  • Non-curable rubberized polymer asphalt waterproof coating materials in Korea and China are manufactured without advanced quality control techniques and common standard, And they are exposed consistent water leakage problems. Import and application of Korean waterproofing products and installation methods is difficult in the present situation as the Chinese standard(JC/T 2428) is different in nature with the Korean counterpart products, And quality assurance is inevitable based on mutual standards. In order to resolve this issue, alternatives such as using standards provided by the ISO (International Organization for Standardization) are generally employed, but there is no such ISO standard as a waterproof material for non-curable rubberized polymer asphalt material. Furthermore, it is unreasonable to develop the ISO standard for rubber asphalt seals for exchange in terms of time and cost. This study proposes that the establishment of a quality standard that can be applied for both countries will be required via an joint international standard that outlines the properties of materials if applied in mutual trade exchange.

A Study on Current Status of Landscaping Supervision Quality Control and Improvement Measures in Apartment House Construction (공동주택 건설사업에서 조경 감리의 품질관리 현황과 개선방안 연구)

  • This study was intended to present measures for the improvement of the apartment house landscaping supervision system by examining the adequacy of landscaping supervision, which is aimed at improving the quality of landscape plants and facilities in apartment house landscaping sites. Additionally, this study aims to identify the problems occurring in the process of the performance of landscaping supervision and to provide the evidence for legislative activities and revision of the laws currently being pushed forward for the mandatory deployment of apartment house landscaping supervision personnel. The results of the analysis showed that no landscaping supervision personnel was deployed to apartment complexes with less than 1,500 households and that the landscaping comprised 19% to 46% of the entire construction process. The civil engineering firm performed the landscaping supervision, which made it impracticable to fully focus on the construction quality in the field of landscaping. The quality control in terms of landscape plants revealed differences in quality control, depending on the competence and experience of the civil engineer supervising the personnel, where the landscaping supervision personnel was not deployed. The apartment houses landscaping supervision activity index was analyzed, and the results showed that the supervision activity index for apartment house A was 72.0, B was 70.4, and apartment houses C to G ranged from 38.7 to 46.9, which suggested that the difference in quality control, process control, and technical support affected the construction quality and occurrence of defects.The improvement of landscaping process quality control and process management will be carried out more smoothly and the rate of defects will be drastically reduced if the landscaping supervision personnel placement threshold is lowered from 1,500 households to 300 households in complexes. The results of this study are expected to be useful in promoting and re-establishing the landscaping industry based on the improvement of construction quality in the field of landscaping in connection with the construction of apartment houses.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the quality of the UNICAT which builded by KERIS. For the purpose, this study developed three evaluation criteria: searching, customer support, ease of use. The study are examined opinions of librarians in charge of technical services about UNICAT. The result of this study is expected to improve the quality of the UNICAT.

  • Most landscape areas in apartment complex have been changing. Increasing the area of underground parking lots have an effect on apartment's circumstance. Natural ground was decreased so that the most space in apartment complex were converted into an artificial ground. To suggest the soil quality management, this study examined the actual situation about the soil quality of planting ground such as the quality standard as artificial soil, the difference of natural ground, and the difference of soil quality according to the work classification. As a result, the soil quality of the apartment complex with a large underground parking lot had low quality of soil. Soil physical properties were relatively fine but soil chemical properties needed the quality control. The soil quality of natural ground and artificial ground was not statistically significant and the soil quality by the work classification also had no statistical significance. Therefore, we established improvements about standards of the chemical properties for quality management, the soil quality in the natural ground and applying the equivalent standard according to the work classification.

  • 한국건설품질협회가 지난 7월 18일 건설회관에서 CS9001품질경영시스템과 AQUA품질평가시스템 제도 도입을 위한 공청회를 개최하고 국제수준의 품질기준 마련에 들어갔다. 최근 들어 건설시장 개방에 따라 국제수준의 품질기준으로 국내 고객을 보호하고, 기능인력의 품질확보 능력을 배양 시켜 해외와 국내공사의 품질격차를 해소, 국가 경쟁력을 강화하고 하자보수 비용 감소로 건설업체의 질적 향상은 물론, 재무 건전성을 향상시키기 위한 시스템이 요구됨에 따라 한국건설품질협회가 CS9001 및 AQUA품질평가시스템 제도 도입에 들어간 것. 이 시스템이 도입될 경우 발주자는 품질의 공신력 확보, 품질확보 계약적 근거 유지가 가능하고 시공자는 실패비용의 최소화, 협력업체 기능품질 강화 등이 기대된다. CS9001, AQUA시스템의 적용범위는 중급품질관리 대상공사로 총공사비 100억원이상 건축 시설물로 초기에는 주거시설만 우선 적용하고 공공 및 민간공동주택 중 공사비 100억원이상에 적용할 예정이다.CS9001품질경영시스템, AQUA품질평가시스템에 대해 알아본다.

  • Current changing to the customer-oriented market naturally causes suppliers to meet an age of competition on the quality. In order to plan housing meeting this quality competitiveness era, I set up the type classification system of quality differentiation for the unit of apartment housing by executing differentiation cases of unit quality and type analysis of the object. The system is consist of 3 classification systems by quality element, user convenience element and product element as follows: First element is to classify quality element on the basis of plane and interior elements, architectural elements and second one is user convenience element relating facility to classify environment-oriented, safety, energy saving and convenience. The other one is the product element to classify furniture, installing product and convenient product. I believe that this classification system will be useful to determine any classification elements of product for product positioning and product planning in the stage of marketing planning of apartment housing in the future.

  • In 1999, a residence stock amounts to 11 million units and apartment housing holds 57.6 percent of the residence stock. Without proper remodeling for apartment housing, a significant portion of them would be expected to be demolished shorter than their life-time due to socioeconomic reasons. Apartment housing is maintained depending on government regulations such as 'Housing Construction Promotion Code' and 'Apartment Housing Maintenance Ordinance'. However, there are many problems with implementation of them. In order to solve the problems, we focus on the remodeling system that includes Maintenance of Apartment Housing, Finance and Taxation, Special Repair Appropriation Budget, Resource Quality and Standard Plan, and Remodeling associated with the code. And this study, which being compared with the foreign remodeling system, presents the improvement scheme of system for apartment housing remodeling. This study aims to promote remodeling apartment housing and provide the suitable scheme for remodeling activities.

  • 최근 정보통신산업의 발전에 따른 첨단 정보통신기기의 사용증가와 정밀제어기기, 연속공정기기의 증가는 이전의 고전적인 품질규제나 신뢰도 규정보다 더욱 엄격한 전력품질 관리기준을 요구하고 있으며, 또한 전력산업구조개편을 통한 경쟁체제 도입은 전력품질을 기반으로 한 전력거래와 계약을 요구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 전력품질을 측정하기 위한 계측 장비들의 최근 기술 동향 및 새롭게 대두되고 있는 전력품질 모니터링 및 알고리즘에 대해 살펴본다. IEEE 1159표준을 중심으로 한 전력품질 표준에 대해 살펴보고 이를 측정하기 위한 소프트웨어와 알고리즘을 분석하도록 한다. 마지막으로 현재 (주)LG산전이 공동 개발하고 있는 전력품질 분석시스템과 소프트웨어의 구조와 기능에 대해 살펴보기로 한다.

  • Due to recent climate change, lager-scale storm and flood disasters have occurred. To prepare for this, the government is operating the national disaster management information system(NDMS), it is insufficient that unification and standardization of disaster site information data. In this study, to establish a disaster information display system, spatial DB was stored, quality standards were presented and the quality of spatial information currently provided was evaluated. As a result of evaluation, spatial information is established as different standard for each institution. So it is difficult to integrate and use. It considered that prepare a common standard to redeem this difference.

  • 최근 정보보호에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라 그에 따른 기반 기술들이 요구되고 있다. 특히, 통신 인프라에 집중되었던 정보보호 산업이 이를 기반한 제품으로 관심이 부각되고 있다. 이러한 정보보호제품의 신뢰성은 매우 중요한 요소이며, 신뢰성 보장을 위한 보안 기능의 보증은 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 개발 단계에서 유지보수 단계에 이르는 생명주기 찰동의 보증과 품질보증 위한 방법 또한 중요하다는 것을 인식하고 이를 위해 소프트웨어 개발에 정보보호시스템 공동평가기준(정보통신부 고시 제2002-40호, 이하 공통평가기준)을 적용하여 개발할 수 있도록 프로세스를 제시한다 이를 통해 소프트웨어 개발자나 시스템 관리자들이 정보보호 인증을 보장하며, 안전한 소프트웨어를 개발하여 효율적으로 관리할 수 있도록 소프트웨어 개랄 및 변경시 발생할 수 있는 위험들과 이에 대한 통제들을 제안한다 향후 전산망 시스템에서 사용되는 정보보호 제품의 개발 및 관리에 도움 줄 것을 기대한다.
