We interpreted the seismic signal characteristics from crosswell seismic tomography in the underground cavity like abandoned mines. The first arrival time delay and amplitude attenuation showed clearly at the low velocity zone of cavity and fracture. Also ray density decreased by detour of raypath. As a result of the amplitude spectrum analysis of fresh rock and low velocity zone, there were no noticeable differences of the amplitude up to about 1000Hz frequency, but indicated that the one passed around cavity decreased about 7dB at 2000Hz, and 20dB at 3000Hz. It was possible to compare the signal characteristics between two media by extracting the signal data from the fresh rock zone and the underground cavity through the seismic crosswell tomography.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the process of growth of parental empowerment of the family of the children with development disabilities in an online parental community. For this purpose, 250 posts were selected from a web-forum of an online-community(internet CAFE) for patients with developmental disabilities in a Korean portal site. In addition, the selected posts were analyzed based on the grounded theory method. The results showed that the parents with high risk children for developmental disabilities interacted with each other in short answers, self-addressing, and discussion type interactions under the causal condition in which the subject parents were in need of help and sympathy. The factors that significantly affected the focus event, which is the interactive communication between the posters of the original threads and replies, included the moderating conditions based on whether the conversation was respectful, friendly, or for general evaluation, as well as the contextual condition of exclusive attitudes. The strategies of the interactions were composed of two categories of self-reflections and sharing through a human relationship. The results of these interactions were either further interactions (sharing) or shying away. With regard to the process of reinforcing the collective empowerment of the family, the 'determination,' 'tips,' and 'empathy' models were used for the explanation of the process. Lastly, we discovered that trust, support, continuous interactions, specific and practical information, as well as provision of diversified perspectives through collective experiences are necessary to achieve such improvement of collective family empowerment.

Research libraries, facing the difficulties in building sufficient collections to meet the various users, have implemented various cooperative acquisition programs. In recent years, Internet and other information technology enables more effective and efficient cooperation among research libraries. This paper reviews the methods and cases of cooperative acquisitions among research libraries, including CRL, OhioLINK, RLG Conspectus, TRLN Discussing the backgrounds and related issues. several strategies were suggested for the continuous implementation for cooperative acquisition.

현재 FTA 가 큰 이슈로 대두되고 있다. 이러한 세계적 추세는 가까운 장래에 한,중,일 연안 여객선 시장 개방에도 영향을 미칠 것이다. 따라서 비슷한 상황에 있었던 스코틀랜드 연안 여객선 운영과 EU의 관계를 살펴보고 성공 사례를 벤치마킹하고자 한다. 연안 여객선을 대중 교통화 시킴으로 섬의 접근성을 개선하여, 섬 주민들에게는 편리성을 제공하고 관광객도 유치하려는 공동의 목적을 달성하는 데에도 한국 연안 여객선 운영에 개선은 필수적이기 때문이다.

절리가 발달된 경암질 암반내에서 터널을 굴착할 때에 발생하는 심각한 문제중의 하나는 암반내에 존재하는 불연속면과 굴착에 의하여 형성되는 자유면에 의하여 생성된 블록의 낙반 사고이다. R.E. Goodman, Gen-hua shi$^{3)}$ 등에 의하여 제안된 블록이론은 암반사면이나 지하공동에 존재하는 절리들의 방향성을 조사하여 우세한 방향의 절리들에 의하여 발생하는 블록들의 안정, 불안정 및 낙반의 가능성 여부를 판정할 수 있도록 하였다. (중략)

Recently the concern about the construction of underground structures such as oil and food storage caverns is increasing in Korea and abroad. The stability of those underground caverns is greatly influenced by shape factor and the size of excavation area as well as the joint conditions. In this study, therefore, the effect of the shape factor of an underground cavern on its stability was analyzed in terms of safety factor. To this end, four different shape factors of a cavern excavated in good rock conditions were investigated and sensitivity analyses were performed based on overburden, lateral earth pressure coefficient, joint spacing, properties, and orientation. The stability of a cavern is evaluated in terms of safety factor estimated numerically based on the shear strength reduction technique. In future, this study is expected to be helpful in designing and evaluating the stability of caverns excavated in discontinuous rock masses.

오늘날 경영환경은 운송수단의 발달과 정보통신 혁명 등으로 기업들의 급격한 글로벌화가 진행되고 있다. 글로벌한 환경속에서 다양한 고객의 요구를 대응하기 위해 다양한 상품과 서비스를 원하는 시간에 정확하고 합리적인 비용으로 고객에게 전달하기 위하여 많은 물류기업들이 끊임없는 노력을 경주하고 있다. 물류기업은 물류경쟁력을 확보하기 위해 여러 화주의 물량을 공동으로 보관 및 운송 서비스를 수행하는 물류공동화를 수행하거나 관련 물류기업간의 전문화를 통한 다양한 협업 모델을 도입하여 적용하고 있다. 그러나 IT부문의 관점에서 보면 일부 국제물류 등의 수출입 EDI 시스템을 공동으로 활용하거나 운송시스템을 대기업의 서비스사업자를 중심으로 시스템을 공유하는 것을 제외하며 IT시스템 관점에서의 협업 또는 IT공동화 체계는 거의 없는 실정이며, 오히려 물류기업간의 경쟁이 심화되면서 물류기업간의 상호 정보유출 등을 우려하여 매우 폐쇄적으로 운영하고 있는 실정이나 상대적으로 중소물류기업의 입장에서 보면 기업의 영세성 등으로 인해 거의 IT부문에 대한 투자나 활용이 거의 진행되지 못하는 문제점 또한 발생하고 있다. IT시스템을 공동으로 구축 및 활용함으로써 상호간의 비용 절감하고 IT시스템의 전략적 활용을 극대화 하기 위한 방안으로서 물류기업에서 IT공동화의 도입 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 먼저 금융권의 IT공동화 사례 및 국내외 물류관련 사례를 살펴보고, 물류IT공동화의 유사개념인 제4자 물류와 소프트웨어를 필요한 만큼을 필요한 시점에 서비스를 활용할 수 있는 모델인 ASP, SaaS, 클라우드 서비스 등을 비교함으로써 물류IT공동화의 도입 방안과 활용 방안을 제시 하였다.

Large eddy simulation is used to investigate the compressible flow over a open cavity, The sub-grid scale stresses are modeled using the dynamic model. The compressible Navier-Stokes equations are solved with the sixth order accurate compact finite difference scheme in the space and the 4th order Runge-Kutta scheme in the time. The results show a typical flow pattern of the shear layer mode of oscillation over the cavity. The votical disturbances, the roll-up of vorticity, and impingement and scattering of vorticity at the downstream cavity edge can be seen in the shear layer. Predicted acoustic resonant frequency is in good agreement with that of the empirical formula. The mean flow streamlines are nearly horizontal along the mouth of the cavity. The pressure has its minimum value in the vortex core inside the cavity.
