본지는 지령 300호를 맞이하여 우리나라 과학기술행정의 책임자인 김시중 과기처장관과 4월7일 과기처장관실에서 특별인터뷰를 가졌다. 민영기 본지 편집위원(경희대 교수)과의 대담을 통해 김시중장관은 우리나라 기초과학진흥책에서부터 북한핵문제에 이르기까지 평소 과학기술행정철학에 대해 소상하게 밝혔다.

대한출판문화협회(회장 권병일)가 선정하는 '이 달의 청소년도서' 91년 8-9월분으로 다음 11종(11책)의 도서가 선정됐다. 분야별로는 철학(2종) 문학(3종) 역사(2종) 사회과학(2종) 순수과학(3종). 재단법인 한국출판금고(이사장 정진숙)는 총 1200여만원의 예산을 들여 선정도서 1종당 300부씩을 구입, 전국 각 지방의 공공도서관 81곳을 비롯, 청소년 선도기관.소년원.지방문화원 등 300곳에 기증했다. Enactivism is the most influential and groundbreaking approach among the various theories of embodied cognition. Despite of it's impact and relatively long history, however, Enactivism is still considered as a new and unfamiliar theory in the Korean academic society. Even though this might be partly due to the genuine depth and dramatic approach of Enactivism, it is also due to the disagreement of Korean translation of Enactivism. This paper reviews the philosophical and theoretical implications of Enactivism in the context of history and conceptual terrain, and discusses how the various tranlated Korean words of 'Enaction' - '발제(發製)' '구성(構成)', or '행위화(行爲化)'- embraced and interpreted the essence of philosophy and concept of 'Enaction' and 'Enactivism'. Furthermore, we offer several alternatives Korean translations of 'Enaction': '실행(實行)', 수행(遂行/修行), or 작동(作動). Through this discussion, we hope to provide an opportunity for Korean researchers and philosophers to direct their attention to Enactivism properly and to make a common ground for further development of Enactivism in Korea.

The media is a tool for communication. Social media, which was created by the modern science and technology, was considered to be the best communication tool. However, despite the current wide spread of social media, social communication is a serious problem in Korea enough to be called a crisis of communication. What is the reason and measures of communication problems? This paper was planned from the awareness of these problems. First, a number of features and possibilities of social media in journalism are discussed in chapter 2. In chapter 3, the role of social media having regard to the social communication was considered in comparison to traditional media. Finally, the value which the newly emerging social media should pursue was discussed in connection with the value which was pursued by the traditional journalism, then the new value to be added to journalism at the level of ethics presented in chapter 4.

배자에 의해 인간복제가 가능하다는 외신은 그 진위가 어찌되었든 오래전부터 계속되어 오던 과학과 철학 혹은 윤리에 관한 논쟁을 다시 도마위에 올려놓는 계기가 되었다. 과학의 발전경로와 그에 따른 많은 영향들은 미래 인류의 존엄성을 폭넓게 좌우할 것이다. 이런 의미에서 '인간성의 과학'은 오늘날 윤리적인 한 기준이 될 법하다.

It's the situation that modern technological civilization shakes the life environment fundamentally without a serious reflection on the dangers. The sense of crisis' brought the rise of modern Ecology in awareness of survivability of the humanity. Because the serious reflection is not just a campaign for environmental protection, but is to establish the values which is possible to coexist and to make harmony between the nature and man, man and man, and to form a healthy relationship through philosophical thought and practice has intrinsic value for human and nature. Under these circumstances, if Yulgok lives now and he is questioned by the ecological theorists of the 21st century that "What do you think about the serious environmental problem of present times?", what really would be his explanation? In the presentation methods of the explanation, will question first what contents western ecologists who study Theory of the environment in technology, Deep Ecology, and Social Ecology propose, then will compare and introduce what similarities and differences from theirs. As a result, we'll be found that Yulgok's thought, moral consciousness, about the nature and humanity as a confucian scholar.

This study was conducted to establish a service philosophy as a major ideology in the New Economy and Society. The service philosophy, which is the ideological foundation to lead the service economy era, should be an idea that can develop the new economy society, reflecting the nature principle of the universe and human being. The service philosophy was derived based on the study of the human representative ideology and the study of the new economy and service essence. A good idea must be consistent with the principles of the universe and be consistent with the essence of the human representative ideology, so that it reflects the core principles of the universe and the core of human representative ideas. In addition, the central idea should reflect the changes of the New Economy Society in the future. Therefore, the essence of the service and the change of the New Economy Society were analyzed. We analyzed the social and philosophical significance of the macroscopic cosmology and the microscopic quantum theory of modern physics. We analyzed the essence of Oriental and Western representative ideas and derived implications of these ideas from the viewpoint of modern society where service is central. Based on the essence principle of the universe and human, we have established the service philosophy structure and derived the human, historical, social, economic, and managerial aspects of service philosophy. The structure of the derived service philosophy was presented, and discussions were conducted for future research.
