Supply chain (SC) strategies will influence corporate performance and customer satisfaction. However, few empirical research has investigated the impact of the gap between prescriptive and current strategy on customer satisfaction. Based on the profile analysis with data from 31 products, the results of this study show the significant relationship between customer satisfaction and the fit between SC context and speculation-postponement strategies. The results imply that different SC strategies should be applied in accordance with product attributes and supply environments.

공급체인의 중요성은 하나의 기업이 아닌 공급 체인을 구성하는 모든 구성원이 서로 협력하여야 경쟁에서 승리할 수 있다는 사실이다. 이러한 경쟁에서의 승리를 이끄는 가장 중요한 동력이 원가 경쟁력이란 사실이다. 본 논문에서의 과거의 단순한 원가 관리가 아닌 공급 체인 전체의 시각으로 어떻게 기업이 전략적이고 체계적인 원가 관리 방법을 구축할 수 있는지를 살펴보고자 한다.

As the 4th industry is introduced these days, so the demand of various semiconductors is growing in the market. And global semiconductor companies in semiconductor industry are responding to this demand by facilitating innovation. Meanwhile, there has been done many studies regarding supply chain for a long time. And the study of supply chain in semiconductor industry has often been carried out until now. But there were no enough case studies regarding the supply chain of semiconductor company. Therefore, this study carried out a comparative case study for global semiconductor companies' supply chain and compared each companies' supply chain management and strategy. In conclusion, all the companies are executing supply chain management in an aggressive, systematic and organized way, and there were a lot of similarities and a few differences among these companies in supply chain management. Furthermore, each company has a unique way for supply chain strategy. Lastly, this study suggested some messages which are helpful for their supply chain strategy.

인터넷을 이용한 사이버 거래가 빠른 속도로 증가함으로써 기업에게 있어 인터넷 쇼핑몰 구축은 더 이상 선택사항이 아닌 필수 사항이 되었다. 하지만 현재 사이버 거래 수준은 전통적 상거래 수준에 못 미칠뿐더러 거래 항목에 있어서도 매우 제한적인 것이 사실이다. 앞으로 사이버 거래는 계속적으로 증가하리라 전망되지만 제품의 특성 혹은 고객의 기호에 따라 전통적 상거래도 그 영역을 차지하며 함께 양립하여 발전할 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존의 상거래 시스템에 사이버 거래기능을 추가하는 모델을 제시한다. 먼저 지리적으로 멀리 떨어져 있는 유통망의 정보화를 위하여 인터넷 기술을 이용하고 공급체인(Supply Chain) 전체에 걸친 동기화를 위해 TOC(Theory of Constraint)의 DBR(Drum-Buffer-Rope) 스케줄링을 응용한다. 모든 생산 및 유통의 흐름 속도가 최종 분배 센타에 접수되는 고객의 요구에 따라 이루어지게 함으로써 공급체인 전체에 걸친 동기화를 이룰 수 있고 지속적인 버퍼 관리를 통하여서 재고의 절감은 물론 미출고의 발생도 최소화할 수 있다. 만약 분배 센타에 재고부족 현상이 일어날 경우에는 공급체인 상의 능력제약자원(Capacity Constraint Resource . CCR)을 찾아 개선 활동을 수행하며 공급체인의 흐름 속도를 능력제약자원에 맞추어 조절한다. 분배 센타에서 대리점 혹은 사이버 고객으로의 배송은 부분적 분할납품 Partial Transshipment : PT) 전략을 적용한다. 즉 각 분배 센타가 관리하는 수요지 중 인접한 지역을 부분적 분할납품 전략 적용 수요지로 선택하고 사이버 거래를 통해 생성된 물류가 부분적 분할납품 전략 적용 수요지에 분배되게 함으로써 각 분배 센타의 재고 완충역할을 수행하게 한다. 이에 따라 안전 재고 및 역 배송을 최소화 할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 미 출고로 인한 손실을 최소화하며 고객의 서비스를 일정하게 유지시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Nowadays, SCM(supply chain management) is recognized as a efficient way to overcome the limits of asset and capability of one fun through the synergy effects comes from strategic alliance. Traditionally material management and logistics are recognized as a simple functional activity. But as the importance and needs of customer service are increased, gradually these activities are given to strategic role of cutting off the cost and increasing the sales. But unlike traditional alliance, for example technology alliance or holding facility in common, SCM has many difficulties in action because of differences in organization structure and management system between two firms. So in this paper, I will review literatures about the concept and constructing factor of SCM, the conditions for effective doing and strategic implications.

철강산업은 자동차용 강판 공급체인의 총체적 측면에서 볼 때 자동차산업의 핵심 공급자로서 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있다. 1990년대 초반 이후 자동차용 바디 제조공정에 테일러 웰디드 브랭크, 하이드로포밍 등 첨단금속소재 가공기술이 다양한 부위에 널리 적용되고 있다. 한편 자동차업계 및 철강업계는 설비 공급과잉에 따른 치열한 생존경쟁이 전개되는 가운데 이들 업계를 둘러싼 경영환경이 급속히 변화하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기술혁신 및 경영 환경변화가 급속하게 전개되는 글로벌 마켓에서 자동차 바디용 강판 공급체인 상의 철강업체 역할 변화를 고려하고자 한다. 철강산업은 완성차업체 및 자동차 최종고객을 만족시키기 위한 원가절감 전략을 구현하는 동시에 소재 프로세싱 분야에 대한 기술역량을 축적하여야 한다. 이것이 현재 경쟁업체, 신규진입업체 및 대체 소재산업들과의 경쟁환경에서의 철강업체의 성공전략이다.

분산형 공급체인(Supply Chain) 시스템에서 각 기업체의 주문처리 과정에서의 지연은 시스템에게 많은 비용을 발생시키게 된다. 이러한 물질과 정보의 흐름을 효과적으로 관리하는 것이 바로 공급체인관리(SCM: Supply Chain Management)의 기본적인 목적이다. 또한, 항시 존재하는 정보의 지연이 공급체인 내의 여러 기업에 주는 영향이나 SCM에 미치는 효과는 매우 크다. 소매업, 도매업, 물류센터, 제조공장 등으로 이어지는 공급체인에서 정보시스템의 개선 등으로 주문처리 과정이 단축되면 분산형 시스템에서 각 디비젼의 재고량과 비용 면에서 얼마만큼의 변화가 있는지는 연구해 볼 필요가 있다. 이 논문에서는 공급체인 전체를 하나의 통합된 개체로 보고 이를 최적화하고자 하는 경영 방식인 SCM(Supply Chain Management)에서 기업들의 재고변화와 비용 면에서 주문처리 지체가 얼마만큼의 영향이 있는지 알아보며, 두 가지의 정보지연 개선 방안을 가지고 시나리오를 설정하여 30주의 고객 수요를 가지고 실험분석을 한다. 그것을 통해서 SCM(Supply Chain Management)의 비용최소화 전략 수립에 밑바탕이 되는 대안들을 연구결과로 제안한다.

Recently, interest in supply chain management is rising along with the increasing oil prices and traffic congestion. In particular, people started studying the issue, but realized that advantageous strategies for suppliers and retailers are not always advantageous to a carrier. Therefore, in this study the atuhors set up a simulation scenario to understand delivery vehicle routing problems under various inventory policies, namely Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Periodic Order Quantity (POQ) and network configurations. First, the authors made a virtual supply chain. Then they analyzed characteristics of delivery vehicle routing under various inventory policies (EOQ and POQ) and network configurations. As a result, the POQ inventory policy decreases the number of vehicles, the number of drivers, and the service time of vehicles. Also, the centralized network increases the load factor of vehicles and decreases the service time of vehicles. In other words, the centralized network and the POQ inventory policy are better for the carrier. These results show a savings of 15,556,806 won ($13,389.10) in a month: a reduction of 17%.

In one global industry after another, supply chains are reaching across continents farther and deeper than they have ever been. As a result, global companies are confronting new and more formidable supply chain risks which insurance policies alone cannot overcome. This is especially true in the Korean manufacturing industry, where the integration of Supply Chain Management and Risk Management has become critical among Korean export manufactures. One of the most effective ways to manage supply chain risks is to prevent them from occurrence. First, however, supply chain managers must have the knowledge to identify potential causes of supply chain risks. This paper attempts to contribute to such knowledge by examining the relationships between Risk Management, Business Partnership, and Business Performance among Korean export manufacturers. Our study analysed 105 cases in Korean supply chain management and then developed a structural equation model. From our model we found that Supply Chain Risk Management affects both Business Performance and Business Partnerships among Korean export manufacturers. Our model also revealed that the practice of Risk Management within the Supply Chain of Korean export manufacturing industry is impeded by certain constraints and limitations.

Today's firms face task of achieving competencies in two somewhat mutually exclusive areas. That is, due to fierce competition in the market, firms need to provide better products and services without losing cost advantage. In this respect, effective logistics management is one of the process that can yield a foundation of competitive advantage. Many firms are already using integrative supply chain management to achieve mutual goals of each firms within the supply chain. However, it is highly likely that inefficiency will occur because of different operations systems and organizational characters of each firms. Information system is receiving attentions as to reduce inefficiencies and gain competitive advantage. This study analyzes the effects of information integration on logistics performance to search the role of information system in supply chain management.
