Anchor, soil nail, micropile have been widely used for slope reinforcement and foundation. These all methods need grouting work after placing reinforcing member. In domestic case, gravity fill techniques and pressure grouting techniques are mainly used. In contrast the pressure re-injection grouting method is not commonly used because grouting equipment and lack of practical application example is short and the verification of reinforcing effect is difficult. Pressure re-injection grouting is a kind of post grouting which technique increases the radial stresses acting on the grout body and causes irregular surface to be developed around bond length that tends to interlock the grout and the ground. In this study, the field test was performed to evaluate the reinforcing effect with the variation of grouting methods and pullout characteristics of reinforcing member placed by pressure re-injection grouting method. The test results showed that the post-grouting methods were useful to increase the pullout capacity.

Salmonella typhi is one of important causes of human enteric infections. S. typhi KNIH100 was isolated from a patient of typhoid fever in Korea. We cloned a 5.0 kb SalⅠ fragment containing the aroA gene encoding a 5-enolpyruvylshikimate-3-phosphate synthetase from chromosomal DNA of this strain. This recombinant plasmid was named pSAL80. E. coli CGSC2829, an aroA- mutant, was not grown on the M9 minimal medium but E. coli CGSC2829 (pSAL80) was grown on the M9 minimal medium. The aroA gene was composed of 1,284 base pairs with ATG initiation codon and TAA termination codon. Sequence comparison of the aroA gene exhibited 99%, 98%, and 77% identity with those of S. typhi Ty2, S. typhimurium, and E. coli respectively. As in the cases of Shigella sonnei and E. coli, the serC and aroA genes lie in a single operonic structure.

다양한 미디어에서 인물과 색채는 가장 중심적인 요소로서 활용되므로 인물의 표정에서 느껴지는 감성과 색채 자극에 대한 감성적 반응에 연구는 심리학 분야에서 각각 심도 있게 연구되어왔다. 본 연구에서는 감성 자극물로서의 얼굴 표정과 색채가 상호 작용을 하였을 때 이에 대한 감성적 반응에 대하여 조사하는데 그 목적이 있다. 즉, 인물의 표정과 배경 색상을 배치하였을 때 인물의 표정에서 느껴지는 감성이 어떻게 변하는지에 관한 실험 연구를 진행하여 이를 미디어에서 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 60명의 피실험자들을 대상으로 진행한 실험연구에서는 Ekman의 7가지의 universal facial expression 중 증오(Contempt)의 표정을 제외한 분노(Anger), 공포(Fear), 역겨움(Disgusting), 기쁨(Happiness), 슬픔(Sadness), 놀람(Surprising) 등의 6가지의 표정의 이미지를 인물의 표정으로 활용하였다. 그리고, 배경 색채로서 빨강, 노랑, 파랑, 초록의 색상들을 기준으로 각각 밝은(light), 선명한(vivid), 둔탁한(dull), 그리고 어두운(dark) 등의 4 가지 톤(tone)의 영역에서 색채를 추출하였고, 추가로 무채색의 5 가지 색상이 적용되었다. 총 120 장(5 가지 얼굴표정 ${\times}$ 20 가지 색채)의 표정에서 나타나는 감성적 표현을 평가하도록 하였으며, 각각의 피실험자는 무작위 순위로 60개의 자극물을 평가하였다. 실험에서 측정된 데이터는 각 표정별로 분류되었으며 배경에 적용된 색채에 따라 얼굴 표현에서 나타나는 감성적 표현이 다름을 보여주었다. 특히 색채에 대한 감성적 반응에 대한 기존연구에서 제시하고 있는 자료를 토대로 색채와 얼굴표정의 감성이 상반되는 경우, 얼굴표정에서 나타나는 감성적 표현이 약하게 전달되었음을 알 수 있었으며, 이는 부정적인 얼굴표정일수록 더 두드러지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 현상은 색상과 톤의 경우 공통적으로 나타나는 현상으로서 광고 및 시각 디자인 분야의 실무에서 활용될 수 있다.

Earlier research works focused on the seasonal patterns and bio-geochemical processes in sand dunes, and the satellite data and aerial photographs have been used only as a backdrop or for the multi-temporal delineation of sand dune area. In order to find the optimal way to extract features' characteristics, Gimnyeong sand dune area was selected as a study site. Field works have been carried out three times to collect ground control points and sand samples for laboratory analyses. The texture of sand dune is classified as fine sand, which has been derived from shell fragments. The sand dune penetrated into the island from northwest to southeast direction. An aerial photograph was re-sampled into one-meter resolution and rectified with software including Erdas Imagine and ENVI. Sub-scenes were chosen as samples for sand dune, urban area and rural area. K-group non-parametric analysis had been done for the geometric and spectral values of enclosed texture patches. Urban areas proved to have significant smaller patches than the others.

The cytogenetic analysis of river puffer, Takifugu obscurus belongs to Family Tetraodontidae, was performed. The chromosome number of T. obscurus was 44 and the fundamental number was 64. Heteromorphic sex chromosomes were not found. The mean cellular size and nuclear size were $11.01\times7.95{\mu}m$ and $4.05\times3.15{\mu}m$, respectively. The mean surface area and volume in cell and nucleus were $68.76{\mu}m^2\;and\;366.00{\mu}m^3,\;10.06{\mu}m^2\;and\;21.36{\mu}m^3$, respectively. The number of erythrocyte of both female and male was $12\~13\times10^5/m\ell$. Gill tissues from diploid individuals had cells with one or two nucleoli. These cytogenetic studies should be used for cytotaxonomy and as a valuable estimation of polyploidy to come in T. obscurus.

This study aims to identify the relationship between commitment to the profession and commitment to the organization, and the effect of professional development on the dual commitments to the organization and the profession. After establishing concepts through a literature review, the study designed a questionnaire survey in which 104 out of 135 (77.0%) record management field officials responded. This study provides a firm basis for urging the army to change its perception toward record management professionals' specialty and their commitment to the profession. Furthermore, this change will ultimately lead to a higher commitment to the organization.

Manual material handling(MMH)is major factor which causing physical injuries of worker at working area and frequency of low back pain(LBP) is increasing industrial accidents. Especially, working in bad circumstance such as farm, orchard, harbor loading and unloading, logging place and mining place which located in inclined slope can cause much possibility of hazard and absence of working balance can cause injuries of musculoskeletal system such as joint, bone, ligament. So, this study used EMG system to measure and evaluate muscle force information and fatigue of worker when lifting on slope. The result of measuring averaged integrated EMG(AEMG) shows multifidus muscle be used more than anything else in force. neck extensors are used at 15°, 20°frequently. generally the AEMG result shows multifidus muscle be used in force. Commonly, muscle fatigue of multifidus is higher than other muscle by analysis mean power frequency(MPF). The result of load sharing rate shows multifidus and erectorspinae which are deep spinal muscles is relatively high and neck extensor is low.

We have developed Real-time Phase DAta processor(RPDAP) for GPS L1 carrie. And also, we tested the RPDAP's positioning accuracy compared with results of real time kinematic(RTK) positioning. While quality of the conventional L1 RTK positioning highly depend on receiving condition, the RPDAP can gives more stable positioning result because of different set of common GPS satellites, which searched by elevation mask angle and signal strength. In this paper, we demonstrated characteristics of the RPDAP compared with the L1 RTK technique. And we discussed several improvement ways to apply the RPDAP to precise real-time positioning using low-cost GPS receiver. With correcting the discussed weak points in new future, the RPDAP will be used in the field of precise real-time application, such as precise car navigation and precise personal location services.
