CAPP는 매우 광범위한 활동과 목적을 포함하는 주제이다. CAPP 연구의 목적은 우선 공정계 획의 기능을 분석하여 각 공정계획 기능의 자동화(function automation)를 이룩하고 이러한 기 능을 통합(system integration)하는 것이다. 그리고 나아가 수작업에 의한 공정계획 과정이 필 요없도록 설계와 생산을 바로 연결시키는 것이다. 형상특징(feature)과 동시공학(concurrent engineering) 등이 이러한 관점에서 이루어지고 있는 연구들이다. 자동화와 통합화를 위해서는 각종 기술적 데이터와 정보의 표준화가 필여하다. 이러한 데이터의 표준화 없이는 각종 소프 트웨이간에 호환성이 있을 수 없으며, 전체적인 통합화는 불가능하다. 그러므로 전체적인 관점 에서 각종 정보와 설계와 생산 과정에 관한 정보 표준화가 이루어지고 전체적인 통합화, 자동 화가 이루어져야 한다.

교수 임용과정에 임하는 대학인 중에는 우수한 응모자를 공개채용의 원칙에 입각해 선발해야 한다는 당위성에도 불구하고 인맥과 학맥 등의 인연을 선호하는 세력이 있다. 누구에게나 그러한 안일의 유혹에 빠질 위험성은 있지만, 대학의 발전을 위해 이를 단호히 물리치는 용기와 의식전환이 필요하다. 요즈음 흔히 운위되는 대학개혁, 교육개혁은 민주적 공정경쟁의 토대 위에서만 실현 가능한 것이다. 적어도 대학만큼은 정의와 공정성, 지성과 도덕성이 살아 숨쉬는 곳이어야 한다.

research tries to present the role of perceived justice and authenticity in service recovery process. Prior research on the service recovery have focused on relationship among perceived justice, recovery satisfaction and positive customer behavior. Especially perceived justice including distributive, procedural, and interactional justice has addressed as most important antecedents of recovery satisfaction. Although the pivotal role of perceived justice for successful service recovery has agreed by many researchers, relatively little attention has been paid to emotional aspect of customer. During the service recovery process, even if customer perceived recovery effort from service provider as justice one, they might feel displeasure or dissatisfaction. It means prior researches have underestimated the importance of emotional aspect while they focus on cognitive aspects. The one research focused on emotional aspects examined effect of authenticity in service context with other related factors. However, solely examined effect of authenticity is not enough to present proper implication effect between justice and authenticity so that it can be understood more clearly. In this study, we examined customer reactions to service failure and recovery process in restaurant service settings. Specifically, we focused on the moderating effect of authenticity on the paths between perceived justice and outcome variables such as forgiveness and recovery satisfaction.

공정계획(process planning)이란 제품에 대한 설계정보 및 제한된 가용자원에 대한 정보를 바탕으로 비용, 생산량을 고려하여 원자재를 원하는 형태로 변형시키기 위한 방법의 체계적인 결정과정이라 할 수 있으며, 생산계획(production planning: scheduling)이나 작업계획(operation planning)과 연계하여 설계와 생산을 연결하는 교량 역할을 수행한다. 이러한 공정계획 작업을 컴퓨터에 의해 자동화하기 위한 컴퓨터 원용 공정계획(computer aided process planning : CAPP)은 변환적 방식(variant approach)에서 시작되어 창생적 방식(generative approach)으로 발전되어 왔으며 인공지능 기법을 응용 한 지식기반 CAPP(knowledge based CAPP) 방식에 이르기 까지 CAM-1's CAPP, APPAS, GARE, SIPS, XCUT등 수많은 연구가 행해 졌다. 본 연구에서는 자동차 부품 업체인 K사의 공정계획 사례를 바탕으로 범용성이 있는 개방형 공정계획 시스템의 개발을 목표로 한다. 본 시스템에서 i) 설계정보는 객체지향에 의해 표현된 형상특징을 사용하고 ii) 공정계획은 국부적 공정계 획과 전체적 공정계획 과정(golbal planning)으로 구별하였고 iii) 공정계획을 위한 정보는 지식 베이스(knowledge base : KB) 와 데이타 베이스(data base : DB)로 구분하였다. 또한 iv) 정보의 모듈화를 통하여 임의의 제조라인에 적합하도록 개방형을 추구하였다.

This study is conducted to clarify when a person faces an ethical dilemma in business situation, what affects on individual ethical decision-making(from ethical judgments to behavioral intention, nonethical behaviors) in the organizational context. especially, the present study examined the direct and indirect effects of love of money, individuals' perceptions of work climate, perceptions of organizational justice on their ethical judgments and behavioral intentions regarding an ethical dilemma. The subjects of the research were Pusan National University business school enrolled students(n=160). The research was substantiated through statistical analysis of credibility and validity, correlation, variance, and moderated regression analysis. The results indicated that, although perceived ethical climate dimensions did not have a direct effect on behavioral intentions, but had a direct effect on nonethical behaviors. Climates perceived as egoistic were significant moderating effects. and love of money had a direct effect on behavioral intention. Perceptions of organizational justice had a direct effect on behavioral intentions. Especially, interactional justice had a strong influence on ethical behavioral intentions than distributive justice and procedural justice. In depth discussion implications, limitations, and future research directions were supplied.

아파트의 주거환경을 집단거주지로 편리성 및 안정성, 쾌적한 환경 등의 주거목적을 추구하고 있다. 사용자 위주의 편리성을 추구하는 시공이 되어야 하며, 시공업무에 종사하는 사람 모두가 본연의 임무를 소중하게 여기고 사용자의 편안함과 쾌적함을 고려하는 정성이 모아진 시공이어야 한다. 아파트 시공은 여러가지 자재와 여러공종이 시기적절하게 투입되므로 종합관리가 필요한 복잡한 공정들의 만남이다. 공정표는 비교적 정확히 작성되어야 하고 작성된 공정표는 지키겠다는 의지가 필요하다. 또한 시공자는 시작과 끝을 명확히 하고 과정을 중요시하며 수많은 과정을 확인하는 꼼꼼한 자세도 빠져서는 안된다. 본 시공지침서는 현장에서 시공할 때 도움을 주고자 설비시공의 기본골격을 언급하였다. 본 시공지침서는 시간의 흐름에 따라 공법개선 또는 여러 여건에 따라 변할 수도 있음을 감안하여 참고하기 바란다.

초고속 고밀도 GaAs논리소자 제조에서 내열성게이트를 이용한 자기정렬형 MESFET 기술은 우수한 성과를 보이고 있다. 본 고에서는 GaAs 집적소자에 응용되는 여러가지 내열성재료들의 특징과 문제점을 파악하고 현재까지의 개발현황을 알아보았다. 현재 여러가지 저저항 텅스텐화합물이 집적소자제조에 성공적으로 이용되고 있다. 이들 내열성재료의 특성과 더불어 집적소자제조의 전후공정 및 소자구조는 최종적으로 얻어지는 소자특성을 좌우한다. 따라서 최근까지의 내열성게이트를 이용한 GaAs 공정기술의 개발과정을 정리하고 각 기술의 특징을 분석하였다.

To find out an mediating variable between justice perception and switching intentions in the service failure and recovery context the study has centered mainly on justice perceptions, satisfaction and switching intentions after service failure. The researcher found that justice perceptions had negative effects on switching intentions, but satisfaction after service recovery didn't mediate between justice perceptions and switching intentions.

우리나라에서 대학입학은 직접적인 관련 집단의 민감한 사안일 뿐만 아니라, 모든 국민의 공통적인 관심사이다. 그런 만큼 대학입학 전형제도는 대학입학 전형의 의미에 비추어 도출되는 규범적 원칙들에 기초하여 신중하게 수립되어야 한다. 전형요소 설정의 타당성, 전형유형 설정의 공정성, 전형과정의 자율성 등의 준거에 비추어 새 대학입학 전형제도의 정책논리를 비판적으로 고찰하고 발전방향을 제시하고자 한다.

반도체 공정 과정에서 설비의 효율의 높이고 생산성 향상을 도모하며 라인의 품질 사고 방지를 위하여 공정 진행 과정을 실시간으로 모니터링하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 이 연구에서는 반도체 공정의 전반적인 작업현황을 실시간으로 파악하고 비정상적인 상황이 발생하는 경우 즉각적으로 대응하기 위해 생산현장의 임베디드 PC들과 통신하여 공정 처리 데이터를 저장하고 이상 발생과 이력 정보 등을 제공하는 웹기반 모니터링시스템을 설계하고 구현하고자 한다. 이 논문의 궁극적인 목표는 작업라인의 현황을 실시간으로 파악하는 온라인 시스템을 구축하여 인력의 고도화를 도모하고 기업의 생산성 증대와 제품의 품질 향상에 기여하는 것이다.
