우리나라에서 천문올림피아드의 시작은 천문학에 대한 청소년들의 관심 제고 및 대중화 노력의 일환으로 한국천문학회 산하에 설치된 한국천문올림피아드위원회가 2001년 제 1회 천문올림피아드대회를 개최하면서부터이다. 이와 함께 2002년 제 7회 국제천문올림피아드(IAO)에 한국대표로 3명의 고등학생들을 공식적으로 처음 참가시키게 되었다. 그 후 정부가 재정지원과 더불어 고등학교와 대학 입시에서 과학올림피아드 입상자에게 가산점을 주는 정책을 시행하게 되면서, 2007년에 천문올림피아드 국내대회 응시자가 1400명을 넘어서는 한편, 국제대회(IAO)에서는 2007년과 2008년 연이어 우리 대표학생들이 종합성적 1위를 달성하는 등 천문올림피아드의 양적, 질적 발전이 있어왔다. 그러나 최근 들어 입시의 과열과 맞물려 올림피아드 준비학원의 확산 등 사교육을 유발시킨다는 비판에 직면하면서 2010년에는 천문을 포함한 모든 국내 과학올림피아드대회에서 지필시험이 폐지되는 등 대대적 개편의 과정을 겪고 있는 중이다. 국제대회 역시 2005년에 아시아-태평양 천문올림피아드(APAO)가 창설되고, 2007년에는 동유럽 국가들이 주축이 된 IAO에 대항하여 아시아 국가들이 주동이된 국제 천문 및 천체물리 올림피아드(IOAA)가 새로 생겨나는 등 다양화되고 있다. 한편 우리나라는 2009년 전남 담양에서 제 5회 APAO를 개최하고, 2012년에는 제 17회 IAO의 한국 첫 개최를 앞두고 그 어느 때보다 천문학계를 포함한 우리 사회 각계각층의 전반적 관심과 지원을 필요로 하고 있다. 이에 국내외적으로 천문올림피아드가 직면하고 있는 상황 및 문제들에 대한 전반적 고찰 및, 설문조사로 나타난 천문올림피아드 참가 중고등학생들의 현황을 통해 천문올림피아드가 앞으로 나아가야 할 방향에 대해 전망해보고자 한다.

As the amount of information through growing Internet has dramatically increased recently, information professions generated metadata has been reached the limits of their role. Based on the value of information depends on the user, user generated metadata is a growing paradigm in the field of information organization today. This paper firstly introduces the concepts of user-generted metadata, and then examines the cases of user annotation and user tagging. Finally we discuss the effects and implications of user-generated metadata on the development of digital libraries.

The lambda calculus is a mathematical formalism in which functions can be formed, combined and used for computation that is defined as rewriting rules. With the development of the computer science, many programming languages have been based on the lambda calculus (LISP, CAML, MIRANDA) which provides simple and clear views of computation. Furthermore, thanks to the "Curry-Howard correspondence", it is possible to establish correspondence between proofs and computer programming. The purpose of this article is to make available, for didactic purposes, a subject matter that is not well-known to the general public. The impact of the lambda calculus in logic and computer science still remains as an area of further investigation.stigation.

The change of corporate business environment according to the worldwide competitiveness and the development of information technology threaten the survival of corporate libraries. Corporate libraries have to redesign their services and prove the significance of existence within their company. This paper examines the competitive corporate environment of corporate libraries, and the effective management strategy of corporate libraries. Also management strategies of two corporate libraries are analyzed.

건강에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있고 이를 만족시키기 위해 한의학과 IT와의 융합을 통한 기술 발전은 필수 불가결한 요소가 되어가고 있다. 최근 한의학의 대중화 및 발전을 위해 여러 방면으로 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 한의학의 진단법인 4진법 중 가장 뛰어난 망진에 대한 연구의 일환으로 망진의 찰색을 위하여 색 분석을 행하기 위한 영상 획득 환경 중 스트로브 조명을 사용한 색 보정의 효율성을 확인하기 위해 연구를 진행 하였다. 영상 획득 시 다양한 환경에 처할 수 있으므로 스트로브 조명을 통한 일반화 된 실험 환경의 조성이 가능할 수도 있고 혹은 조명이 부족한 상태에서의 보충적인 재료로써의 활용이 가능하기 때문이며 획득된 영상에 색 보정을 실시하여 색 재현성의 효율성을 실제 색 분석을 통해 비교, 분석을 행하였다.

한의학의 대중화와 세계화를 위해서는 타 의학과의 차별화와 진단의 객관성 확보가 매우 중요하며 이를 위해서는 한의학의 독창적인 의료체계인 사상의학을 통해 차별화를 이루고 또한 객관성 확보를 위해 IT 공학기술과 연계하여 진단기술을 개발한다면 효율적일 것으로 예상한다. 본 논문에서는 사상의학의 체질 분류를 목적으로 하여 체질 분류법 중 용모사기론을 기반으로 한 안면 영상을 통한 사상체질 분류시스템을 개발하기위해 20대 여성을 대상으로 안면 영상을 수집하고 피실험자에 대한 체질분류 작업을 진행하여 안면 요소와 체질 간의 상관관계를 분석하여 체질별 차이를 나타내는 항목을 설정하고 이에 대한 분석을 실험을 통해 수행하고자 한다.

우리나라만의 독창적인 의료체계인 사상체질은 의학적 본질의 우수성에도 불구하고 크게 대중화 되지 않았으며 인지도 또한 높지 못하다. 이는 사상체질에서 가장 중요한 부분이 사상체질의 정확한 분류인데 현재 임상현장에서 행해지고 있는 사상체질 분류 방식은 임상의의 경험과 주관적 소견에 의해 분류되고 있기 때문에 진단 결과에 객관성이 없고 정확도가 낮게 평가되고 있는 실정이다. 이를 위해 사상체질 진단 방법 중 하나인 용모사기론을 IT공학의 영상처리에 적용하여 안면 영상 분석을 통해 사상체질 분류를 수행하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 사상의학적 원전과 기존의 방법들을 조사, 연구하여 사상체질 분류의 중요한 요소를 결정하고 시스템 구현을 목표로 실험을 통해 사상체질 분류의 유의성을 갖는 측정 요소에 대해 검증해 보고자 한다.

Daily science classes, which have been continued as part of the spread of participatory science culture, has taken the lead in popularizing science as an effective out-of-school experiential and research activity. However, due to the recent COVID-19 situation, daily science classes have also become an environment in which there is no choice but to switch to non-face-to-face or to combine face-to-face and non-face-to-face education. Therefore, in this study, we examine how elementary school students participating in the non-face-to-face daily science class program change their usual fields of interest, perception of science and technology, interest about science, and scientific competency. In addition, the educational effectiveness of the non-face-to-face daily science class improved by comparing the differences in perceptions of students and parents, and future operation plans were sought. As a result of the study, after participating in the non-face-to-face daily science class program, students' interest in science and technology development, future technology, environmental pollution, and social media increased, and their interest in games decreased. Also, students' interest in science and technology activities, interest in science, and scientific competency also increased. This shows that non-face-to-face daily science class education is effective. Therefore, it was suggested that it is necessary to diversify the learning topics and content levels of the daily science class program, to expand the opportunities of non-face-to-face science education for underprivileged learners, and to develop and share science content using the latest media.

Due to the popularity of smart phones based on personal propensities and individual lifestyle changes customerized services is increasing interest in the individual. The system for personalized services make a difference in the public institutions, museum of science and history. In particular, museums and art galleries have a common motivation which is sightseeing. Museum for the history and science education a national purpose that is put, unlikely art gallery. Museum of science and History, unlike the theme parks have a combination of entertainment and education as a public institution is a large consensus. In order to achieve this objective, exhibits raise a sufficient commitment to and the exhibits should be described by age. Using augmented reality combined with effective entertainment and education measures, we propose the effective smart guide service strategies for museum.

Due to the popularity of smart phones, interest in individual lifestyle changes and customized services has been increasing. With these request of change, there are seeking the changes of individual customized service system in public institution, museum, science museum etc. Specially museum, art museum and science museum have the common factor like "watching". Unlike art museum, museum and science museum have the purpose of the history and science education, and have a high expectations of combining entertainment and education as a public institution. For this purpose, they need to raise the immersion of display contents, and run parallel with providing more convincing explanation based on age group. Thus the purpose of this paper is that study the way of combining with efficient entertainment and educational function using argument reality.
