As the globalization of world market proceeds, the importance of foreign direct investment grows bigger than before A comparative analysis on foreign direct investments among developed and developing countries makes clear that every county has different incentives for foreign direct investments. This implies a country should improve environments on her appropriate field, to induce foreign direct investments, The openness of other capital markets such as bank loans and portfolio investments turns out to have no direct effects on the foreign direct investments.

IT 거버넌스(Governance)는 IT 관련 의사결정에 있어서 기업 내부 주체들의 권한과 책임, 의사결정 조직체계와 프로세스, 의사소통 방법, 의사결정 실현 체계, 조정과 통제, 그리고 의사결정에 대한 사후 평가 등을 통틀어 일컫는 말이다. IT가 기업 경영의 필수 인프라로 인식되고, 기업의 경쟁력 제고의 핵심 역량으로 자리잡으면서 IT 거버넌스의 중요성은 점차커지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 주요 대기업들의 IT 거버넌스를 분석하였다. 4개의 국내 대기업들에 대한 심층 인터뷰를 바탕으로, 이들 기업들이 어떤 조직 체계와 과정, 의사소통 체계, 그리고 성과 측정 방법 등을 가지고 IT 관련 의사결정을 하는지를 살펴보았다. 국내 대기업들은 IT 서비스를 전문적으로 제공하는 IT 서비스 계열사를 이용하여 IT 기능을 아웃소싱하고 있었으며, IT 관련 최종 의사결정은 IT 전문 조직이 아닌 비즈니스를 담당하고 있는 경영자들이 하는 것으로 나타났다. 국내 대기업들의 IT 서비스에 대한 계약과 성과 측정은 서비스 수준 협약을 통해 이루어지고 있었으며, 국제적으로 인정되고 있는 프로젝트 관리 방법론과 균형성과 기록표 등도 널리 사용하고 있었다. 이러한 연구는 국내 대기업 내의 IT 서비스 전문 기업들의 미래 역할 정립과 정부 기관이나 공기업들의 IT 거버넌스 체계 확립에 있어서 벤치마킹 근거로 활용될 수 있다. 또한 국내 대기업들의 IT 거버넌스 체계의 효율성 등을 측정하기 위한 기초 자료로 이용될 수 있다.

최근 정보, 통신 광산업 등 첨단산업의 발달과 함께 부품의 초정밀가공및 특정에 대한 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 이에 따라 초정밀 가공기 및 초정밀계측기기등의 개발이 활발히 이루어지고 있으며, 이들에는 공기베어링두축이 널리 사용되고있다. 이 같이 초정밀 기기의 주축으로 공기베어링이 주로 이용되는 이유는 다른 베어링에 비해 윤활특성상 운동정도가 높고, 저 마찰특성 등의 장점을 가지고있기 때문이다. 본 연구에선 실험적으로 초정밀가공기용 공기베어링주축의 회전정도에 영향을 미치는 인자들의 상관관계를 파악하여 주축설계 및 제작시의 성능향상방법과 이론적 해석의 기초자료를 제시하고자 한다. 또한 공기베어링주축의 구조에 따른 정적 강성 및 회전정도를 비교하여 구조특성에 따른 차이점을 살펴보고, 주축의 강성과 불평형질량(unbalance mass)에 따른 회전 정도의 변화를 측정하였다.

본 연구에서는 다년간 계속되어 온 공기업의 개혁 성과에 대해 경영효율성 관점에서 살펴보고자 한다. 공기업을 포함한 공공기관의 개혁 움직임은 부채 수준의 급증 문제에서 시작되었으며, 방만 경영으로 대표되는 비효율적인 경영방침이 지속된다면 미래 정부에 큰 부담으로 작용할 것으로 우려되었기 때문이다. 공공기관의 효율적 경영은 자료포락분석에 의한 DEA로 측정하능하며, 본 연구에서는 DEA의 시계열적 변화를 살펴봄으로써 공공기관이 개혁과정이 성공적이라 평가할 수 있는지 점검해보고자 하였다. 또한, 매년 발표되는 경영평가결과를 바탕으로 우수 공공기관과 그렇지 않은 공공기관에서 이러한 시계열적 추세에 차이가 존재하는지를 살펴보아 향후의 공공기관 개혁에 방향성을 제시할 수 있는 보다 명확한 분석결과를 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 공공기관의 성공적인 개선을 이루기 위한 중간점검 차원에서 이해될 수 있으며, 비효율성을 개선하기 위해 어떠한 기관이 더욱 노력해야 하는지에 대한 답을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

인쇄물을 가장 많이 발주하는 산업부문은 출판업계라고 한다. 그 뒤를 따르고 있는 부문으로는 정부부문과 민간 및 공기업을 들 수 있다. 이 가운데 출판업계 및 정부부문의 인쇄물 발주가 비교적으로 명확한데 비해서 기업부문에서의 발주는 정확한 자료 및 통계를 찾기가 쉽지 않은 상황이다. 이는 기업에서 발주하는 인쇄물의 종류가 다양하고 부서에 따라 예산이 별도로 편성되는 경우가 많다는데서 그 이유를 찾을 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라 항목별로 다르게 편성되기 때문에 똑같은 인쇄물이고 해도 마케팅 부문으로 잡히지 않는 경우도 적지 않다. 이런 저런 어려운 요소들을 감안하고 나서 인쇄물에 관련된 예산을 추정해 본다고 해도 정확한 수치를 잡아내기란 여전히 어려운 일이 되고 있다. 각 기업들이 마케팅과 관련된 예산이다 보니 정확한 수치를 공개하는 것을 꺼리는 경우가 많고 하나의 항목으로 회계 처리되는 것이 아니기 때문이다. 그렇지만 경제의 성장과 함께 광고산업의 규모가 커지고 있으며 이에 따른 기업들의 마케팅도 활발하게 전개되면서 마케팅 도구의 하나인 인쇄홍보물의 사용도 함께 증가하는 경향을 보이고 있다. 비록 마케팅과정에서 사용되는 마케팅 도구로서의 인쇄홍보물의 파악이 어렵고, 1회적인 경우가 많기는 하지만 점차적으로 정기적인 마케팅의 하나라는 인식이 확산되면서 한 번의 인쇄물 수주가 꾸준한 거래관계로 발전하는 사례가 점자 증가하고 있다. 또한 광고 및 마케팅 부문을 대행사에 위탁하는 대기업의 물량을 수주하는 경우가 생긴다면 예상외로 우량한 거래처를 확보할 수 있다는 점이 업계의 관심을 끌기에 충분한 매력이 되고 있다. 아직까지 물량면이나 인지도면에서 상대적으로 낮게 평가되고 있지만 앞으로의 성장이 예견되고 있는 민간과 공기업 부문의 마케팅에서 인쇄홍보물이 갖고 있는 위상과 고객사들의 인식에 대해 알아본다.

This paper tries to analyze how the governance institutions of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey overcome agent problems in public agencies based on the Principal-Agent Theory, and find the implications that will be helpful to the governance of port authorities in Korea. The Port Authority's governance is characterized by decentralization of personnel rights, open meetings policy, freedom of information policy, public hearings, and fiscally self-supporting system. Those characteristics are helpful in overcoming the agent problems of public agency, such as adverse selection, moral hazard, and complicated external structure, through reinforcing of monitoring agent by principal, easing of information asymmetry between principal and agent, and clarification of organizational ownership structure. Those characteristics may give many implications for the design of governance structures of port authorities in Korea.

In general, security employees are more vulnerable to the risk of various incidents and accidents due to the specificity of their work, and they are less exposed to job satisfaction due to irregular working hours such as night shifts and physical labor. There is a concern that conflicts over turnover will be intensified. Therefore, companies should pay attention to job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention through effective human resource management of security employees who have influence on company's profit creation, so that companies should strive for competitiveness and development. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of casino security employee's job satisfaction on organizational commitment and turnover intentions in a questionnaire survey of security employees at Grand Korea Leisure Corporation. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS 24.0. As a result of this study, it can be concluded that the higher the job satisfaction of the public enterprise security workers, the higher the organizational commitment and the lower the turnover intention. Therefore, if the company has competitiveness through effective human resource management that affects the wage satisfaction, promotion satisfaction, boss satisfaction and turnover intention affecting the organizational commitment, This study can be applied in the sense that it is possible to give.
