Genetic Analysis of Carcass Traits in Hanwoo with Different Slaughter End-points (세가지 도축 종료 시점을 공변량으로 하는 한우 도체형질에 대한 유전능력 분석모형)

  • Data from Hanwoo steers and bull calves were analyzed to see the phenotypic and genetic relationships between carcass traits from four different covariance models. Four models fit test station and test period as fixed effect of contemporary group and sire as random effect assuming paternal half-sib relationships among animals. Each model fits one of linear covariate (s) of different slaughter end points-age at slaughter in the first order, age at slaughter in the first and second order, slaughter weight or back fat thickness at 12-13th rib of cold carcass. Age at slaughter in its second order was not significant. Age at slaughter accounted for signifi- cant amount of genetic variances and covariances of carcass traits. Heritability estimates of back fat thickness, rib eye area, carcass weight, marbling score and dressing percentage were 0.34, 0.22, 0.24, 0.42 and 0.18, respectively at constant age basis. The genetic correlation between carcass weight and the other variables were all positive and low to high in magnitude. Genetic correlations between back fat thickness and rib eye area and between marbling score and dressing percentage were low but negative. Variance and covariance structure between these traits were shifted to a great extent when these variables were regressed on slaughter weight or on back fat thickness. These two covariates counteracted to each other but they adjusted each carcass variable or their interrelationship according to differential growth of body components, bone, muscle and fat. Slaughter weight tended to decrease genetic variances and covariances of carcass weight and between component traits and back fat thickness tended to increase those of rib eye area and between rib eye area and carcass weight.

  • Generally, bistatic clutter, contrary to the monostatic clutter, has nonlinear structure in Angle-Doppler domain due to the noncooperative motion of the transmitter and the receiver. In this paper, we first simulate the bistatic clutter structure resulting from the relative motion of the transmitter and the receiver and then analyze their relations through the bistatic clutter structure in Angle-Doppler domain. Also, we show the operation condition of the transmitter and the receiver leading to low rank of a covariance matrix of the bistatic clutter.

  • The purpose of this research investigates the relationship among followership, organizational cynicism, and organizational citizenship behavior in Hotel employee. The data are analyzed by such frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, covariance structure analysis. The SPSS 10.1 and AMOS 4.0 for Windows program was used to investigate material. The major finding and implication can be summarized as follow: First, the analysis on relationship between followership and organizational cynicism revealed that critical thinking and active participation dimensions of but enthusiasm dimension of followership has not affected organizational citizenship behavior. Second, the analysis on relationship between organizational cynicism and organizational citizenship behavior revealed that organizational cynicism affects organizational citizenship behavior.

  • Recently, many frequency sharing technology including CR (Cognitive Radio) technology have been studied actively because of frequency scarcity. For implementing CR systems, spectrum sensing technology plays key role. In IEEE 802.22 WRAN, the first standard aimed at Internet service in a TV channel with CR technology. This paper explained the various spectrum sensing schemes detecting narrowband ATSC signal in the IEEE 802.22 such as Energy detector, Spectral Correlation Sensing scheme, Covariance based Sensing algorithm and analyzed in terms of the probability of misdetection when the probability of false alarm is 10%. Based on simulation results, this paper proposed a duplex sensing scheme based on Energy detector and analyzed the capability of the proposed sensing scheme comparing with each sensing scheme.

  • This is a study to evaluate the effects of the safety of ambulance driving and traffic accidents and to provide statistic information for the various factors to reduce the ambulance traffic accidents. The major instruments of this study were Korean Self-Analysis Driver Opinionnaire. This Questionnaire contains 8 items which measure drivers' opinions or attitudes: driving courtesy, emotion, traffic law, speed, vehicle condition, the use of drugs, high-risk behavior, human factors. The total of 145 divers were investigated ambulance drivers in Taejon City and others(6 City) from 2000. 5. July to 2000. 11. July. The data were analyzed by the path analysis - with SPSS and AMOS package program. The result are as follows : 1. It have suggested that risk factors of ambulance traffic accident much affected with emotion and speed control on safety ambulance driving(Y(Accident) = $0.88{\times}1$(Emotion Control) + $0.92{\times}2$(Speed) - $0.46{\times}3$(Traffic Law)+E). 2. It have suggested that risk factors of ambulance traffic accident much affected with emotion and speed control on safety ambulance driving(Y(Accident) = $0.398{\times}1$(Emotion Control) + $0.500{\times}2$(Speed) - $0.263{\times}3$(Traffic Law)+E) by coefficiecial structural analysis.

핵심역량 지향성과 IT 아웃소싱 프로세스 관리역량이 IT 아웃소싱 성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구

  • 본 연구는 핵심역량 지향성을 중심으로 고찰한 IT 아웃소싱 성공요인 및 결과에 관한 것으로, 아웃소싱 프로세스 관리역량과 기업의 핵심역량 지향성이 IT 아웃소싱된 업무 복잡도와 아웃소싱 성과에 영향을 미치는 지, 그리고 아웃소싱 프로세스 관리역량이 기업의 핵심역량 지향성과 아웃소싱 성과의 관계를 매개하는 효과가 있는지에 대한 실증 연구이다. 따라서 본 연구는 독립변수로 핵심역량 지향성과 종속변수로 아웃소싱된 업무 복잡도 그리고 매개변수로 아웃소싱 프로세스 관리역량을 사용하였다. 국내 IT 아웃소싱 협회에 등록된 회사의 IT 부서를 대상으로 200 개의 데이터를 확보하였고 공분산 구조방정식 모델로 분석하였다. 연구결과, IT 아웃소싱 프로세스 관리역량은 핵심역량 지향성이 아웃소싱된 업무 복잡도와 아웃소싱 성과에 미치는 영향을 매개하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 그리고 핵심역량 지향성은 아웃소싱의 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지만 아웃소싱된 업무 복잡도엔 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

  • This paper discusses how to construct a generalized marginal logit model for analyzing repeated polytomous response data when some factors are applied to larger experimental units as treatments and time to a smaller experimental unit as a repeated measures factor. So, two different experimental sizes are considered. Weighted least squares(WLS) methods are used for estimating fixed effects in the suggested model.

  • 최근 인터넷 쇼핑몰과 관련된 연구가 다양하게 이루어지고 있다. 또한 쇼핑몰 사용자의 경험적인 측면의 중요성이 제기되면서 많은 연구에서 이를 플로우란 개념으로 설명하고 있다. 본 연구는 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서의 최적 경험으로서의 플로우와 그 동안 인터넷 쇼핑몰 관련 연구에서 쇼핑몰에서의 고객 만족과 긍정적 관계에 대해 논의가 있어온, 신뢰와 만족과의 관계를 상호 독립적이 아닌 종합적 측면에서 매개성에 관한 검증을 위해 공분산 구조 분석을 통해 경쟁모델화 하여 비교함으로써 우수 모델을 도출하였다. 그 결과 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 플로우와 신뢰는 상호 독립적인 관계를 고려한 모델 보다 동시성 차원의 매개성의 관계를 모두 고려한 포화모델이 우수한 모델로 도출되었다.

Efficient strategy for the genetic analysis of related samples with a linear mixed model (선형혼합모형을 이용한 유전체 자료분석방안에 대한 연구)

  • Linear mixed model has often been utilized for genetic association analysis with family-based samples. The correlation matrix for family-based samples is constructed with kinship coefficient and assumes that parental phenotypes are independent and the amount of correlations between parent and offspring is same as that of correlations between siblings. However, for instance, there are positive correlations between parental heights, which indicates that the assumption for correlation matrix is often violated. The statistical validity and power are affected by the appropriateness of assumed variance covariance matrix, and in this thesis, we provide the linear mixed model with flexible variance covariance matrix. Our results show that the proposed method is usually more efficient than existing approaches, and its application to genome-wide association study of body mass index illustrates the practical value in real data analysis.

  • 과거의 수질관리는 오염물질의 수질농도에 중심을 맞춰서 이루어져왔다. 하지만 최근 국내에 수질오염총량관리제도가 도입되고 시행되면서 농도 중심의 규제보다 과학적인 접근 방법으로 균형적인 국가개발과 함께 수질보전을 이루는 성과를 나타내고 있다. 따라서 우리나라 물관리 종합대책은 수질관리대책에서 통합유역관리체제로 전환되고 있으며, 새로운 물환경 정책추진 기반 구축과 하천환경변화에 따른 유역 관리방안이 필요한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 각각의 유역특성이 명확한 시범 유역으로 황강, 남강, 금호강 유역을 선정하였으며, 수질측정망 자료와 기상관측소 자료를 활용한 요인분석을 통해 수질-기상 항목 간의 공분산과 상관관계 등을 이용하여 변수들 간의 상호관계를 분석하였다. 요인분석 결과를 토대로 문항과 변수들 간의 상관성 및 구조를 파악하여 여러 변수들이 지닌 정보를 적은 수의 요인으로 묶어서 유역별 수질 변동특성을 파악하였다. 요인 분석결과를 토대로 시범유역별 유역특성을 평가하고 상세진단을 통해 향 후 유역별 관리체계의 방향성을 제시하고자 하였다.
