정부는 더불어 잘사는 경제, 성장의 과실이 국민 모두에게 골고루 돌아가는 경제를 국정과제로 제시하면서 역동적인 벤처창업 생태계를 만들기 위해 창의적인 벤처기업과 혁신적 창업자 육성을 중점 추진하고 있다. 정부의 다양한 노력에 힘입어 벤처투자금액 및 기술창업기업이 지속적으로 증가하는 등 벤처창업 생태계가 지속적으로 개선되고 있으나 COVID-19 이후 성장률이 급격히 낮아지고 청년층의 실업률이 급등하는 등 우리 경제는 저성장 국면이 장기화되고 있는 상황이다. 경제의 성장 활력을 증진시켜 부가 가치를 높이기 위해서 벤처창업기업의 혁신과 성장을 통한 일자리 창출이 당면과제로 부각되고 있고 특히 4차 산업혁명 환경에서 글로벌 경쟁력을 갖춘 혁신형기업의 중요성이 더욱 높아지고 있는 상황에서 우리 경제의 당면 과제인 성장잠재력 회복과 일자리 창출을 위해서는 기술 기반 중심의 벤처창업의 활성화가 가장 효과적인 방안으로 제시되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 벤처창업기업의 혁신과 성장을 위한 정부의 다양한 육성시책을 고찰하고 기술 기반 벤처창업기업의 생존과 성장, 및 일자리에 미치는 특성을 분석하였다. 또한 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 벤처투자금액이 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 상황에서도 민간 금융기관 입장에서 벤처창업기업이 여전히 고(高)위험-저(低)수익 대상으로 여기고 있는 벤처투자시장의 구조적 문제점을 해결하기 위한 정책 대안을 제시하였다.

Improvements on the incumbent R&D project management structure and performance evaluation criteria in the telecommunication and broadcasting area have been called for. There have been attempts to develop alternative R&D project performance evaluation criteria. In an attempt to develop an alternative measure, this study integrates two different perspectives on R&D projects and various criteria currently being used by many foreign and domestic institutes. As a result, we have developed an alternative R&D project performance evaluation instrument. Then, we have applied the instrument to Korean cases in order to validate it. The new R&D project performance evaluation criteria can contribute to an improvement on the management of R&D projects in the telecommunication and broadcasting area.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the democratic civic competencies of the activity tasks in 'the Family Life' part in Middle School Technology Home Economics textbooks according to the 2015 revised national curriculum. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the activity tasks of six types of middle school Home Economics textbooks (for a total 12 of volumes) were analyzed. As a result, the use of the citizenship competency group was the most often recorded out of the three democratic civic competency groups and the subset of trust and value competencies also were frequently observed. Additionally, democratic civic competency was the seen most within the 'human development and family' area by the national curriculum, and showed the highest frequency in big idea, 'the relationship'. Activity tasks in the 'KH' textbooks were dealing with democratic civic competency the most. Based on the relationship between Home Economics education and democratic civic competencies, it is necessary to study the practice of classroom instruction so that students can develop democratic civic competence in 'the Family Life' by means of a Home Economics curriculum.

As the development type of domestic technology on information & communications have changed from following development to leading devalopment, developing new technology and creating new market through securing basic technology and IPR has been more essential than ever before. At the same time, it is required to increase the possibility of commercialization on developed technology. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate the consensus on the value and function of project at project planning phase for creative & innovative idea to be adopted into project and to be performed successfully. Accordingly, this paper proposes use case developing methodology adopted to creative & innovative project by analysing use case developing method in software engineering. Also, new methodology is appled to LASA display developing project to prove the reliability. Since the demands on new technology is henceforth expected to increase gradually, it is necessary to continue to study on the methodology of being more formal and logically related between phases as well as on that of analysing relationship among use cases and proving logical reliability of use case.

Technology is an important means to enhance students' understanding about scientific concepts. In particular, newly introduced 3D printing technology has great potential to help students learn scientific concepts better. 3D printing is a process for a creating physical object with a three dimensional model. In this study, we explored two types of learners' (students vs. adults) motivation and satisfaction with 3D printing technology. With regard to motivation, student learners showed higher task value, self-efficacy for learning, and satisfaction than adult learners. The result implied that 3D printing technology is more effective to student learners than adult learners. In addition, for adult learner group, negative relationship between technology and satisfaction was found. Therefore, support for reducing the technology anxiety for adult learners is necessary. Further discussions are provided for the research and application of 3D printing technology in science classroom.

인터넷의 급속한 확대와 유무선 통신인프라 등의 확충으로 디지털콘텐츠 산업은 지식정보화사회의 핵심산업으로 급부상하고 있다. 또한 디지털의 속성상 가공이 쉽고 유통이 간편해 고부가가치 창출의 핵심으로 부상하고 있다. 이러한 이유 때문에 세계 유수의 선진국들은 시장 선점을 위해 디지털콘텐츠 산업을 중요한 전략산업으로 선정, 집중적인 투자를 진행하고 있다. 이러한 가운데 국내 디지털콘텐츠 시장은 이제 단순한 기대의 차원을 넘어 질과 양적인 측면에서 비약적인 발전을 보이고 있다. 2001년 시장조사결과 2조3,000억원 수준이던 국내 디지털콘텐츠 산업의 전체 시장규모는 올해 6조원을 넘어서는 등 3배에 가까운 양적인 성장을 이뤘으며 내년에는 7조원을 돌파할 것으로 전망된다. 또한 한국 디지털콘텐츠 산업의 대표주자인 게임의 경우 이미 내수 기반의 사업활동을 넘어서서 그 무대를 세계로 확장해가고 있으며 몇몇 게임사의 경우 이미 세계 시장에서 그 진가를 인정받고 있는 세계적 기업으로 성장하고 있다. 이와 같은 성과에도 불구하고 국내 디지털콘텐츠산업은 여전히 투자 부족과 참여업체의 영세성 등의 문제점이 해결되지 못하는 등 많은 과제를 남기고 있다. 이에 월간 <디지털콘텐츠>는 한국소프트웨어진흥원의‘2004년 디지털콘텐츠 시장 보고서’를 긴급 입수, 디지털콘텐츠 산업의 변화와 흐름을 파악하고, 장기적인 정책 방향을 검증해 시장의 변화에 따라 발빠른 대응책 마련에 단초가 될 수 있도록 분석했다.

본 연구에서는 한국 주식시장에서의 주가행태가 Froot-Obstfeld(1991)의 내재적 거품모형(intrinsic bubbles model)과 일관성을 갖는지의 여부를 규명하기 위하여, 실질주가와 실질배당의 연별 및 분기별 시계열자료를 이용하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석에 이용된 표본기간이 짧다는 점과 배당금 추정상의 잠재적인 오차가 본 연구의 실증분석 결과의 적극적인 해석을 제약하고 있으나, 전통적인 주가결정모형으로서의 현재가치모형은 일관성 있게 기각되고 있으며, 내재적 거품모형도 한국 주식시장에서의 주가행태와 일관성을 갖지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 실증분석 결과는 우리나라 주식시장에 다음과 같은 시사점을 주는 것으로 생각된다. 기업의 배당정책이 액면 배당 일변도로 이루어지는 우리나라의 실정에 비추어 볼 때 기본적 가치 (fundamentals)로서 배당을 중시하는 주가결정모형은 애초부터 한계를 가질 수 밖에 없을 것이다. 본 연구에서의 실증분석 결과가 배당의 비정상성(nonstationarity)에 의거한 주가결정 모형들을 기각하는 것 이라면, 앞으로의 연구과제는 우리나라의 주가행태와 일관성을 갖는 주가결정 모형을 개발하는 일이 될 것이다.

과학기술이 더 가까워질 미래사회로 갈수록 전력은 신규수요와 대체수요의 증가로 지금보다 많은 량의 공급을 요구할 것이다. 이 때문에 환경문제에 있어 전력산업의 영향이 커지고, 이로 인해 전력의 청정공급 체계 구축은 국제규범의 수립과 함께 국민복지나 환경보존의 차원에서 필연적이다. 따라서 LCA는 청정생산을 위한 분석능력을 갖추고, 이를 바탕으로 점차 완전한 민영화 상태에서 경쟁구도로 이어질 전력산업 참여자들의 기업가치 극대화에 기여할 필요성이 대두된다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 LCA의 역할 확산 경로를 거시적으로는 국제규범과 소비자 만족 그리고 미시적으로는 기업의 가치 극대화와 환경경영체제 수립이라는 측면에서 이루어져야 할 것으로 제시하였다.

본 논문에서는 MLP(master limited partnership) 분리(分離)라는 기업구조(企業構造) 개편(改編)(restructing)이 기업의 시장가치에 미치는 영향을 사건연구(事件硏究)(event study) 방법론을 통하여 분석하였다. 실증분석의 결과 MLP 분리(分離)로 인한 모기업의 주가상승이 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 세금혜택(稅金惠澤), 대리인(代理人) 문제(間題), 자금조달(資金調達) 그리고 자산증권화(資産證券化)(securitization) 둥의 측면에서 MLP 분리(分離)의 경제적 의미를 살펴보았다. 경영자에 의한 자유현금(自由現金)흐름(free cashflow)남용의 방지를 통한 대리인(代理人) 비용(費用)(agency cost)의 감소, 정보불균형(情報不均衡)에 관련된 자금조달상의 불이익의 극복가능성이 모기업의 주가상승을 가져올 수 있는 보다 중요한 요인들로 제시되었다. 이러한 요인들의 상대적 중요성에 대한 실증분석 특히 자유현금흐름 가설의 검증이 앞으로의 과제다.

This study is to review the policy objective of the spread of family value in 2nd Family Policy 2011-2015. The spread of family value is newly adapted sphere in 2nd Family Policy. But this policy objective is not clear, diverse or comprehensive. So, this study attempts to examine two questions: what is the family value in healthy family policy? How this objective is reflected to policy services. Because families are shaped by changes in social norm or trend, this study examined the changing demographics of family affect to family value. And the meaning of family value and the viewpoints are clarified. Last, for the extend of this policy objective, this study suggests to reach consensus on future family in Korean society, to emphasize function of family as social safety net.
