Electronic information, especially e-journals took their position as core resources in current scholarly communication. However, the publishing and pricing structure of e-journal licensing process have not yet succeeded to be reorganized in accord with newly changed electronic scholarly communication environment. That resulted in a lot of challenges scholarly communication now faced. This study aimed to analyze key issues regarding big deal, pricing, licensing, archiving, copyright and public access by conducting comprehensive literature review and examining movements of world wide scholarly institutes and alliances. And then this study eventually purposed to draw some strategies which domestic libraries and consortia should take in order to lead current changes in scholarly communication.

This study attempted to reveal the causal relationship (SEM) focusing on communication style on the impact of lapo formation between personal trainers and customers on motor performance. Accordingly, the following results were derived through the mobile program "Survey Monkey" for 187 PT customers according to the sample plan from October 1 to April 28, 2022. First, it was found that communication style had an effect (+) on lapo formation. Second, communication style partially affects (+) mobility performance, and the control type has no influence relationship. Third, lapo formation was found to have an effect on motor performance. Therefore, since PT is a human service, not a general service, its importance should be emphasized more. In addition, the dominance in the fierce PT market is expected to have both athletic performance and management performance if the verbal and non-verbal aspects of expression methods that customers can respond to are properly reflected.

One of the key factors of a safe workplace is to communicate with the workers about safety. For this, natural gas workplace is developing and operating related programs or communication activities. But, if there are silence behavior of the workers on the safety issues in this process, no positive outcomes could be expected for the workplace. The purpose of this study is to examine how safety silence motives, silence behavior, and safety communication influence each other. A total of 233 questionnaires based on the workers of natural gas workplace (in Seoul and Gyeonggi) were analyzed. The confidence analysis is to check consistency of the questions, analysis of the correlations between factors, and regression analysis to verify the hypotheses. As a result, the safety silence motives affected safety communication more seriously than the silence behavior did. Safety communication influenced safety silence motives more significantly than the silence behavior. The safety silence motives can be one of the reasons for safety communication to fail, and it was confirmed that a good safety communication does not necessary mean that there is no safety silence motivation. Based on such results, it is expected that improving and developing the safety communication activities of the workplace, it would improve safety in workplace in general.
