The purpose of this study is to analysis for maintenance satisfaction of Apartment Building residents in Bundang. For this purpose, questionnaire survey about the level of maintenance satisfaction of Apartment building residents and condition of management. and secondary statistical analysis the important factors which influence the degree of residence maintenance satisfaction. The results of this study are as follows : the maintenance satisfaction of Apartment building residents high correlation with satisfaction of residence. and outsider entrance control level and the head of superintendent's office integrity gives high influence on maintenance of Apartment Building.

The rapid development of Information technology and the Internet has brought about a new phase like building cyber communities in Apartment residential space. This study empirically considers the possibility and limit of cyber communities based on apartment residential space through analysing apartment Internet home pages. The analysing results show us the fact that apartment cyber communities are less satisfied than theoretical expectation. However, they have some possibilities as on-line communities. First of all, the most important factor is off-line community activities in realizing the possibility of cyber community at least in apartment residential space.

The purpose of this study is to compare care unit cost among large institutions, small group homes and independent living homes for disabled people. For this purpose, our study adopted cost-analysis method widely being used in the field of accounting. By the analysis on per-person and per-year unit care cost comparison, care cost of large institutions is estimated 15,000 - 20,000 thousands won, small group homes 10,000 - 11,000 thousands won and independent living homes 4,025 thousands won. By this study, discourse of 'larger size means economic efficiency' which is widely supported by politicians and bureaucrats has no grounds in the practice of Korean residential care services. This study is suggesting two folds. Firstly, small and community based homes should be preferred in the future provision policy of residential care homes for disabled people. Secondly, government grants for small community based homes should be increased to the level of amount provided on large institutions.

This study examined the changes of depression and life satisfaction among the elderly living together in group-home and congregate housing. And in this course, it was to verify the practical effects of the recent government and local authority community life of elderly people by comparing them with the groups of elders living alone. The study was divided into Time 1 and Time 2, and 205 person's data were used for the final analysis. PASW Statistics 18.0 was utilized to analysis the data of this study, because it is difficult to explain the results of this analysis, secondary qualitative research has been used to identify additional contextual information. The major results of this study are as follows. First, the depression of the subjects was significantly improved in the case of living in group-home and congregate housing, and it was significantly worse in the group of elders living alone. Second, the life satisfaction of survey subjects was significantly improved when living in congregate housing, group-home was significantly worse, and the group of elders living alone were not statistically significant but slightly worse. Third, mixed research methods were applied to make accurate interpretation of changes of life satisfaction of the elderly living in group-home. Based on the results of this study, it is possible to establish appropriate measures for the elderly to improve early adjustment and quality of life in community life. And the community life of the elderly can contribute to a real social safety net by solving the blind spot of welfare. At the national level, it can be utilized as a standard reference to improve and strengthen existing policies by providing data that can simultaneously examine the performances and problems of various policies related to housing or the welfare of the elderly.

본 연구의 목적은 학령기 자녀를 둔 도시 주부의 가정생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 변인을 모색하는데 그 목적을 두고 대구시에 거주하는 30대와 40대의 주부를 대상으로 연구한 것이다. 가족환경변인과 부부상호작용변인으로는 의사결정 공동참여를 매개변인으로 하여 가정생활만족에 영향을 미치는 변인을 모색한 결과 주부의 건강상태, 월평균 소득, 남편직업만족 변인은 가정생활만족에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 부인학력과 남편학력은 의사결정 공동참여를 경유하여 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

본지 6월호(통권 326)에 게재된 회원작품 '봉천동 아파트(설계:손기찬)'는 기존의 획일화된 공동주택 설계에서 탈피하여 새로운 시도를 한 작품으로 평가되고 있따. 이에 본지에서는 이 작품을 재조명해 보면서 우리네 공동주택문화의 문제점과 개선방향을 새롭게 모색해 보고자 한다.

본 연구는 아파트의 재건축이 거주민의 생활공간을 재창출할 수 있는 구체적 실현과정이라는 관점에서 이미 재건축이 결정되어 있는 아파트 단지의 주민을 대상으로 주민참여 및 의사반영에 대한 인식정도를 규명하고자 한 것으로서 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 구 있었다. 재건축 과정을 체험한 아파트 실 거주민의 주민참여에 대한 열망과 참여범위에 대한 폭이 상당히 크고 넓지만 주민참여를 구체적으로 실현시킬 수 있는 의사반영의 장이 다양하지 못하며, 주민참여를 통한 의사반영에 대해 '아파트 규모'와 '보상 또는 납부금액'등에 대해 서로 상반된 인식을 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 주민참여 방법에 대해서는 주민모두의 동참이 필요할 뿐 아니라 상당부분 행정의 개입이 필요하다고 여기고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 앞으로는 재건축과정에서 보다 다양한 주민참여의 방법을 개발하고 그 참여의 폭을 넓힐 수 있는 새로운 방안의 모색이 필요하며, 이에 대한 연구가 지속적으로 필요하다고 여겨진다.

Since the Enforcement Decree of the Housing Act was changed in 2007, remodeling demands have increased. For this reason, many research studies are actively discussed for vitalizing remodeling, but countermeasure plan for generated construction waste is not enough. This study aims to provide basic data for the reduction plan of construction waste caused by the remodeling project through the investigation of apartments residents' priorities about remodeling elements for reducing construction waste. In this study, remodeling elements have been drawn through the literature investigation. As a result, subordinates were classified into 21 elements and superordinate were classified into 6 elements. Expert interviews were conducted to check the reliability about subordinate and superordinate elements of remodeling and the questionnaire survey were conducted to determine the residents preference of apartments remodeling elements. As a result of the questionnaire survey, we found out the characteristic of preference for apartments remodeling elements such as the period of apartment, the location and the financial condition respectively. This study presents a basic data for considering the remodeling as well as the apartment plans for the resident's preference. Further, many studies about the reduction plan of construction waste caused by the remodeling project will have to be discussed.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the characteristics of the elderly living community in rural areas on the life satisfaction of the elderly. The subjects of study were 670 elderly people living at the living communities in Jeollabuk-do. In order to achieve the research purpose, multiple regression analysis model was applied using community characteristics as independent variables and life satisfaction as dependent variable. Among community variables, programs, mutual support, pysical space satisfaction, community consciousness and conflict, household labor burden are significant variables for life satisfaction. Among the personal characteristics, subjective health, monthly average income, marriage status(bereavement) are found to have a significant effect on life satisfaction. These results suggest that the influence of community characteristics as well as individual characteristics are important on the life satisfaction of the elderly living in the group life. The results of this study suggest such as policy implications that living community features such as interactions among seniors, programs, and their relationship with local residents are the important intervention points for improving life satisfactions of the elderly living community in rural area.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relation between the dwelling location and the satisfaction level, and suggest a proposal to increase the quality of the livability space. A first of this study began from public surveys conducted to gather the information of satisfaction level from 4 multi-family housing sites in Gwang-ju. The plan was to the characteristics of the LS(livability space). The poll and the observation investigation was run concurrently. The cross analysis and the frequency analysis were used to analyze the data from the questionnaires. The validity of fixed quantitative index was got through the correlation analysis between the result of former analysis and index of livability space. The result said that the dwelling location have relations with the satisfaction level. In the conclusion, this will be a suggestion of the methods to enhance equal-quality of the livability space.
