This paper presents the optimization technique to analyze the effect of the design parameters of rapid prototyping system for human brain model fabrication. The optimization method considers the functional relationships among the design parameters such as thickness gap, shrink rate, and laser speed that govern the operation of fabrication system. This paper applies a discrete optimization technique as the optimization method to determine the dominant parameter values. Additional study includes manner of complement surface image of ellipse which approximates the brain model using the adaptive slicing and the offset contour. According to the parameters tuning and interaction of effect, more suitable parameter values can be obtained by enhanced 3D brain model fabrication.

과거 재료가공 위주의 산업시대에는 에너지가 산업의 가장 중요한 열쇠였으나 현대 산업사회에서는 부가가치를 지식과 정보로부터 창출해낸다. 그러므로 21세기에는 지식정보와 커뮤니케이션이 산업의 가장 중요한 열쇠가 될 것이다. 현대 기업환경의 변화는 과거와 다른 양상으로 나타나고 있고 한편 경영자들에게는 기업경영과 기업의 의미에 대해 새로운 패러다임을 요구하는 상황에 이르렀다. 이러한 변화 추세로 21세기를 예측해 본 학자들은 대표적인 조직모델로 소위 '가상기업을 내세우고 있다. 가상기업이란 특정 프로젝트가 끝나면 해체할 수 있는 전략적 제휴에 의해 임시로 형성되는 조직체이다. 이 논고에서는 현대 기업환경과 기업조직의 변화로 인한 가상기업 개념의 출현배경을 알아보고, 아직까지 애매 모호한 이 개념을 정의하고 그 모델을 제시한다. 그리고 정보기술의 응용과 공용 인터페이스의 활용으로 어떻게 이러한 형태의 가상공동체를 형성하고 관리할 수 있는지 고찰해보고, 21세기 지식경영시대에 가상기업형 조직의 경영을 위한 지식정보시스템 구축의 예로서 재단법인 충청지역정보원의 통합정보시스템을 소개한다.

국제화 시대를 맞이하여 세계 공용어인 영어의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 특히, 영어 교육의 학습 연령대는 점점 낮아지고 있는 추세이며, 이에 동반하여 저 연령층 영어 교육 콘텐츠가 출시되고 있다. 하지만 현재 저 연령층을 대상으로 출시되는 콘텐츠들은 연령에 맞지 않는 교육 자료를 제시하거나 언어 학습에 필요한 상황적 다양성이 부족한 것이 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 딥러닝을 적용하여 사용자가 원하는 상황을 촬영한 영상에서 대상 연령에 적합한 영어 문장을 생성하고 읽어주는 학습 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템을 통하여 저 연령층에 적합한 영어 교육 환경을 제공하고, 저 연령층에게 나타나는 영어 교육의 불균형을 해소하고자 한다.

(주)한길은 콘크리트 2차 가공 업체로서, 주로 벤치플륨, 맨흘, 수로관, PC암거딱스 등을 생산하고 있는 중소기업이다. 이 업체는 제품의 특수성과 생산 시설의 규모로 인하여 납품 계약 후에 미리 적정량을 생산하여 재고로 보유하면서 제품을 적기에 납품해야 한다. 그러나 현재 입고, 재고, 출고 관리 등의 업무전산화가 이루어져 있지 않을 뿐만 아니라 생산, 저장, 관리가 동일한 장소와 더불어 지역적으로 분리된 곳에서 이루어지고 있어 정보관리에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 근거리 네트워크와 전화전속 네트워크를 혼합한 하이브리드 형태의 분산 환경 시스템을 구축하여 경제적으로 가장 최적인 네트워크 솔루션을 제공하고, 이를 바탕으로 하는 입고, 재고, 출고 관리 시스템과 기본적인 회계 등의 전산 업무를 개발하여 업체의 생산성 및 경쟁력 향상을 도모하고자 한다.

본 논문은 USN 융합기술을 활용하여 u-city 또는 u-bike 등과 같은 시스템을 구축함에 있어서, 필수 구성요소인 USN 기반 센서 네트워크 게이트웨이를 설계하고 구현한다. 따라서 게이트웨이는 관리 대상인 사물에 대한 상황 인지 기능을 수행하기 위하여 상황 인지 처리 하드웨어를 포함하는 게이트웨이 제어부(MPU)와 상황인지 처리 Sink-Node간의 상호 연동 기능, IP 코어망을 통한 센서망 관리 운용 시스템 연동 기능 등을 포함한다. 개발된 게이트웨이는 현재 자전거 공용 시스템에 적용하여 운용되고 있다.

도서관리시스템에 RFID를 활용하면 도서의 대출 반납이 자동화되는 등 많은 이점이 있다. 하지만 이를 이용하더라도 도서의 정확한 위치를 파악하는 것은 어려운데, 본 연구팀은 R-LIM2의 개발을 통해 도서의 위치파악 기능을 제공한 바 있다. 본 논문에서는 색인된 도서의 위치까지 안내하여 주는 내비게이션 모듈과, 도서위치를 담고 있는 DB를 보다 손쉽게 구축할 수 있는 모듈을 개발하여 기존 R-LIM2 시스템의 기능을 향상시키고자 하였다.

The purpose of this paper Is to describe the matters to plan the best information systems in Korean old books. It analyzes: i) a range of definition of old books, ii) its characteristics and current state of processing the old documents, iii) the scope of automation and building up the library institution, iv) the construction of Korean old books Information systems, v) its case study, and vi) the evaluation and vision of system. The old document information system have been organized on the basis of library networks systems with the National Central Library as leader, its implemented system has the subsystem such as cataloging system, annotation system, full-text or image-based system, and retrieval system. In case study, it is suggested two examples which has been built in the National Central Library and Sung Kyun Kwan university. finally, it provides the evaluation criteria and vision for the library which designs the old document information systems.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the components to be considered when we construct the integrated GIS. Capability has always to be related to application. In this perspective, the range of integrated GIS's capabilities is more extensive than this existing GIS. Using in the case of Japan's local government, when we want to build the integrated GIS, it is necessary to consider the following things. First, the overall manuals are required. Second, the common spatial database should be build to satisfy outsider user as well as inner user. And last, the chief of local government should gain the sympathy of the member of community.

Most operating civil structures measure response data continuously by various types of sensors and evaluate their health conditions. Measurement control criteria for such civil structures are usually defined in the first operating stage by experts working at a construction or engineering company. However, a few studies have been carried to examine the adequacy of these measurement control criteria based on the actual measured data. The paper introduces a systematic way of resetting the measurement control criteria for the measured monitoring data based on the statistical aspects of the measured data. The proposed statistical approach has been examined with actually measured time-history data from a bridge structure.

This lecture support system can be used to smoothly transfer the sound in the auditorium or the particular outdoor space. Commercial lecture support system is useful but very expensive. Therefore in this paper we have designed and developed lecture support system using a mobile phone. We can exactly hear the lecture in difficult situation using this system. The system provides the ability to save a lecture in the storage, so we can hear the lecture repeatedly.
