In the present study, we have evaluated cytotoxic effects of Taraxaci Herba extract on human skin melanoma cells. The light microscopic study showed morphological changes AG-NOR (argyrophylic nucleolar organizer region) by silver chloride stain, and glycoprotein by PAS reaction of the treated cells. Disruptions in cell organelles were determined by SRB assay.

사용자의 다양한 요구사항에 따른 소프트웨어 구조의 방대함과 복잡함으로 인하여 소프트웨어 부품을 재사용 하는 방식의 컴포넌트 개발 방법이 최근 각광을 받고 있다. 이런 추세에 맞추어 IBM, SUN, 한국2전자통신연구원 등의 여러 기관에서 공용 컴포넌트 개발, 컴포넌트 생성 및 조립기술, 컴포넌트 시험 및 품질평가 기술, 컴포넌트 유통기술 등의 컴포넌트 관련 기술 사업을 추진 중에 있다. 특히 특정 영역에서 공통으로 사용될 수 있는 공용 컴포넌트를 개발하여 공용 컴포넌트 은행에 저장하고, 컴포넌트 사용의 공영 체제를 구축하는 것은 급변하는 사용자의 요구에 따른 소프트웨어 시장 변화에 신속하게 대처할 수 있는 중요한 방안이라 할 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 EJB(Java Enterprise Beans)컴포넌트 은행 구축 시 사용자의 요구사항에 적합한 컴포넌트를 선택하고 해당 컴포넌트에 대한 올바른 이해를 돕는데 중요한 확장된 EJB 컴포넌트 명세를 제안한다.

공적개발원조(Official Development Assistance; 이하 ODA)는 세계 평화와 인류 공영에 이바지하기 위하여 개발도상국 또는 국제기구에 공여하는 증여(Grant) 및 양허적 성격의 차관(Concession Loan)으로(한국환경산업기술원, 2013), 당해 사업의 추진방식은 크게 양자간 원조와 다자간 원조 방식으로 구분된다. 양자간 원조는 공여국으로부터 수원국으로 원조자원이 직접 전달되는 방식인 반면, 다자간 원조방식은 IMF, ADB, IBRD, WB, EBRD, IDA 등 국제개발은행(MDB, Multilateral Development Bank) 및 UN 등에 출자 또는 출연됨으로써 간접적으로 원조자원이 전달되는 방식이다(오지택, 2012). 그리고 양자간 원조방식은 프로젝트 참여 국가를 제한하느냐, 제한하지 않느냐에 따라 구속성 원조(tied)와 비구속성(un-tied) 방식으로 구분된다. 그런데 이러한 양자간 ODA 원조 방식에 변화의 바람이 일고 있다. 국제 사회에서는 ODA 원조의 효과성 제고라는 명분하에 공여국들에게 원조방식의 비-구속성 원조를 촉구, 그 규모가 빠르게 증가하고 있다. 즉 ODA 비구속성 원조를 중심으로 한 또 하나의 시장이 성장하고 있는 것이다. 이에 본 논고에서는 ODA, 특히 물 관련 ODA 자금의 미래 성장 가능성을 살펴보고, 나아가 시장 분포, 프로젝트 특성 등을 살펴보고자 한다.

We think that it is important to develop the metadata for educational game. Because they are applicable to game contents, separate learning sources and studying components in the game-based LCMS. But markets of eduainment and educational games are newborn field, so systematic development of metadata is not advanced yet. Therefore in this paper, we first established the design process of educational game metadata, and then according to the rule, we suggested this as a prototype. And we defined the extracted data as metadata for educational game through inspection of an expert group. If these metadata prototype are operated by adopting through standardization stage of public institutes, we can provide the convenience of searching, managing and recycling these metadata to learner, instructor and the developing institute. And we can also expect the prevention of overlapping investment.

국내 스마트폰 보급의 폭발적인 증가와 더불어 수많은 애플리케이션이 개발되어 안드로이드 마켓 등을 통해서 제공되고 있다. 사용자의 스마트 기기 상에 많은 애플리케이션이 쌓여지고, 이에 따라서 특정 애플리케이션을 찾는데 많은 번거로움과 시간이 소요된다. 스마트 기기 상에서 애플리케이션 관리를 위한 기존 애플리케이션은 현재 사용 중이지 않으나 활성화되어 있는 애플리케이션을 삭제하거나 단순히 이름, 날짜, 혹은 이용 빈도에 기준하여 애플리케이션을 정렬하거나 추천하는 수준이다. 그러나 일반적으로 사용자에 따라서 특정 요일과 시간에 이용하는 애플리케이션이 있다. 논문에서는 요일, 시각, 시간, 이용 빈도를 고려한 애플리케이션의 사용 가중치 기반으로 동적으로 애플리케이션을 추천하는 시스템을 개발한다. 추천된 애플리케이션은 스마트 기기 시작 화면에 배치하여 애플리케이션에 대한 이용자 접근성을 향상시킨다.

비만이 사회적 문제로 대두되면서 운동에 대한 관심이 크게 증가하고 있다. 스마트 기기를 활용한 효과적인 운동 모니터링 및 관리를 위한 애플리케이션이 많이 개발되고 있다. 이러한 애플리케이션들은 운동 모니터링 및 운동 효과에 따른 칼로리 소모량 산출 기능을 제공하고 있으나, 운동시 실내와 실외를 구분하지 않는다. 그러나 실내와 실외 운동에 따른 칼로리 소모량은 다르게 산출되므로, 그 정확도가 떨어진다. 논문에서는 실내와 실외 운동으로 구분하고, 또한 Polar H7의 맥박 센서를 스마트폰에 연동하여 운동효과에 따른 칼로리 소모량을 정확하게 산출하여 보여주는 운동 모니터링 애플리케이션을 개발한다.

Since 1980 the Korea Land Development Coporation has played a major role in land development by means of a Public Initiated Land Development Scheme. This strategy has attempted to correct the market failure of the generation of large sum of windfall profits. In accordance with reimplementation of the local autonomous ruling system since 1991, the demend for local government initiated land development have increased rapidly as local governments attempt to math the influence of national local development policy. In this regards, it is very useful for urban planners to analyze the merits and dismerits of the local government initiated land development schemes in view of national agency's development. This paper recommends several mitigation measures to improve the settlement of the local government initiated land development scheme.

This study was aimed to secure the basis for developing the hangbang-tea may help promote healthy blood vessels by natural herbal ingredients formulated in accordance with the basic principles of oriental medicinal theory. We investigated the vessels contracted by concentrations and safety assessment carried out by the cell viability of Taraxaci Herba, Gardeniae Fructus, Chrysanthemum indicum and Lonicerae Flos composition and concentration. We found cell survival were higher than the control group show a beneficial trend in the growth of normal liver and kidney cells. As a results of this study will be the basis to develop the hangbang-tea differentiated in the future oriental medicine resources. Medicinal resources will be hangbang-tea based on clinical trials utilizing herbal western and oriental medicine convergence principle and vascular relaxation mechanism.

한 개인의 입장에서도 영재성의 발휘는 매우 중요한 일이지만, 민주국가와 인류공영에 크게 이바지하는 입장에서도 영재성의 발휘는 매우 중요한 일이다. 하지만 현재 운영되고 있는 영재교육을 살펴보면 국가에서 영재교육을 해야 한다고 영재교육의 중요성만 이야기했지 실제로 현장에서 활용할 수 있는 교육과정이나 교육내용을 정해주지 않았기 때문에 실제로 영재교육이 이루어지고 있는 것을 보면 그 내용과 방법은 영재교육을 맡은 기관에 따라 매우 다르게 이루어지고 있다. 현재 17개 대학 부설 과학영재교육원에서 영재교육을 담당하고 있다. 하지만 각 대학 부설 과학영재교육원의 교육과정을 보면 대부분 프로그래밍 위주의 교육을 하고 있고, 그 교육과정도 다른 곳에 개방되어 있지 않아서 각 대학 부설 과학영재교육원마다 교육과정 개발에 상당한 어려움을 겪고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 초등학교에서 고등학교 1학년까지의 10학년에 걸쳐 실시되고 있는 정보통신기술교육내용과 방과 후 특기적성 교육에서 이루어지고 있는 컴퓨터 교육내용, 각 대학 부설 과학영재교육원에서 이루어지고 있는 교육내용을 분석하여 실제로 대학 부설 과학영재교육원에서 활용할 수 있는 초등 정보과학영재를 위한 교육 과정을 개발하였다. 단, 현재 과학영재교육원에서 이루어지고 있는 영재교육이 기초반과 심화반으로 나누어서 운영되고 있는 점을 고려하여, 본 논문에서는 기초반과 심화반 중 기초반에 초점을 두고 연구를 진행하였다.

In general, to get the accurate switching point of power electronic components is dependent on a given rotor position by the encoder. However, a conventional encoder may not be used to detect position and speed of the developed motor due to the very high speed. Thus, an encoder that uses the hall effect directly was designed and applied. This paper presents the developed encoder that meet requirement of military purpose. To confirm the developed encoder, the experimental results are shown.
