A Study on the Improvement of Working Methods for cadastral survey Using UAV (UAV를 활용한 지적측량 업무방식 개선에 관한 연구)

  • While images and aerial photographs using conventional satellites have the advantage of providing data in a vast area, there is a difficult aspect: the limitations of filming and processing data in a particular region at a desired time and the repetitive filming of a short cycle. With the development of many new technologies to overcome these shortcomings, methods of building cadastral information are changing rapidly. In particular, unmanned aerial vehicles that deploy cadastral information quickly and accurately using UAV have increased interest in technology that obtains cadastral information. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to suggest the application of cadastral measurement tasks in areas subject to cadastral measurement using UAV. To this end, the Commission decided to compare and analyze the accuracy of high-resolution images produced by observation area and apply them to existing cadastral work using verified images and cadastral data. In this study, we will analyze the applicability of UAVs to their cadastral survey by analyzing the current status of legislation related to cadastral survey and the technical characteristics of UAVs and propose technological, legal and institutional improvement measures for introduction based on them.

  • The purpose of this study is presume that reasonable construction period of constract and appropriate number of persons for works according to reconstruction. This study is presume reasonable construction period of constract and appropriate number of person of reconsruction with a case study out of apartment R.C construction. The result of this study are as follows: 1. In case of four building of apartment Resonable constrution period: 750days$\sim$800days, the average(1day) number of persons under working: 63.5 persons. 2. In case of four building of apartment Resonable constrution period: 850days$\sim$900days, the average(1day) number of persons under working: 100.6 persons. 3. In case of four building of apartment Resonable constrution period: 1000days$\sim$1050days, the average(1day) number of persons under working: 145.0 persons.

  • Recently construction companies' capital condition has been aggravated due to low profit, fierce competition and market contraction. For this reason, the companies rely on public construction projects that protect construction fee by regulations. Despite these regulations, problems regarding progress payment are constantly happening. Also, insufficient analysis on interaction between contractors makes policy making difficult. Thus, in this study, interaction between contractors are quantitatively determined according to delay of application and payment based on current public construction regulations on construction stage. A system dynamics model is used, which analyzes the problems based on an interaction between contractors, and solutions for progress payment application and payment delay are suggested according to the research results.

  • A study for damage degree and reduction programs of disaster was performed after collecting and analyzing the damage data by the type of flood damage resulting from the localized rainfall Gangwon area has been damaged by heavy localized rainfall between July 15 and 17 in 2006 Specially, a number of people was killed and much properties were lost in Inje, Yangyang and Pyeongchang area Recently, the damages by debris flow has been increased more than any other disaster causes, because heavy rainfall closed to about 100mm/hr by global warming in short time has been developed frequently. In other words, an area forming a highland has a potential debris flow Therefore, in this study, the damages data by debris flow in the area of Inje and Yangyang were collected and analyzed to consider the type of flood damage In future, it must be tried to find a complementary solution and establishing management system for debris flow when the civil construction begins

  • In order to reduce greenhouse gas by 30% compared to BAU in 2020, research and development of zero-energy building construction technology for reducing greenhouse gas emissions in the construction industry is being conducted. With the recent implementation of the policy as mandatory through the establishment and commercialization of the zero energy building base, the government should devise measures to support and expand technology through the identification of the current status of the zero-energy building incentive system and the erasure of the erasure. In order to implement zero-energy buildings, excessive construction costs are presented as a major issue in revitalizing the supply of new and renewable energy to enhance Passive (energy efficiency grade of 1++) and achieve self sufficiency of energy (20% or higher). In this paper, the major problems and solutions for zero-energy building identification were presented in order to activate the dissemination of zero-energy buildings, and the recent policy changes resulting from the mandatory use of zero-energy buildings were analyzed.

  • For the design of underpass structures, -1.0m(G.L) ground water level guideline for the design of railway, subway, utility tunnel etc, is still being used in Korea. As a result, the underpass structure can be forced by buoyancy, and therefore the in-situ buoyancy anchor method is usually being applied to prevent the uplifting force. For the Yeongjongdo sky city project, the drainage method was applied to remove the buoyancy force. In this study we estimate the efficiency and safety of the applied design and propose the detailed guidelines for standard design and maintenance of the guided drainage technique. Especially, the auxiliary pumping well was operated to maintain the ground water level around the underpass. In the study site, the applied guided drainage method has advantages in both engineering and economic aspects.

  • The detailed current situation of urban renewal projects which have implemented in all over the country is sorted by regional and divisional groups, researching press reports. Problems in the progress of promoting urban renewal projects made the paper are analyzed in this research. This research examined the actual condition about urban renewal projects synthetically and then, deduced the following improvement plan. First, formulating long-term renewal plan is needed. Secondly, It should be changed into the gradual urban renewal project on a small scale according to various conditions of each local area. Finally, support of the central government in consideration of local conditions should be carried out.

  • Chemical utilization of $CO_2$ is recognized as the technology for the reduction of greenhouse gas as well as the use of carbon to resources. Although various chemicals are commercially produced, the innovative development is still necessary to utilize large quantity of $CO_2$. In this report, the current status of technology to preserve -CO-O- linkage into the molecules was introduced, particularly for the synthesis of dimethyl carbonate (DMC) and polyols, which are raw materials of polycarbonate and polyurethane, respectively. RIST developed the novel process for the DMC production via urea methanolysis and the new catalytic system for polyol synthesis. Because of high contents of $CO_2$ in both chemicals, it is expected that they are able to contribute for the reduction of greenhouse gas.

  • $CO_2$ 지중저장 기술은 가장 유력한 대용량 온실가스 감축기술의 하나이다. 이 기술을 적용하여 국제적으로 노르웨이, 알제리, 캐나다, 미국 등에서 이미 대규모 실증 및 상용화 사업이 수행되고 있으며, 호주, 일본, 네덜란드, 독일 등 그 밖의 여러 나라에서 다양한 내용과 규모를 갖는 중소규모 실증사업이 진행되고 있다. 한국도 소규모 육상 파일럿 저장 프로젝트와 중규모 해상 저장실증 프로젝트가 추진되어 착실하게 기술개발과 경험확보를 위해 노력하고 있다. $CO_2$ 지중저장 사업은 화석연료의 사용이 다른 에너지원으로 대체되기 전까지 지속적으로 확장될 것으로 예측되고 있으나, 온실가스 감축시장의 불안전성, 사업의 수익구조와 관련된 경제성, 누출에 대한 안전성 등의 위협요소를 갖고 있다. 따라서 이러한 위협을 극복하기 위해 많은 국가와 기업들이 저비용-고효율 지중저장 기술과 안전한 지중저장 기술의 확보를 목표로 연구개발 및 실증사업을 추진하고 있다. 한국의 경우에 저장소가 주요 포집원으로부터 상당한 거리를 갖고 있는 해저에 발달하고 있기 때문에 지중저장 사업의 경제성 확보가 매우 불리한 조건이다. 따라서 정부나 기업이 CCS 기술을 주요 온실가스 감축수단으로 채택하여 대규모 지중저장 사업을 본격적으로 착수하는 것을 주저하고 있다. 한국과 같은 불리한 조건을 갖는 국가의 경우에 특히 대규모 저장소의 확보를 포함한 저비용-고효율 지중저장 기술의 실용화가 절실하게 필요하다. 결론적으로 한국의 $CO_2$ 지중저장 사업의 성공적인 추진을 위해서는 대규모 저장소의 확보, 저비용-고효율 지중저장 기술의 개발과 실증을 통한 실용화, 중소규모 지중저장 실증사업으로 축적한 기술과 경험으로 대규모 지중저장 사업의 효율화 달성이 요구된다. 이를 위한 실천적인 로드맵과 프로그램의 작성과 착실한 이행 역시 중요하다. 이러한 기반이 착실하게 다져질 경우에 한국에서 대규모 CCS 통합실증과 $CO_2$ 지중저장 사업이 본격적으로 개시될 수 있을 것이다.

A Study on the Application of Construction Management Delivery System by Characteristics of Facility (건설사업관리 발주방식의 시설물 특성에 따른 적용방안에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze, applications of the construction management delivery systems according to characteristics of facilities. The adapted research method is to selected four mall in the capital region and then divided them into two groups: CM for Fee or CM at Risk. After analyze each applications and administrations, it could propose proper applications of CM for fee according to CM at Risk. The results of this study are as follows: 1) the CM for Fee was suitable for the projects focused on completing on time and constructing the effective business plan of quality control, and 2) the CM at Risk was suitable for the projects concentrated on the cost reduction through shorten the construction time and the related businesses on quality control.
