식물공장의 다양한 건물형태에 따른 냉난방부하의 차이를 DesignBuilder를 이용하여 해석하였다. 엽채류 중 상추의 생육 적정온도인 $20^{\circ}C$를 실내온도로 설정하고 식물공장 외벽에 단일창호를 적용하여 온실형태에 따른 냉난방부하 변화를 계산하였다. 보광이 없는 건물자체의 냉난방부하를 계산한 결과 KNU 식물공장 단위유닛과 반원 온실형 식물공장이 냉방부하가 가장 적었다. 보광 적용 후에는 전반적으로 KNU 식물공장 단위유닛과 직사각형 식물공장이 양호한 냉난방 성능을 보여주었다. KNU 식물공장 창호의 면적이 와이드 스팬형보다 크기 때문에 건설비용의 증가가 예상되지만 회전형 스마트 조명 제어시스템을 적용하게 되면 재배면적을 넓히고 공간활용에 유리하다. 또한 LED 사용량을 줄일 수 있어 냉방부하와 보광에 드는 비용을 절감할 수 있다.

The factory information provided by the Industrial Location Information System (ILIS) is provided as raw data by the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation and registered after a filtering process, so the new factory information update is slow. In this study, to solve the problem of updating factory information of industrial location information system, using building data of road name address with relatively fast renewal cycle and building data of real estate, we compared the factory information of existing ILIS and extracted new factory information. In the process of comparison, a method was proposed to compare spatial objects of different types with point data and polygon data. Attribute information matching and object matching were performed, and attribute values of new factory information were extracted. The accuracy evaluation of the proposed spatial analysis method showed 79% accuracy, and the above matching technique was used to confirm the possibility of convergence of road name address data, real estate data and factory information of ILIS.

Temporary constructions are defined as constructions for temporary use, but frequently they are used long like permanent constructions and connected with main constructions. In this case, fire hazardousness increase. But there is no way to control this hazard in our system. This study include investigation of present related law survey about sample complex, collection of related lawsuit result and estimation of hazardousness of each contemporary construction type. The conclusion is that the article that specify distance between main construction and temporary one should be created in the architectural law. Or to apply fire service law to area of temporary construction, fire service law should be changed properly.

KFPA는 화재안전점검을 실시한 특수건물 중에서 화재위험도가 매주 낮고 안전관리가 우수한 건물에 대하여 "KFPA 화재안전 우수건물 인정패"를 건물 입구에 부착하는 "KFPA 화재안전 우수건물 인정제도"를 2011년 6월부터 실시하고 있다. 이번 호에서는 "KFPA 화재안전 우수건물"로 선정된 한국로버트보쉬(주) 대전공장을 방문하여 윤태수 이사, 강석민 차장, 임재웅 과장을 만나 경영전반 및 안전관리에 관한 얘기를 나누었다.

최근 수도권에서는 지방공단 등으로 이전한 노후 공장 건축물을 철거한 자리에 '테크노타운', '벤처타운', 'IT타워', '디지털밸리', '테크노밸리' 등의 이름으로 아파트형 공장을 설립하고 있다. 아파트형 공장은 서울을 중심으로 수도권역에서 토지이용을 극대화가기 위한 집합 공장건물로서 중소기업체의 입지 해결 및 쾌적한 작업환경을 제공하고 도시근로자의 풍부한 노동력을 적극적으로 활용하고 있다. 또한 공동 부대시설을 확보하여 공간효율의 극대화와 종업원의 복리후생이 개선되는 등의 중소기업 지원효과를 거두고 있다. 고층화, 집단화, 공동화를 주요 특징으로 하는 아파트형 공장에서 부속시설의 화재보험요율 적용에 관하여 생각해보고자 한다.
