As the urbanization progresses, the demand for parking in large cities surges compared with that for parking lots. However, the space for securing a parking lot in a large city is physically limited and a budget problem also arises. Therefore, a shared parking system that can utilize existing parking lots is becoming important. This study was carried out to analyze the parking area efficiently for the residents parking area. As a result of the questionnaire survey, it was the most frequent passage to work / commuting and business purposes. The most important factors in parking were 'Parking charge', 'Walking distance to the destination after parking', 'Parking lot searching time' Approximately 46 % of the respondents were female. As a result of the quantitative analysis of the factors influencing the potential use of the intention to use as a dependent variable, it was analyzed that the policy was effective to reduce the parking fee to less than 500 won per 10 minutes and take about 3-6 minutes to search.

This study will examine the social issues and consumer awareness of sharing parking through the method text mining. In this experiment, the topic by keyword was extracted and analyzed using TFIDF (Term frequency inverse document frequency) and LDA (Latent dirichlet allocation) technique. As a result of categorization by topic, citizens' complaints such as local government agreements, parking space negotiations, parking culture improvement, citizen participation, etc., played an important role in implementing shared parking services. The contribution of this study highly differentiated from previous studies that conducted exploratory studies using corporate and regional cases, and can be said to have a high academic contribution. In addition, based on the results obtained by utilizing the LDA analysis in this study, there is a practical contribution that it can be applied or utilized in establishing a sharing economy policy for revitalizing the local economy.

최근 서울에 자동차 보유 대수가 급증함에 따라 주거나 상가 밀집 지역에서 주차 문제는 갈수록 심화되고 있어 이에 따른 주차공간 확보 및 기존 주차 공간의 활용할 수 있는 시스템이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 공유경제 개념을 도입하여 개인이나 단체가 소유하고 있는 주차 공간을 사용하지 않는 시간대에 주차 가능 공간을 다른 사람들과 공유할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. 본 플랫폼은 웹, 안드로이드, 라즈베리파이, 데이터베이스로 구성되어 있으며 실제 주차장에 설치된 초음파 센서와 CCTV 이미지를 분석하는 OpenCV를 이용하여 현재 주차장의 사용 중인 공간과 비사용 중인 주차 가능 면수를 분석하고 분석한 정보를 사용자들에게 제공한다.

As the use of shared electric kickboards is rapidly increasing, there are many cases of illegal parking of shared mobility. In order to solve this problem, local governments are taking measures such as towing illegally parked shared electric kickboards, but user management is not considered and the methods are inefficient. Accordingly, in this paper, we propose a blockchain-based shared electric kickboard user management model. The shared electric kickboard is equipped with a camera sensor and GPS that can check the parking status, and when the user ends the use of the shared electric kickboard, information on the parking status is collected through the installed sensors and the shared electric kickboard company You can check if the user has parked correctly. In addition, trust points are given according to the user's parking history and incentives are provided according to the trust points, inducing users to return the shared evangelism kickboard correctly. The information is shared through the consortium blockchain in which shared electric kickboard companies participate, enabling integrated user management of shared electric kickboard companies.

공유 전동킥보드의 사용이 증가함에 따라, 불법 주차와 같은 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 시민들의 안전을 위협하는 문제를 해결하기 위해 CNN 모델 기반의 공유 전동킥보드 주차 판단 시스템을 구현하였다. 공유 전동킥보드에 탑재된 카메라, 기울기 센서를 통해 주차 상태를 판단하고, solidity와 python의 web3.py를 이용하여 컨소시엄 블록체인을 설계하였다. 주차 판단 기준이 되는 요소를 추가하고 가중치를 부여함으로써 신뢰 점수 식을 개선하였다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 모델을 통해 이용자의 자발적인 반납과 회사들의 효율적인 관리를 유도할 수 있다.

공유 모빌리티 시장의 발전으로 인해 공유 전동킥보드 사용자의 수가 증가하고 있다. 하지만 무분별한 공유 전동킥보드 주차와 방치 문제가 있어 안전한 도시 환경에 위협이 되고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 연구는 블록체인 기반의 시민 참여형 공유 전동킥보드 관리 모델을 제안한다. 공유 전동 킥보드 회사들은 스마트 컨트랙트를 통해 사용자의 공유 전동킥보드 반납 내역을 기반으로 신뢰 점수를 관리하고 공유한다. 사용한 공유 전동킥보드를 올바르게 주차 및 반납을 하여 높은 신뢰 점수를 갖는 사용자에게 인센티브를 지급하여 사용자가 스스로 전동킥보드를 잘 주차하도록 유도한다.

현재 국내 자동차의 증가에 따른 주차 공간이 부족하여 주차문제가 사회문제로 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 주차문제 해결을 위해서 스마트 공유 주차장 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 기존 주차장에 IoT 장비를 설치하고 운영하여 주차장 활용을 최대화한다. 시스템의 빠른 개발 및 활용도를 높이기 위해서 클라우드 플랫폼을 사용하며 사용자용 스마트폰 앱을 제공할 것이다. 사용자는 앱을 통해서 근거리에 있는 주차장을 선택하여 주차 자리를 예약할 수 있다. 논문에서 실제 주차장 공간에 IoT 장비를 설치하여 실험을 진행할 예정이다. 실험을 통해서 제안하는 시스템의 가능성을 검증할 것이다.

현재 자동차 대수 당 주차면 수가 충분한 상황이지만, 외부인이 사용할 수 없는 허수 주차 공간이 대부분이다. 이에 본 논문은 불법 주정차의 원인을 비효율적인 주차 공간 활용이라 판단하였다. 아파트 및 상가 주차 공간은 출근 시간대에 여유 주차면 수가 급격히 증가하는데, 이 잉여 공간 중 일부를 외부인에게 공유하여 주차 공간을 최대한 활용할 수 있도록 한다. 애플리케이션 이용자는 원하는 주차장을 예약하고, 출입통제 자동화 시스템의 QR코드 인식을 통해 주차장을 사용할 수 있다. 전체적인 예약 시스템 관리는 웹 브라우저를 이용한다.

Nowadays, insufficient parking lots give rise to a serious problem. Cars are increased in geometrical progression, but parking lots that takes in cars are relatively limited. Often we spend a lot of time to look for a parking lot because of limited parking lot. To solve this problem, we can use real time parking lot information system provided from mobile vehicles. In this paper, we will tell you how to deliver the parking lot information in real time by construction wireless network environment to be provided real time information and making XML data that is easy to share and to exchange data between applications.

인터넷과 컴퓨팅 환경의 발전으로 모바일 네트워크 환경이 발전하였다. 본 논문에서는 이동차량에서 실시간 주차정보를 제공 받기 위한 무선 네트워크 환경을 구축하고, 다양한 어플리케이션간에 데이터를 교환하고 공유하기 편리한 XML 데이터를 생성하여, 실시간으로 주차정보를 전달하는 방법을 제시 및 구현한다.
