, RDA, NCR Revision are analyzed for the composition of KCR4 Revision. Based on the results, follows are suggested. 1) Entities are divided into work, expression, manifestation, item, person, family, corporate body, concept, object, event, place. 2) Entire cataloging rules are grouped into 'attributes' and 'relationships', and then 'attributes' is divided into attributes describing and access points constructing. 3) Attributes describing is divided into attributes describing of works, expressions, manifestations, items, persons, families, corporate bodies, and arranged as the sequence. 4) Access points constructing is divided into access points constructing of works, expressions, persons, families, corporate bodies, and arranged as the sequence. 5) 'Relationships' is divided into other relationships between group 1 entities, and relationships between persons, families and corporate bodies.
