A Study of Construction Methods for Quality and Productivity Enhancement of Form Works in the Bearing Wall Systems (벽식구조 거푸집공사의 품질 및 생산성향상을 위한 공법개선 연구)

  • In the bearing wall systems, a form work has a lot of room that saves cost because it takes a substantial proportion of construction cost. Therefore the systemic and efficient methods are required in the form work. This study focuses on methods that enhance the quality and the productivity of form work and presents the kicker form as an alternative plan to simplify the form work through being modular and automatical it. Work sampling method is used for productivity measurement. It is expected that it will reduce the work process and improve the Qualify and the podructivity of construction.

  • In the early 1990s, it was first introduced the soil nailing method for the slope stability and ground excavation and widely used as method of reinforcement. Also the application of soil nailing has been improved and developed. Most recently used for grout soil nailing greatly improve the methods and techniques for self-improvement techniques are classified as soil nailing. As the representative for the grout pressure method to improve the join method pressure grouting and improved method for the self-drilled soil nailing, removable soil nailing, extension grout method. Three dimensional finite difference analysis was used to evaluate characteristics of pull-out behavior of extension grout method. In this paper, it was described a characteristics of pull-out behavior of soil nailing with extension grout method through the result of numerical method.

  • 대한주택공사는 인력 및 자재난에 대처할 수 있도록 단순한 시공법을 개발하는 등 설계 및 시공 개선에 주력하고 있다. 이 방침의 일환으로 주공은 올 하반기부터 배관용 동관의 솔더링 공법을 도입할 계획이다. 본지는 회원사들의 참고가 되도록 이 공법을 게재하며, 앞으로도 주공에서 개선되는 공법은 계속 게재할 계획이다.

This paper is to compare upward soil nailing combined with horizontal drainage system with downward direction of the soil nailing. In order to study the limit equilibrium slope stability analysis and comparison with factor of safage, excavation for the vertical displacement for comparison with continuous analysis. According to this study, safage factor is decreased considerably using limit equilibrium analysis and makes no odds for the horizontal displacement when soil nail was installed upward.

  • Despite of the various advantages of modular construction method and the continued growth of related markets, it is difficult to activate them because no specific system has been established in Korea. Accordingly, this study derived improvement areas and tasks for activating modular construction methods through existing literature reviews and preliminary surveys. Then, AHP analysis and expected utility evaluation were conducted for expert groups to derive priority for improvement areas and tasks. In addition, opinions of enterprise and architectural research were compared and analyzed, and the analysis results suggested the direction of policy establishment and system improvement. This study is expected to be used as a basic study for policy decision-making to activate modular construction method.

  • 최근 2백만호 주택건설에 힘입어 많은 민영 및 공공아파트의 시공 및 분양이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 각 건설업체별로 시공방법이 상이함은 물론 그중에는 구공법대로 시공함에 따라 하자발생은 물론 해당 건설업체의 원가절감에도 도움이 되지 못하고있는 실정이다. 두산건설은 $\ulcorner$전 직원의 제안제도$\lrcorner$의 활성화를 통해 신공법 및 개선공법을 적용하여 하자예방 및 원가절감의식을 고취하고 있다. 따라서 필자가 기계책임자로 있는 두산건설의 경기도 고양군 행신 택지개발지구내 두산아파트 현장에서 시행하고 있는 몇가지 개선공법 사례를 소개하고자 한다.

  • The application of TBM tunneling has been progressively increased since the first entrance into korea in 1985. In order to an apprehension and operation development of TBM method which has excellent boring in hard rock tunnel, this study has analyzed mutual relation of lose time and TBM boring from actual construction results TBM tunneling. This study compared this analyzed results with TBM tunnelling construction results of korea, america, japan, analyzed a primary factor of TBM boring effect and suggested operation development method from the analyzed results. accordingly this study can be used an index when contract apply TBM method to planning steps.
