A Study on the Operating Conditions of Lecture Contents in Contactless Online Classes for University Students (대학생 대상 비대면 온라인 수업에서의 강의 콘텐츠 운영 실태 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate and analyze the operating conditions of lecture contents in contactless online classes for University students. First, as a result of analyzing the responses of 93 respondents, 93.3% of the respondents took real-time online lectures (47.7%) or recorded video lectures (45.6%). Second, as a result of analyzing the contents used as textbooks, it was found that e-books (materials) and paper books (materials) were used together (36.6%), or e-books or electronic materials (36.6% and 37.6% respectively) were used in both liberal arts (47.3%) and major subjects (39.8%). In addition to textbooks, both major subjects and liberal arts highly used web materials (47.6% and 40.5% respectively) and YouTube materials (33.3% and 48.0% respectively) as external materials. Third, both liberal arts and major subjects used 'electronic files in the form of PPT or text organized and written by instructors' (62.9% and 58.1% respectively), 'internet materials' (16.7% and 19% respectively) and 'paper book or materials' (10.4% and 12.3% respectively) to share lecture contents. For the screen displayed lecture contents, 93.5% of the respondents satisfied in major subjects, and 90.2% of the respondents satisfied in liberal arts. These results suggest developing multimedia-based lecture contents and an evaluation solution capable of real-time exam supervision, developing a task management system capable of AI-based plagiarism search, task guidance, and task evaluation, and institutionalizing a solution to copyright problems for electronicizing lecture materials so that lectures can be given in the ubiquitous environment.

반도전층내 불순물이 전력케이블의 신뢰도에 미치는 영향

  • 본 고는 전력연구원 연구과제인 "배전케이블 수명예측 기준결정 및 열화진단 시스템 구축"의 연구 수행중 전력케이블의 반도전층내에 들어 있는 불순물 또는 외부로부터 침투된 불순물이 전력케이블의 수명에 미치는 영향에 관한 총설로서, 그 동안 문헌조사 및 해외출장을 통하여 수집한 자료를 정리한 원고이다. 본 총설은 전력케이블에 사용되는 반도전층 재료의 변천, 반도전층의 역할 및 반도전층내에 들어 있는 불순물의 역할 등에 관한 내용이 정리되어 있다. 본 고를 통하여 반도전층내에 들어 있는 불순물은 전력케이블의 수명에 심각한 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 점을 강조하여 국내 지중배전 케이블에서도 불순물이 제거된 반도전 컴파운드를 사용해야 한다는 점을 강조하였다. 최근 반도전 재료의 개선을 통하여 전력케이블의 성능을 크게 개선시킬 수 있다는 연구결과 및 실용화 연구가 이루어지고 있는데, 이 새로운 개선방법은 반도전층으로부터 불순물을 제거한다는 단순한 방법이 아니라 반도전층을 이루는 반도전 컴파운드의 조성을 변화시키는 방법이다. 이는 단순히 전도성 카본블랙의 종류만을 바꾸는 것이 아니라 반도전 컴파운드에 사용하는 고분자 수지를 개질하거나 또는 일정 종류의 첨가제를 첨가하는 방법으로서, 본 고에서는 이들 방법에 대하여 간략하게 소개하였다. 이와 같은 고찰을 통하여 본 고에서는 전력케이블에 있어서 절연재료에 관한 연구도 물론 중요하지만 반도전층도 매우 중요한 역할을 하며, 나아가서 전력케이블의 성능을 현저히 향상시키기 위해서는 절연재료 뿐만 아니라 반도전층 재료에 관한 연구도 필요하다는 점을 강조하고자 한다. 본 고를 통하여 전력케이블에서의 반도전층의 역할 및 중요성에 과하여 좀 더 정확하게 인식되었으면 한다.

A Construction Case of BRM 'Danwigwaje' in Basic Local Governments : Focussing on Gangbuk District of Seoul Special City (기초지방자치단체 기능분류체계(BRM)의 단위과제 구축 사례 서울특별시 강북구 사례를 중심으로)

  • The classification scheme of records indicates a table that intends to express organic relations between records by organizing records and enabling internal order. Although the principles of organic classification have remained in traditional records management environment, they have been changed to "function and business" in the modern times. Therefore, Korea introduced a business reference model (BRM) based on function and business from 2008 and subsequently implemented its operation. However, it has been pointed out that the roles of the classification scheme of records have not been played because the analysis of "Danwigwaje," which belongs to the lowest level of business reference models, is poor. According to this indication, the Gangbuk District of Seoul Special City established a functional classification scheme by executing a business process analysis of "Danwigwaje." First, the record manager carried out analyses on the principles of "Danwigwaje," small function, and "Danwigwaje." Then, the functional classification scheme of "Danwigwaje" was modified by looking into the opinion inquiry process of the treatment department and performing a test operation. Through the case of the Gangbuk District in Seoul Special City, analytical procedures and methods of "Danwigwaje," as well as implications according to the establishment of a functional classification scheme of basic local governments, were arranged in a written format.

Guidelines for big data projects in artificial intelligence mathematics education (인공지능 수학 교육을 위한 빅데이터 프로젝트 과제 가이드라인)

  • In today's digital information society, student knowledge and skills to analyze big data and make informed decisions have become an important goal of school mathematics. Integrating big data statistical projects with digital technologies in high school <Artificial Intelligence> mathematics courses has the potential to provide students with a learning experience of high impact that can develop these essential skills. This paper proposes a set of guidelines for designing effective big data statistical project-based tasks and evaluates the tasks in the artificial intelligence mathematics textbook against these criteria. The proposed guidelines recommend that projects should: (1) align knowledge and skills with the national school mathematics curriculum; (2) use preprocessed massive datasets; (3) employ data scientists' problem-solving methods; (4) encourage decision-making; (5) leverage technological tools; and (6) promote collaborative learning. The findings indicate that few textbooks fully align with these guidelines, with most failing to incorporate elements corresponding to Guideline 2 in their project tasks. In addition, most tasks in the textbooks overlook or omit data preprocessing, either by using smaller datasets or by using big data without any form of preprocessing. This can potentially result in misconceptions among students regarding the nature of big data. Furthermore, this paper discusses the relevant mathematical knowledge and skills necessary for artificial intelligence, as well as the potential benefits and pedagogical considerations associated with integrating technology into big data tasks. This research sheds light on teaching mathematical concepts with machine learning algorithms and the effective use of technology tools in big data education.

  • 출연연구기관 대상의 종합적 연구개발 지식관리시스템은 매년 증가하는 연구개발 산출물 정보를 국가차원에서 효율적으로 관리, 평가하고 이를 정책에 반영, 대국민 공개자료로써 제공을 목적으로 한다. 뿐만 아니라, 각 연구기관에서 사용하는 조직운영시스템과 연계하여 과제 중심의 연구개발 성과정보를 집약적 검색, 제공하며 이를 통한 새로운 양질의 지식 창조를 지원한다. 본 연구는 현존하는 레거시 시스템을 파악하여 출연연구기관 대상의 통합적 연구개발 지식관리 시스템과의 연계성과 기능에 대해 연구과제관리시스템을 중점적으로 논의하였다.

Understanding Copyrights in Multimedia (멀티미디어환경에서 저작권법의 과제)

  • The possibility of the struggle over copyrighting is increasing with the necessity and expectation of using other works by the developing multimedia technology. In multimedia environment compared with the past, the reproduction of works has some characteristics, such as easy reproduction, the high quality, and easy modification. Also, many composite and interactive works are produced, but there are different characteristics from traditional materials. From free access to information based upon multimedia's characteristics, a problem, which works can be used without any restriction, should be solved. Thus, past copyright law may be amended based upon multimedia environment. The problem which should be solved is also discussed.

Research Trends and Issues of Records and Archives Classification in Korea (기록분류에 관한 국내 연구 동향과 과제)

  • The study aims at reviewing research trends of records classification and archival arrangement, analysing issues, and suggesting futures tasks in related research area. It starts with defining research categories of records and archives classification through analysing the term of 'classification' being found in the Public Records Management Act. Thirty five research papers which are covering classification of records and archives and published in 1980's are selected for contents analysis. Considering the analysis of domestic and foreign research, and the practical needs, it makes clear the issues and tasks for future research. The study concludes with emphasizing more empirical research for guiding records and archives management and reformulating archival theories in electronic environments.

A Study on the Operation and Special Quality of the Records Disposition Schedule (기록물분류기준표 특성 및 운영에 관한 연구)

  • This study focuses on establishing a base for approaching record disposition schedules, which may be felt unfamiliar, through the overview of record disposition schedules. For this purpose, this study examined the meaning of record disposition schedules, the significance and principle of their elements, and their operation. In addition, it presented tasks to perform for record disposition schedules to play a central role of record management in the future. This study showed that record disposition schedules authorize people to control and process records, and are closely related to the development and the stability of record disposition system in Korea. What is more, it proved that record disposition schedules enable the assessment of the historical values of records, so it is possible to maintain records from the perspective of historical records. Besides, record disposition schedules are important in that they contain information on organizations and their functions, based on which we can preserve and manage extrinsic information about records.

  • Digital image technology can be used for the development of new curriculum, course assignment, teaching methods, or the evaluation of library and information science courses. In this way, the teaching course becomes more effective and more interesting. This study has shown that the number of the student registration was increased, the interaction between the instructor and students became more frequent. and the course evaluation by students were very much improved.
